아들과 함께 여행하면서, 우리는 3끼 식사가 포함된 패키지를 예약했습니다. 이곳은 오래된 호텔이고, 장식은 새롭지 않지만, 전반적인 유지관리는 여전히 매우 훌륭하고, 경영진은 표준화되어 있으며, 직원들은 잘 훈련되어 있습니다. 공원 전체의 건축 계획은 잘 조직되어 있으며, 리조트 호텔의 휴식과 확장이 가능합니다. 정원과 식물은 잘 관리되어 있으며, 전용 해변이 있습니다. 수영장은 바닷물을 사용하며 매우 편안합니다. 전망과 방의 크기는 매우 편안합니다. 날씨가 좋은 경우 저녁 식사는 야외에서 제공됩니다. 가수는 부드러운 목소리를 가지고 있으며 그 후에 댄스 공연이 있습니다(댄서는 호텔 직원이어야 함). 분위기는 매우 좋습니다. 낮 동안 호텔 어디에서든 사람들이 당신에게 미소를 짓는 것을 본 적이 있나요? 도움이나 서비스가 필요한지 물어보세요. Pamela에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 그녀가 아이들과 교류하고 교제하는 모습은 아이들에게 깊은 인상을 남겼습니다. 제 아들은 그녀를 매우 좋아합니다. 그들은 수영장 옆에서, 저녁 식사 때 상호작용을 했을 뿐만 아니라, 함께 팔찌도 만들었습니다. 아이들이 편안하고 행복한 시간을 보내도록 하세요. 유일한 단점은 아침 식사에 야채가 거의 없고 저녁 식사보다 맛이 단조롭다는 것입니다. 다음에 다시 온다면 아마 이 3끼 식사 모델을 고려하지 않을 것입니다.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Excellent location and very friendly staff. The food was also so delicious. I checked in on my birthday and I happened to mention while checking it at the from desk. The hotel was kind enough to surprise me with cake at dinner. That absolutely made my day. Forever grateful for that . The only issue was that there was a lot of furniture in the room making it cramped up yet it was a spacious room . The hotel can also improve on cleanliness in unseen places such as under the beds and tables. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel their rates are pretty reasonable and there’s value for money.

Good hotel and more affordable than many on this coastline. Stayed here while attending a conference at PrideInn Paradise and no complaints! Only issue was that the trip booking was not showing on arrival but the hotel were amazing and sorted it out. Huge rooms with kitchen, fridge,kettle which was great for making tea!

The location of hotel is good, the view of room is amazing but we didn't have warm water for taking a shower, you must take a shower with salty cold water, and the staff only say ”sorry”. It's suitable for short-term.

Nice hotel, full of amenities. location is great and on the coast but Mombassa traffic means you may be stuck in a lot if you plan to visit the main city itself

리조트에서의 아름다운 숙박, 직원들은 리셉션에서 레스토랑까지 훌륭했습니다. 우리 어린 아이가 해변에서 하루 동안 음식을 얻을 수 있도록 도울 때까지 의무를 넘어 우리를 도왔습니다. 호텔은 조금 낡았 고 가구는 객실 변경이 필요합니다.

Wonderful location, walking distance to Fort Jesus. Great breakfast, lovely restaurant. Comfortable room with free coffee and tea, rooms with balcony facing street or to courtyard. Very friendly and professional staff, a truly welcoming place. Historic building, well preserved.

My experiences include both good and bad ones: GOOD: I checked in on 12th evening and booked for 1 night original on trip.com. Then I really had a good time there. Relaxed in my primitive stylish big room with sea view, sang karaoke with some of the staffs and clients there. The staff Victor is a talented rap singer👍🏻. One of the staffs named Junior (which is a very good staff) warmly helped me with online shopping. So I extended 2 days because of the very good mood at the very beginning. The extended 2 days were not paid by trip.com, but were supposed to be paid directly with POS machine when I leave. BAD: Bad things happened in the early morning of 15th June, when I need to rush to the airport. One of the staff(a different staff, not Junior, not Victor) speaks no English, go to take the POS machine very slow (let my Uber wait and I almost not able to catch my flight) and overcharged me twice the amount I should pay, because of wrong operation of POS machine. I found out this fact hours later when check my account I was not in Mombasa even Kenya. Another thing to mention, I informed almost every staff I know in Ziwa that I have to leave at 5am on 15th, so the 550KSH for restaurant should be charged before I go, either in the evening of 14th before they close, or in the morning of 15th, together with the extended 2 days’s room fees. But in reality, no one informed me, and I thought it was included in the final payment I paid by POS machine in the 15th morning. And then on my way, Ziwa contact me to ask for the 550KSH. I am out of Kenya, and I need to ask Kenyan friend to transfer me through m-pesa and then I pay her dollars. I kindly request Junior to help accelerate my refund process, and he promised to do so. I am currently waiting for the updates. But still, I don’t think these unpleasant mistakes should happened, which cause a lot of trouble, worries, a waste of time and effort, and excessive money on service fees, transaction fees and exchange rate losses. I am very upset and angry, because I am busy and in urgent need of money. These mistakes also reflect the deficit of ziwa’s general management and staff capacity building.

The Cocoa Boutique is a hotel with a lot of potential. The rooms are clean and very spacious but the decor is old and in need of renovation. The location is excellent, right on the beach with great ocean views. The staff can not do enough for you especially the ladies on Reception! The pool itself is lovely and clean however the few sun loungers available are in need of replacement and there is very little shade. The food from the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. We were late arriving and they stayed to ensure we had our evening meal. On another night we informed them we would not be back in time for dinner so they sent us the menu by What’s App and kept food for us on our return. We had a lovely stay at Cocoa Boutique but it would have been even better had the decor been brought up to standard.
