Everything about the property is top class, location, hospitality, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is good. Only thing is that there is no valet parking and the parking space is shared with blink-it warehouse.

Room was quite big & amenities and infrastructure is well maintained. Only drawback is window not available. Rest everything was fine, good food, good response by the room service team. One more problem was there's a stinking of old rooms, typically.

Location is good, Property was good, but the behave of the reception was not professional. I would have reviewed 5 but due to some unprofessional behaviour I am rating it 3. They should improve the way of speaking, they ask directly to write what is the relation with the co traveller, in your policy you have given the details accordingly people stay, unnecessary don't ask it this.

Hi Good afternoon, I reached Hotel early. I tried calling day before my booking for early check in but could not connected. However, I reached early, and I had to wait for approx. an hour time for check in. Overall, I had an ok experience.

Very neat and clean with good staff and property. Property is singar nagar and krishna nagar metro station.

Location is very apt in the market area. Very serene however there is no ventilation in room. No balcony no window. There is guy ram is extremely good and helpful. However food is not good. We ordered a thali and food was stale.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions.

There are a lot of street food facilities, not good in the hotel. Service was not much better not a very good hotel in our opinion
