Overall, we had a very positive experience at The Inn at the Tides, except for the interactions with the front desk staff. It was a busy Saturday when we checked in and hoped to get in early, but got no information about what we could expect other than "there are a lot of room turning over." Even if they had simply said that it was unlikely that we would be able to check in until 4, that would have been helpful to planning our afternoon. We had two subsequent interactions with the staff at the desk and they seemed annoyed, frazzled, and generally impatient.
