'I cannot recommend this farmhouse enough! If you are visiting the Jinshanling Great Wall, staying here is an absolute must. The location is perfect, featuring a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can sit and look directly at the Great Wall in total peace. The room itself was modern, and clean, with a great AC, but set right in the middle of a charming, authentic farm. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the host family. The hospitality is unmatched. The Owner Lady of the house cooked some of the most delicious, massive, and authentic meals I’ve had in China, and she went completely out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well-fed. The food was also unbelievably affordable. The Owner truly went above and beyond for me. When I was struggling to find a reasonably priced car back to Beijing, he spent hours late at night helping me on WeChat, making sure I wasn't overcharged by local drivers. He eventually helped me find a cheap, highly scenic train route back to the city and personally drove me to the local station. They treated a solo foreign traveler like absolute family. If you want a genuine, heartwarming, and frictionless experience at the Great Wall, book this place. 太好吃了 and 谢谢 to the amazing hosts!”'
