무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 오만 무스카트 호텔

무스카트 여행을 왔는데, 낮 시간 대부분을 밖에서 보낼 거라 이 힐튼 가든 인을 예약했습니다. 호텔 위치는 구시가지가 아닌 신시가지에 있지만 주변은 매우 번화합니다. 식사, 주유, 쇼핑 모두 편리하고, 바로 옆에 고속도로가 있어 구시가지까지 십여 분이면 도착합니다. 2019년에 오픈한 신축 호텔이라 하드웨어는 국내 힐튼 가든 인과 마찬가지로 최신 수준을 유지하고 있으며, 유럽과 미국의 많은 오래된 호텔보다 훨씬 좋습니다. 새 호텔이라 머무는 동안 편안했습니다. 욕실은 건식과 습식이 분리되어 있고, 샤워실과 욕조가 함께 디자인되어 공간 절약은 되지만, 한국에서 오신 분들은 익숙하지 않을 수도 있습니다. 다행히 전반적인 관리가 잘 되어 있어 깨끗합니다. 자차 여행객들에게 호텔 지하 주차장은 매우 편리합니다. 지상 주차 공간 외에도 호텔에는 객실과 프런트 데스크로 바로 연결되는 두 개 층의 지하 주차장이 있습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 자가용 여행객이나 출장객에게 적합하며, 휴가를 보내려면 해변가에 있는 다른 호텔들을 선택하는 것이 좋습니다.

From checking in to checking out it was faultless. Brilliant hotel, great facilities, great food and awesome customer service! Room was perfect Gym was perfect Pool was perfect Breakfast was amazing Coffee bar/ reception area and outside sitting area fantastic. Also 2 fantastic restaurants outside but attached to the hotel and 4 brilliant coffee shops one of which is a Starbucks and the only one I didn’t visit. Without doubt I’d stay here again. 10/10 especially for what I paid.

Good option if you have a long layover. However please take note that you’ll have to go through the security check (throw all your liquids even though you only just landed and transit from another plane). The hotel room is nice but extremely COLD (cannot change the aircond temperature as it is centralised) bring your jacket if needed. The counter staff was not as friendly with no proper greeting no smile. Could have been better if they had a basic customer service attitude. Overall stay was okay but will not come again for the longer layover in this hotel .

프론트 데스크의 소녀는 필리핀 사람이며 매우 친절합니다. 우리는 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 받았는데 정말 운이 좋았습니다. 하지만 스위트룸에 있는 욕실과 화장실 중 절반만 닫혀 있고 나머지 절반은 문이 없어 샤워할 때 물이 쉽게 넘쳤습니다. 다른 모든 것은 괜찮습니다.

Overall a nice hotel with a nice and decent breakfast buffet, clean rooms, international charging plugs, friendly reception late check in no problems. They had some renovations ongoing in the hotel that started to be noisy around 9:20am. But overall good value for money

The staff was helpful when attempting to get a taxi but it seems that there are some things that are lost in translation when other inquiries are made. It's odd that sometimes the housekeeping wouldn't understand the need to replace creamer, soap, tissues or toilet paper. We stayed for 9 days. Walking distance to the coast which was nice. The breakfast offerings were adequate but maintaining the temperature of the food was not a priority.

This hotel is strategically located close to the Avenues Mall. Attached to this mall (and closest entrance to the hotel) is Lulu Hypermarket -an amazing supermarket with local and international brands, and a fantastic bakery. This mall is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. However, you do have walk along the road as the sidewalk / footpath does not exist. But this is only for 300 metres. In fact you can get off the street, but it is gravel/ construction site, so you shoes will be messy. Uber and Grab do not exist in Oman. However, the hotel has two or three taxi drivers that will you take you anywhere. They use set rates, rather than a meter. For example Hotel to Airport run is 8 is Omani Rial (US $20). While this hotel is great for shopping, it is not the best for major attractions of Muscat. The main historical sites of Alam Palace, Ai Mirania Fort and National Museum is 21 kms from the hotel. About 10 Omani Rial is each way by taxi. However, there are very few hotels in this area, so most people stay in hotels near Malls in Oman. This is some form of Public Transport in Muscat, but it can be hard for tourists to use without changing to another bus or long walks. For example, the Royal Opera House is 10 kms from hotel. By using public transport this would require a 2.5 kms walk. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and feature comfortable lounge style chairs. The hotel is located near an expressway /motorway, but good soundproofing means this is not an issue. I was of level 3 and could just see the ocean in the distance (right) and the mall (to left). They do have ocean view room (more expensive higher up the building). The TV is very disappointing - small & old with fuzzy channels. Fortunately, the internet is great, so viewing most programs on the computer. The rooftop has great swimming pool and bar, but maybe a little too cold to swim with highs of about 22-23 C in winter. Staff at receptionist are very obliging. I can definitely recommend this hotel for shopping and good base to experience Muscat. However, as mentioned, it is long way from the major tourists attraction of the city and taxi is required.

