갑작스럽게 떠난 여행이라 급하게 예약한 숙소였는데, 다행히 실망시키지 않았습니다. 체크인 전부터 체크아웃 후 떠날 때까지 호텔 서비스는 정말 최고였어요. 담당 직원분(버틀러)은 매우 꼼꼼했고, 다른 직원분들도 모두 친절했습니다. 비록 많은 분들이 근처 주민이셨지만, 호텔 교육이 잘 되어 있다는 것을 느낄 수 있었어요. 이게 바로 안지(Anji)의 다른 펜션이나 호텔들과 차별화되는 점입니다. 호텔 전체적인 인테리어 스타일도 제 취향이었고, 시설도 모두 최신식이어서 매우 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 친구들과 함께 다시 휴가를 보내러 오고 싶어요. 아, 그리고 아침 식사 퀄리티가 정말 좋았습니다. 안지에서 묵었던 많은 호텔들 중 단연 최고라고 할 수 있어요.

The hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful. That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

Ke Gamer 광고 사진은 실제 객실과 전혀 다르고 음식도 끔찍했습니다. 1박에 4,000위안 가까이 하는 가격에 고급 온천 빌라로 업그레이드를 하려고 했는데, 기대 이상이었습니다! 토요일에 도착해서 여행으로 허기가 져서 멋진 식사를 기대하며 레스토랑 테이블을 예약했습니다. 그런데 이 메뉴가 세트 메뉴라는 사실(객실에 포함된 패키지에만 해당)을 알려주지 않아서 요리를 선택할 수도 없었고, 글루텐 프리 식단에 대한 설명도 없었습니다. 먼저 빵이 나왔는데(글루텐 때문에 먹을 수 없었어요), 그다음 버섯 닭고기 수프가 나왔는데 삼키기 힘들었습니다. 너무 짠맛이 강해서 닭고기가 질겨졌습니다. 그다음에는 괜찮은 김치가 나왔습니다. 그다음에는 글루텐 때문에 튀김옷을 입혀 마요네즈를 듬뿍 바른 새우, 그리고 너무 짠 매콤한 소고기 요리와 먹을 수 없는 채소 요리가 나왔습니다. 결국 저희는 나가기로 하고 음식 배달을 하기로 했습니다. 이 정보를 저희를 도와주던 직원에게 알려줬더니, 외국인인데 치킨 윙을 드시겠어요, 스테이크를 드시겠어요?라고 메시지를 보내더군요. 저는 중국에서 10년을 살았지만 그렇게 무례하게 말한 적은 없었습니다. 그런데 여자친구가 비가 그쳐서 온천에 몸을 담그고 불을 피우고 싶어 했는데, 그날 밤은 그럴 수 없다고 했습니다. 그래서 위챗을 추가했더니 여자친구가 그 무례한 사람과 더 이상 이야기하지 않으려고 그 직원을 삭제했습니다. 이상하게도 저는 그 직원과 연락을 주고받고 있었는데도 그 직원이 여자친구에게 여러 번 친구 추가를 시도했습니다. 정말 무례했죠!! 그때까지 서비스가 얼마나 불만족스러웠는지 설명하니 그 직원은 더 노력했고, 결국 우리는 밖에서 편안한 저녁을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음 날, 다시는 그런 경험을 하고 싶지 않아서 레스토랑에 가지 않고 다시 배달 서비스를 주문했습니다. 배달 음식치고는 괜찮았습니다. 체크아웃하기 전에 호텔 내 레스토랑에 다시 가봤는데, 역시 최악이었습니다. 차가운 계란, 베이컨, 소시지. 글루텐 때문에 먹을 수 없는 빵 종류도 꽤 있어서, 떠나기 전에 요구르트 한 통과 커피를 마셨습니다. 숙박 중 한 부분은 직원이 차를 몰고 마을의 멋진 찻집으로 안내해 준 것이었습니다. 직원은 우리를 그 장소로 데려다주고 가게를 고르는 것을 도와주겠다고 했습니다. 직원은 가게 안에서 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 차의 차이점을 설명해 주고 좋은 가격으로 구매할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 결국 우리는 집으로 가져갈 차 두 상자를 샀습니다. 전반적으로 가격이 너무 비싸고 허위 광고가 있는 이 호텔에서의 숙박은 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 이번처럼 우리가 지불한 만큼의 서비스를 받지 못한 경우는 분명 있을 것입니다. 저희보다 더 좋은 행운을 빕니다.

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

説是為躲避上海的酷暑，到湖州安吉的雲谷溪境來享清涼。其實也是為彌補本月初皖南遊未盡之缺憾。 經過一路盤山道的顛簸，終於到了入住的安吉之巔·九畝雲町懸崖泳池度假民宿，一進酒店大門便有種豁然開朗感覺，整個酒店顯得特別寬敞有氣勢，無邊泳池和大露台正對的東方，絕佳的位置和開闊的視野，無疑成為了整片山巔觀賞日出位置最好的一家民宿。 每位民宿的主人因自身的學識背景，經濟狀況和三觀等因素，決定了他（她）的經營理念，最終體現在對待客人態度温度的好壞高低。冷眼相待自然極少見，總體不冷不熱按常規操作是大多數。而生意旺人氣足除了本身的地理位置和設施等硬件之外，往往真心誠意看重善待每一位客户，高標準規範管理真正落到實處，在目前同質化競爭激烈的當下，這樣的軟實力往往起到了至關重要的決定作用。 我們車一到，管家服務生就主動到門口迎接。每次見到客人都自覺起身笑臉相迎，帶客人看房也會先敲門等這些星級賓館的管理標準，在我所遇到的民宿中並不多見。為我們解決問題跑上跑下毫無怨言，滿臉寫着發自內心的真誠讓人倍感温暖，在此，我要感謝羅主管，尤其要給小徐和小崔兩位年輕的服務生點個大大的贊，感謝你們讓我們有了這次美好的體驗。

