Beautiful, comfortable apartment block, 4 storeys. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 70 m from the sea, 70 m from the beach. For shared use: outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bar, café 20 m, bus stop "Centro Segur" 550 m, railway station "Segur de Calafell" 500 m. Sports harbour 70 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 61 km, Sitges 25 km, Tarragona 39 km, Port Aventura 49 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Atlantis", 4-room apartment 111 m2. Partly renovated in 2023, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and air conditioning.
