Absolutely immaculately cleaned. Very nice rooms too, nice high spec. Very nice owners. If return Harrogate will be staying here again

매우 친절하고 환영합니다. 우리는 아침 식사를 위해 머물렀고 문제가 없었습니다. 우리는 다시 사랑스러운 직원에 머물 것입니다. 방은 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 이번 주말에는 정말 더웠고 우리가 체크인했을 때 방에 팬이있었습니다.

우리는 이 작은 호텔, 편안한 침대와 베개가 있는 크고 깨끗한 방, 흠 잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 잘 채워진 커피와 차 트레이에 머무르는 것을 좋아했습니다. 우리가 금요일에 머물렀을 때 carvery가 제공되었고 음식은 좋았고(쇠고기와 구운 당근은 훌륭했습니다) 이길 수 없는 가격에 풍부했습니다. 돈을 위해 우수한 가치, 음료에도 동일합니다. 환영하는 직원과 무료 주차. 도로 옆에 위치했음에도 불구하고 우리는 평화로운 밤을 보냈습니다. 외부 소음은 없었습니다. 우리는 모두 함께 여기에 다시 머물 것입니다. 머물기에 좋은 호텔이었고 Ripon, Fountains Abbey, Dales ... 방문을 위해 다른 사람들에게 추천합니다.

Good location, friendly staff. Lovely quiet room. Breakfast was good, not a massive choice but good quality. Did not eat in the restaurant but looks lovely, nice menu, will definitely return.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Lovely building but once you move from the public areas to the residential the quality drops like a stone. I would class our room as a hostel room not a four star room. The room was extremely tired, stains on the wall, dirty carpet with a grime build up along the edges, a make shift patch on the door, mould in the bathroom, peeling paint behind the sink and an unpleasant odour. All in all  it was just unpleasant. Nice breakfast.
