The welcome was grand, complete with personalized touches that made me feel instantly at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and a personal touch, this hotel is an absolute must-visit!

리리뷰어The property is excellent with the old world charm. Extremely good service with a special shout out to Ajay Kumar from housekeeping. Very prompt service from all staffs.
However a bit more upkeep is necessary to maintain the charm of this heritage property. We were in the Residency room. The bathroom needs a makeover, it is huge but a bit run down with tiles which are visibly very worn out. The cupboard in the room is wooden with handles in wooden blocks which shows good taste, but it is not very functional and size is small. Amenities need to be a bit more modern while keeping the heritage feel intact.
Overall a pleasant stay.

리리뷰어우리는 뉴질랜드에서 온 세 명의 친구였으며 2 박 동안 Regenta에 머물 렀습니다. 장소는 좋았고 방은 편안했습니다. 직원들은 우리를 위해 여분의 유아용 침대를 설치하여 우리 모두는 같은 방에 머물 수있었습니다. 장소는 오래된 매력과 저렴한 숙박 시설이 혼합되어 있으며 우리는 그것이 좋은 가치라고 생각했습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이되고 세심했습니다. 그들은 우리를 위해 빠른 세탁 서비스를 마련했고 심지어 우리에게 호텔로 배달하기 위해 카드 놀이 팩을 가져 왔습니다. 매니저도 인도 전화번호를 얻는 것에 대한 조언과 커피를 어디서 구할 수 있는지, 기차역 탐색에 대한 정보를 제공했습니다. 그는 또한 우리가 다음으로 향했던 운now와 Varanasi에 대한 가이드를 선물했습니다.

리리뷰어I recently stayed at Vint Club, Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The room was not as tidy as I would have hoped—there were clear signs of poor housekeeping, and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Additionally, the staff seemed quite inattentive and unresponsive to requests, which made the stay less pleasant. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.

익익명 사용자It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