쉐라톤 오만에서의 숙박은 정말 최고였습니다. 직원들은 정말 훌륭했고, 저희를 도와주려고 온 힘을 다해 도와주었습니다. 객실에 사소한 문제가 몇 개 있었는데, 제가 말하자마자 바로 와서 고쳐주었습니다. 청소부 중 한 명이 제가 청소할 때 사용했던 가운을 가져갔고, 제가 새 가운을 요청하자 두 벌을 더 가져다주었습니다! 네스프레소 캡슐과 우유도 두 번이나 기꺼이 가져다주었습니다. 레스토랑 직원들은 정말 세심하고 친절했습니다. 타린두, 프라우다, 칼리드, 그리고 셰프 크리슈나까지 아침 식사 때 커피와 주스를 가져다주었고, 필요한 모든 것을 제공해 주었습니다. 라마단 때문에 다른 호텔 레스토랑들이 문을 닫았기 때문에 저녁 식사는 이프타르 메뉴 대신 친구와 함께 단품 메뉴를 먹을 수 있도록 해주었습니다. 비행기를 타기 위해 새벽 5시에 일찍 출발해야 ​​한다고 말했을 때도 페이스트리, 과일, 커피, 주스, 계란이 담긴 멋진 테이크아웃 박스를 준비해 주었습니다. 개인적으로는 헬스장이 24시간 운영되어 아침 식사 전에 운동할 수 있어서 정말 좋았고, 호텔 헬스장치고는 운동 기구도 꽤 괜찮았어요! 다른 여행객들에게 한 가지 말씀드리고 싶은 건, 호텔이 무스카트의 관광지에서 조금 떨어져 있다는 점입니다. 게다가 호텔 주변에는 다른 식당도 많지 않아요. 하지만 호텔 자체에는 괜찮은 식당들이 많아서 저희에게는 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

우리는 이 호텔이 무스카트 중심부에 있어서 매우 좋다고 느꼈습니다. 특히 운전을 한다면요. 근처에 두 개의 쇼핑몰이 있고, 꽤 많은 상점과 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔 아래에는 무료 주차장이 많이 있습니다. 객실은 편안하고 조용했고, 우리는 매우 큰 킹 사이즈 침대를 사용했습니다. 객실은 미니 냉장고, 티 스테이션, TV, 책상, 의자, 많은 수납 공간이 있어 멋지게 꾸며져 있습니다. 욕실도 좋았지만 샤워기의 수압이 더 좋을 수 있다고 생각했습니다. 호텔의 편의 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 포함된 아침 식사에는 살아있는 계란과 와플/팬케이크 스테이션을 포함하여 아랍식과 서양식 요리가 잘 섞여 있습니다. 옥상 수영장, 사우나, 자쿠지도 모두 좋았지만, 메인 엘리베이터를 통해 접근할 수 없기 때문에 수영장으로 가는 표지판이 더 좋았으면 합니다. 전반적으로 무스카트와 오만을 좋은 가격으로 탐험하기에 편리한 거점이었습니다. 객실은 조용하고 편안하며 머물 가치가 있습니다.

location good. near some fast food eateries. hotel breakfast was good but needs a bit more variety - i stayed for 3 nights so the dishes were almost the same every day. My room was comfortable. unfortunately my view was not great (another building). there were a lot of bugs (like flies) in the bathroom because there is poor air circulation. suggestion: please have clothes hangers that can be used in the bathroom. Some hooks o the wall would be useful for coats/jackets. the lady at the reception when i checked in wasn't warm or friendly. she had a neutral face. no warm greeting or friendliness that i would expect from a frontline hotel staff. she also was there when i checked out - she was on the phone and just gestured for me to drop my key card in the box. no ”thank you”, or ”bye” or anything. nobody helped me with my luggage when i checked out. my van pickup was blocked by a parked car so i had to use the steps (and not the ramp). it would be nice if there was someone from the hotel to assist. there was a male staff who helped me when my key card did not work on 14 September 2025. He was very helpful, warm and actually accompanied me to my room to check the card. good service! overall, good stay. would definitely return if come back to Muscat.
