"Had a lovely stay once again in Belvedere. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was serviced daily. Perhaps the housekeeper was a bit over zealous about towels etc! The Reception staff this time were much friendlier and accommodating than previously. The outside pool area is as nice as anywhere I’ve been, with very clean, clear water, a picturesque panorama and pleasant ambience. You can swim up to the pool bar which is fun. The outdoor staff were friendly and efficient. Afternoon snacks from the restaurant were good quality and cheap. Overall I’d recommend Belvedere. It is well located in the town of Bansko within walking distance of the town centre and very close to supermarkets and the gondola. It has magnificent views of the Pirin Mountains.A trip up in the cable car is an enjoyable visit, even in summer. Weather ranged from cool to very pleasantly warm."

"Coach driver had no idea where he was going once we got to bansko. Arrived at hotel gone midnight. Room ok, comfy and clean. Food atrocious, always luke warm or cold, stuck together scrambled and fried eggs, tasteless cereal and bread so hard it didn’t need toasting. Evening meal awful, once again luke warm and very unappetising. No English breakfast tea after the third day of our week. Staff not very helpful made worse by about 40 kids arriving on our second day treating the hotel like a racetrack. Running round the corridors and making a noise, 7 teachers taking no notice and letting them run riot. Kids sitting up at the bar with the teachers. Picked up to go home 90 minutes after our pick up time so a mad rush when we got back to Sofia airport. Total chaos and came home in desperate need of a holiday. Hotel pirin should be called hostel pirin."

"We stayed from January 23rd to 26th. As a family of 5, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival, and check-in was fast. The room we had was very spacious, with two king-size beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we could need. One minor issue, which didn't bother us since we don't watch TV on holiday, was that there were no batteries in either of the TV remote controls. The spa facilities were great, and we enjoyed visiting the spa after a day on the slopes. I booked a massage with Daisy, and she was fabulous and definitely knew her stuff. We would definitely stay again. Our trip to Bansko was faultless. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"This shouldn’t be a 4* hotel ,we are staying as a family of 7 people in just at the time of writing this review in all inclusive basis,apparently the all inclusive works only in between the hours when the kitchen works,as an example 7-10.30am breakfast or 18.30pm-21.00pm diner,you get the cheapest stuff and you have to pay for a Coca Cola or a mineral water for an example,it’s a joke of a an all inclusive,the food is fine,the alcohol is the cheapest possible for a all inclusive(you have no choice),the night bar close down at 11pm and the night shift reception composed of old farts it’s clearly not to be there, rude old people for a 4* hotel ,not to forget,don’t ever buy a massage,the massages are done by an Ukrainian lady who clearly doesn’t know what a massage means and tries to put her fingers up in your ass,location talking it’s great and all in all this is 3* hotel"

"I see lots of reviews here that are quite positive, but either the standards in Bulgaria for 4* hotels are much lower than in the rest of Western Europe, USA, Australia or this isn't a 4* hotel. As advertised, it has some of the amenities of a 4* hotel, including a pool, jacuzzi (not working), hair dryers and bar fridge in the rooms (mine didn't work) but the standard just isn't there - a lot of things are dirty, broken, the linens are cheap, there is mouldy silicone in the shower, there were dirty lampshades that didn't fit the lamps. I was just here for a few nights, so no big loss - originally I had booked a 5* up near the gondola but that was too far from restaurants so I had settled on this because it is in the middle of town and I didn't have time to do a lot of research. Good thing this place is centrally located because restaurant at the hotel is pretty boring and not great quality - food is greasy, few vegetables, no spicing (but this is true of a lot of Bulgarian food anyway). I ate there for breakfast and one dinner, rest of the time went out as first impressions didn't make me keen to stay in. I think it gets a heavy use by school groups, package tourists from UK. You can get an apartment or boutique hotel for a similar price."

"방에 너무 더워서 어딘가에서 조정되지 않았습니다. 우리는 열린 창문으로 잤습니다 ... 욕실은 실용적이지 않습니다. 세탁기의 물 드릴이 너무 짧습니다. 씻을 수 없습니다. 화장실의 양동이가 너무 작습니다 (아름답지 않고 실용적이어야합니다) 아침 식사는 가격에 대해 받아 들일 수 없으며 옵션이 거의 없으며 대부분이 즐겁습니다. 우리가 방에 도착한 첫날은 괜찮 았지만 두 번째 간단한 침대가 놓여 있었고 욕조가 비어 있었지만 청소는 좋지 않았습니다. 세척 없음, 샴푸 거품 욕조 교체 없음. 수영장은 호텔의 크기와 관련하여 작습니다. 둘째 날 염소 눈 (눈치 채지 못한 사람들에게도) 로비는 사진에서 보이는 것과 관련하여 매우 작습니다. 호텔 크리마는 가능성이 있기 때문에 우리가 지불 한 가격에 대해 용납 할 수 없었습니다. ...."

"For a family of four, the hot water supply was insufficient, and it took quite a while to heat up. Hopefully, it could be expedited. The terrace was large and comfortable, with a beautiful view; definitely worth visiting again."

"The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement."