We had a very enjoyable stay at Little Forest Guesthouse. The location is convenient for exploring the surrounding nature and nearby attractions, making it a great base for a relaxing getaway. The property is generally well maintained. Our Family Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with kids. What really stood out was the service. The owners are incredibly friendly, English-speaking, and always ready to help with anything you might need, which made communication easy and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast is freshly prepared on the spot, adding a nice personal touch each morning. We also appreciated how well organized the BBQ equipment rental was—easy to arrange and great for a fun evening. Overall, a lovely and welcoming place, ideal for families looking to enjoy nature with a comfortable and friendly stay.

A Hidden Gem in the Mountains – Exceptional Service! This hotel is an absolute treasure, nestled beautifully in the mountains. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Though they don’t speak much English, they went above and beyond to communicate with us via WeChat, ensuring we felt welcome and understood. They surprised us with a room upgrade and took care of every little detail—adjusting the pool temperature when they noticed it was too cold, providing Western food options, and even recommending the best local activities and restaurants. Their kindness and dedication made our trip so special. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service!

집사 샤오 양은 매우 세심하게 신경 써주었고, 짐을 옮겨주고 택시를 불러주는 등 도움을 아끼지 않았습니다. 가끔 메시지가 늦게 전달되는 경우도 있었지만, 항상 답장을 해주었습니다. 아이들은 트리하우스 객실에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실에는 바닥 난방이 되어 있어 아이들이 맨발로 뛰어놀 수 있었지만, 욕실에는 난방이 되지 않아 조금 추웠습니다. 한 아이가 트리하우스에서 떨어져 머리에 큰 혹이 생겼습니다. 밤에는 산에 의료진이 없다는 점이 걱정스러웠지만, 집사가 얼음과 운남백약(중국 전통 의약품)을 가져다주었습니다. 마지막으로, 이렇게 비싼 객실인데도 아이들이 케이블카 티켓과 관광지 입장권을 직접 사야 했던 점은 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 다음 날 설경을 볼 수 있었던 것은 좋은 경험이었습니다.

올해 이 호텔에 두 번째 숙박입니다. 지난번에는 눈 오는 날 스키 타러 가는 길에 잠시 들렀다가 예약했는데, 시간이 촉박해서 산 풍경을 제대로 즐기지 못했어요. 이번에는 좀 여유가 생겨서 일부러 다시 찾아와 이 순수한 천연 숲 속 산소 바를 다시 한번 만끽해 봤습니다. 먼저 서비스부터 말씀드리자면, 개인 온천, 애프터눈 티, 조식 모두 훌륭했습니다. 웰컴 과일과 안지 백차, 홍차 샘플도 제공해 주셨는데, 이곳이 안지 고산 백차의 원산지인 것 같더라고요. 차 맛이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음으로 식사에 대해 이야기해 볼게요. 산에는 식당이 많지 않은데, 이 레스토랑의 농가풍 요리는 정말 맛있습니다. 굳이 밖으로 나갈 필요 없이 여기서 두 끼를 먹었는데 아주 만족스러웠어요. 미리 예약하시는 걸 추천합니다. 첫날에는 메뉴 선택의 폭이 좁았거든요. 매니저에게 물어보니 산에서 식재료를 아침에 사 와서 당일에 사용한다고 하더군요. 그래서 게스트하우스 투숙객들은 보통 미리 예약을 해야 한다고 했습니다. 그날 저녁 식사 후 다음 날 점심을 예약했는데, 정말 푸짐한 식사였어요! 경치에 대해서는 더 이상 설명하지 않겠습니다. 사진을 보시면 알 수 있을 거예요. 하루 만에 다양한 풍경을 감상할 수 있습니다. 모든 사진은 제 휴대폰으로 찍은 것입니다. 근처에 사진 찍기 좋은 후지와라 두부집도 있는데, 차로 몇 분 거리입니다. 밤하늘의 별도 빼놓을 수 없는 경험입니다 (제 칠흑 같은 밤하늘에서 별이 보이시나요?). 마지막으로 게스트하우스 주인분께 한 가지 조언을 드리고 싶습니다. 주차장 앞 전망대는 정말 인기 있는 사진 명소입니다. 아직 보수 공사도 안 했는데 지나가는 차들이 모두 멈춰서 사진을 찍더라고요. 게스트하우스에서 하루빨리 보수 공사를 해주시면 좋겠습니다. 아름다운 풍경은 정말 매력적이에요 (지난번에 눈이 왔을 때 사진을 찍었는데, 중간에 멈춰 섰는데도 사람들이 정말 많았어요 (´∀`)~ 그리고 1층 입구 근처는 정말 독특한 작은 생태계였어요. 동물을 한 마리도 못 봐서 아쉬웠는데, 동물이 있었다면 훨씬 더 재밌었을 것 같아요. 다음에 다시 오면 새롭고 놀라운 경험을 할 수 있기를 기대합니다!!!
