After checking in online, we got to the hotel and they could not find our booking then in the confusion we were asked if we had paid. After time booking was found. We did not have any further problems.

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

이 장소는 정말 숨겨진 보석입니다. 요리사와 주방(특히 미슐랭 스타 수준의 아침 식사의 Haddock과 Poached Eggs) 스파와 수영장은 위생의 좋은 수준으로 유지됩니다. 그러나 바 뒤의 직원(특정 5월 4일 토요일)에서 분명히 알 수 있는 서비스에 심각한 문제가 있습니다. 라운지에 앉아 있는 모든 손님이 레스토랑 호스트에게 주어진 슬픔을 목격하는 것이 분명했습니다. 바 뒤의 두 명의 개별적인 대기 직원이 제대로 배달이 고통스럽게 느린 레스토랑 음료 주문을 쫓을 때 가난한 태도와 도움이 되지 않아 인생을 비참하게 만들고 있었습니다. 바 직원의 부적절함. 프로비던스 호텔스의 사장님인 닐 휴스 씨와 블랑타이어 캐피탈, 페어트리 얼터너티브 부동산이 바 직원들에 불필요하게 끌려 내려오는 다른 직원들의 노력에 공평하지 않아 이 사실을 알게 된 시간입니다. 성능, 무능함 및 태도 아래.

We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth
It was central, yet quiet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere.
We would definitely stay there again.

우리 롯지에서 램프 음영이 깨졌고 카펫을 교체해야합니다. 501 호실 거실
강한 나쁜 강아지 유형 냄새가 있습니다. 우리는 거실에서 휴식을 취할 수 없었습니다. 그것은 깔개나 소파에서 가져온 것입니다.
이 롯지는 피곤하고 업데이트가 필요합니다. 욕실은 거무스름합니다. 침실은 조명이 약하여 어둡습니다. 좋지 않다!

Arrived at the Lovat Hotel on Wednesday 13th August to a very warm welcome. The staff were excellent very friendly helpful and professional. The room was absolutely beautiful with a huge bay windows and stunning views. Very peaceful and relaxing , I would highly recommend this hotel

This is an amazing historic hotel, it's a beautiful castle on a huge lot. Parking is convenient, and the view is stunning. It's also right next to the Blair Athols distillery, so perfect place to stay if you're visiting the distillery and want to spend some time in the nearby area. The small town is also very accessible from this hotel.
The only issue is it's a very old hotel, so the facilities are not the best, and the renovation is very dated. The other thing is the service is not the best, the waitress doesn't really want to serve customers. Be ready for a little frustration due to that. Otherwise it's a great place to enjoy a weekend.

This was our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last. Everything about our one night stay was perfect. The castle room was so comfortable, the spa was a delight and the Sandeman restaurant was a treat. The staff were beyond helpful and the surroundings were breathtaking. A very special stay in a special hotel.

리리뷰어A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

리리뷰어Well located hotel just 2-3 mins walk from Pitlochary Station exit to hotel back gate 👍🏻.
Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in providing/recommend places of interests.
Breakfast is a must have, pretty good with traditional dining area.
Room are clean, well maintained and spacious (room facing Garden). The Dam and Fish Ladder is just 20mins walk from the hotel.

Ratings for all except service based on website. rating on SERVICE based on experience
for reasons entirely out of my control, I had to cancel my stay 24hrs beforehand. I called to let them know. I advised I had to cancel and the reply was (word for word)
” ok , that's still chargeable”. NO ' I'm sorry to hear that' NO ”maybe we can find another date so you don't lose your money”... no ' we can't refund you but do you want a credit on account'.
if I'd have phoned 12 hours earlier my money would have been refunded or I could have amended my booking.
the blame was put on TRIP as I was told ' you booked through them and they wont help you.
So I'll be avoiding this place when I go up for my trip, and I'd advise others to avoid places with staff as uninterested as here.

리리뷰어Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

리리뷰어조용한 환경의 아름다운 호텔. 바 서비스는 약간 느렸지만 낮에는 대부분의 시간에 사용할 수 있습니다. 음식 서비스는 괜찮 았습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다 ... 다양한 ... 과일이 더 신선 할 수 있었지만 (사과는 갈색이었습니다). 밤의 저녁 식사는 괜찮 았습니다. 엔터테인먼트는 좋았고, 그의 음악과 명랑을 즐겼다. 우리가 떠난 날 택시를 타기가 어려웠고 비를 쏟아 붓고있었습니다. 직원들은 정말로 도움이되었고, 우리가 정말로 감사했던 기차에 우리를 데려 갔다! 나는 전날 택시를 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.
우리 방은 편안하고 좋은 크기였습니다. 그러나 욕실 창 커튼은 주의가 필요합니다. 프레스 스터드로 고정된 샤워 커튼은 보안 및 사생활 보호에 적합하지 않았습니다!
우리는 다시 머물 것입니다.

리리뷰어On arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel.
Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful.
Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes.
Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back.
