Great place to stay for escape room lovers… Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

The front desk was wonderful, room was good, pool area very nice. The problem was the cleaning crew. We wanted to stay until checkout at 11:00, as our flight didn’t leave until 2:30. At 10:00, two cleaning ladies with their cart parked directly outside our window, constantly looking into our window, just waiting for us to leave. We were extremely uncomfortable! No one likes to be watched from a peeping Tom outside their window. It was terrible. When we were finally left, we couldn’t get out the door because their cart was blocking the way.

I had a hard time locating the hotel because the address is N. Roosevelt, but the entrance to the hotel is after the road becomes S. Roosevelt. When I walked around my room barefoot, I got dirt on my feet that the carpet hid. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough to see my face closely enough to shave. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. I was concerned when I saw earplugs on my nightstand with a card saying the neighbors could get a little noisy; thankfully I had a quiet night.

정말 환상적이에요! 너무나 멋진 호텔이에요! 입구부터 쿠바 분위기가 물씬 풍겨서 정말 아름다워요. 향기도 너무 좋고요. 직원분들도 정말 친절해요. 수영장에는 이구아나 몇 마리가 살고 있어서 더욱 좋았어요. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 침대도 편안했어요. 리조트 이용료가 있지만, 다음과 같은 혜택이 포함되어 있어요. 무료 주차 듀발 거리 셔틀버스 매일 객실 청소 서비스 야외 바에서 제공되는 웰컴 드링크 2잔 매일 객실에 제공되는 생수 2병 수영장에서 제공되는 수건, 선크림, 생수 오후 12시 스무디 오후 2시 젤리 오후 4시~6시 스낵 (츄러스!) 3박을 예약했는데 너무 좋아서 며칠 더 연장했어요. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!!

호텔은 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 레스토랑의 서비스는 다소 느렸습니다. 주요 의견은 Trip과 호텔의 추가 비용에 대한 명확성 부족과 관련이 있습니다. 호텔에서 투숙객이 자체 주차를 허용하지 않기 때문에 발렛 주차는 ”필수”입니다. 이것은 하루에 50 USD의 (숨겨진) 비용과 세금으로 제공됩니다. 매니저는 우리가 그들이 우리 신용 카드로 받고 있는 큰 보증금에 대해 물었을 때 이것을 언급하지 않았습니다. 우리가 호텔에서 보낸 멋진 시간과 대조되는 불행한 놀라움.

6,000박이 넘는 호텔은 바다의 일부일 뿐이고 나머지는 다른 집들의 작은 해변, 간소한 차들, 그리고 풍경들이다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 침대는 크고 편안하지만 에어컨 소음은 수면에 심각한 영향을 미칩니다. 호텔의 해변 레스토랑은 음식을 즐기면서 일몰을 바라보는 것이 좋습니다.

모텔의 위치는 최남단에서 불과 두 블록, 대중목욕탕에서 단 10분 거리에 있어 매우 좋습니다. 그러나 로비는 찾기가 너무 어렵습니다. 한 입과 두 입입니다. 로비는 좋은 바텐더를 상기시킨 후에야 발견되었습니다. 방에 문제가 없고 환기가 잘 되고 화장실 창문이 열리지 않고 습기와 맛이 나갈 수 없습니다. 지형이 상대적으로 낮기 때문에 가게는 별로 신경을 안 쓰는 것 같아서 주차 장소는 물이다. 다행히 여름에 슬리퍼를 신고 택시에서 내렸다. 가장 사치스러운 것은 8:00-22:00에 세 개의 수영장이 있다는 것입니다. 그냥 놀기만 하면 됩니다.

Réceptionniste du soir très désagréable. Personnels du petit déjeuner très sympathiques. Chambre pas très propre, douche limite. Si vous aimez dormir avec un bruit de tondeuse à gazon thermique ( climatisation)dans votre chambre, c'est l'endroit... En revanche l'endroit est très beau.

호텔의 위치는 매우 고급스럽고 시설과 환경이 좋습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 편안하며 아침에 전형적인 미국식 아침 식사는 밖에 앉아서 천천히 즐기는 것이 매우 편안합니다. 방문할 가치가 있습니다!

Fantastic historical house in the heart of Key West. Checkin is a breeze but if you like human interactions, this is not for you as you are on your own. There is a small F&B team on premise but that;s it. But all the instructions provided are perfect and it's a breeze to get into your room. The house is stunning and right next to Duval street and all the main attractions. The rooms are comfy and simple. Would definitely recommend!
