이 호텔은 Uttara 지역에서 최고가 될 수 있습니다. 그들의 미소에서 순수한 친절한 마음을 느낄 수 있기 때문에 서비스는 기대 이상입니다. 놀랍게도 Mr. Asif와 Ms. Rupa는 매우 인상적입니다. 그들의 매니저인 Mr. Raihan은 내가 중국에 다시 왔는지 부드럽게 물었습니다. 서비스 외에도 시설도 고품질입니다. 체육관, 수영장, SPA, 펍 등이 모두 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 강력 추천!

Excellent service in all aspects. However, gym equipment were a little old and some are not functioning efficiently. Location is ideal.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

사리나 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치는 괜찮았고, 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이 되었고, 덕분에 호텔에 대한 첫인상은 정말 긍정적이었습니다. 호텔의 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 룸서비스도 훌륭했고, 저는 항상 그곳에서 저녁을 먹었습니다. 음식은 정말 맛있었고 가격 대비 훌륭했으며, 서비스는 세심하고 효율적이었습니다. 객실 자체도 잘 갖춰져 있고 편안했습니다. 숙박에 매우 만족했고, 다음에도 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 다른 분들께도 사리나 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

Receptionist should be a bit more respectful to customers and what they say. Not all customers are out to steal from the hotel!

호텔은 매우 좋습니다. 저녁 비행기로 체크아웃을 2시까지 미뤘습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부했습니다. 발코니에 바가 있습니다. 내 옷을 무료로 말릴 수 있게 해줬어요.

이 4성급 호텔은 제게 깊은 인상을 남겼습니다. 로비부터 객실까지 우아함과 모던함이 곳곳에 느껴졌습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심해서 마치 집에 있는 듯한 편안함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 객실은 아름답게 꾸며져 있고 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었으며, 침대는 편안하고 푹신해서 편안한 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 호텔의 다양한 식사 메뉴는 훌륭하고 질도 훌륭했습니다. 모든 식사가 정말 맛있었습니다. 호텔은 전반적으로 훌륭한 성과를 거두었지만, 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 현대적인 분위기를 유지하고 고객의 편의를 높이기 위해 일부 시설은 개선이 필요할 수 있습니다. 또한 Wi-Fi 신호가 불안정한 경우가 많아 업무나 여가를 위해 인터넷 접속이 필요한 고객에게 다소 불편할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 이 4성급 호텔은 서비스 품질과 시설 면에서 탁월합니다. 우아하고 모던하며 편안한 숙박을 원하신다면 이 호텔을 고려해 볼 만합니다.

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
