Inside the villa, a bright, airy, open floor plan features a dining area, stocked coffee bar with wine refrigerator, kitchen and living room area. The coastal kitchen features new quartz countertops, modern appliances, garbage disposal, ample serveware and cookware, and counter stool seating. A comfortable entertaining area offers visitors an ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool. Off the kitchen area, this space features a new area rug, comfortable sofa and arm chairs, large screen smart TV, vintage record player, separate desk space, and ample lighting. The living areas are perfect to unwind after a long beach or pool day. The master bedroom has a large, plush king bed with new mattress. Guests will find ample closet space, dresser space, his and her sinks, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also features a private corner balcony, black out curtains, ample soft lighting throughout the bedroom, bone inlay accent table, and comfortable chair. The guest bedroom features a king bed, as well. The bathroom off the hallway connects to this bedroom allowing for guests to convert this bathroom into an ensuite bathroom, as well. Located just down the street from the Seabrook Island Club's tennis center, Lake House, and Equestrian Center, it is perfectly located to many amenities. The villa has an open living area featuring hardwood flooring and doors leading to a screened porch with marsh views. Share stories from your day while relaxing on the comfortable furnishings. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the large HDTV. Step to the screened porch and sip cool drinks around the table or settle in the chairs with a book. At dinner time, gather around the table for 4. There is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen features stainless appliances and new butcher block counters. The stacked HE washer/dryer are hidden behind a sliding door in the living area. The master bedroom has a new King bed, en suite bath and access to the screened porch. Watch the morning news on the TV. The remodeled bathroom features a modern vanity with a glass counter and sink. The large shower is tiled and has glass doors and a handheld shower head. Across the street from Atrium Villas is the Seabrook Island Beach Club, with its two pools and Pelican Nest Beach front restaurant. Here you will also find the newly expanded Cap'n Sam's Grill & Bar along with the Osprey Cafe. Next door is the Island House home to the two 18 hole championship golf courses on the island and additional dining options. Location makes this villa a terrific rental spot! Open the front door to this unit and gaze out to the ocean from the living area's door wall windows. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the great room. The dining table comfortably seats 6. The great room has comfy overstuffed furniture. Grab a good beach and hunker down or flip on the large Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the expansive deck. The deck has access from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. On the deck you have multiple seating venues. Dine at the table with seating for four, relax on the couch or take a cat nap on one of the chaises! This villa has two bedrooms, both with private baths. The master bedroom sits behind French doors. A split level deck with a gas grill and outdoor speakers makes this a great place to grill out while watching the golfers. The bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a shower/tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bath. The vanity has a granite top and is separate from the toilet/shower/tub area. This bathroom is convenient to the living area too! The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the other side of the home. One bedroom has two twin beds and a small TV. The other a queen sized bed, TV, and sliding doors to the screened in porch with ocean views. A Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower is accessible from both bedrooms. The back porch offers panoramic views of the 10th hole of Ocean Winds golf course. Watch the golfers tee while barbecuing dinner on the gas grill. As the sun shifts, switch from the front porch to the back to maximize your enjoying of our fine weather. The sunsets from the back deck are also amazing! This home is located just a minute from the Beach Club pools, restaurants/bars, golf course, arcade, Seabrook Shoppe, and beach. Once you unpack, you can walk to every place you want to go. This home comes with access to all Seabrook Island Club facilities - tennis, golf, Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar (seasonal), outdoor pools (seasonal), and Island House restaurants/bar.
