저희 객실은 킹사이즈 침대가 있는 객실입니다. 저는 그 지역에 매우 만족합니다. 정말 크고 넓거든요. 시설도 매우 완벽하고, 욕조와 샤워실의 물이 매우 빨리 나오고, 물과 목욕타월도 매일 충분히 보충해주며, 위생 상태도 매우 깨끗합니다. 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 문에 있는 컨시어지는 매우 친절하고 아이들에게 매우 친절합니다. 가장 중요한 것은 일정한 온도의 수영장입니다. 정말 일정한 온도이며 차가운 물 수영장이 아닙니다. 너무 덥지도 춥지도 않은 매우 편안한 온도입니다. 노인과 추위를 두려워하는 사람들에게 친절한 온천 수영장도 있습니다. 우리는 지난번 애들레이드 메리어트에서 아침 식사를 한 후 우울해져서 아침 식사를 사지 않았습니다. 우리는 아침 식사를 먹으러 나갔습니다. 추천할 만한 레스토랑이 있습니다. 매우, 매우 맛있습니다. 중국 음식은 아니지만 매우 맛있습니다. 사진을 볼 수 있습니다.

멜버른 쉐라톤 호텔은 훌륭한 서비스, 넓은 객실, 만족스러운 조식을 제공했습니다. 일찍 체크아웃하는 사람들을 위해 조식 도시락까지 챙겨주셨어요. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었지만, 청소 상태가 다소 형식적이었던 점은 개선될 필요가 있어 보입니다. 저희는 3명이 투숙했는데, 모든 객실에 더블 침대가 있어서 성인 4명이 지내기에도 충분했습니다. 매우 만족스러웠어요! 👍 호텔 주변에 모든 곳이 가까워서 걸어서 이동할 수 있고, 무료 트램도 이용할 수 있습니다.

얼리체크인을 받아주었고, 매일 수건과 침대 정리가 잘 이루어졌어요. 위치도 아주 만족스러웠고 , 가격도 합리적이었기 때문에 멜버른에서 4박을 보낸 것에 대해 아주 만족해요. 무료 트램 존 내부에 있으며 공항 버스에서 내려서 숙소까지 걸어오는것도 아주 쉽습니다. 샤워실이 좁다는 이야기가 많던데 좁은건 사실이지만 여성 기준 불편하진 않았고, 오히려 세면대가 너무 작아서 불편하긴 하더라구요. 1층 화장실에 가서 세수를 하는 경우도 있었습니다. 마지막에 짐보관, 중간에 충전기가 부셔져서 도움을 요청했는데 제게 필요한 충전기는 없었지만 아주 친절하게 도움을 주었어요.

위치가 정말 좋고 가족 여행 숙박으로도 아주 적합했어요. 다만, 층수가 너무 높아서 밤에 바람이 많이 불면 소리 때문에 잠들기가 좀 힘들었어요. 복도에는 ⚠️ 인물 경고판이 있어서 참고할 수 있습니다. 프런트 데스크에 푸젠 출신 어린 여직원분이 정말 친절하게 많은 도움을 주셔서 전반적으로 만족합니다!

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

The photos on there site show a pool, we got there the pool has weeds growing out of it . Very disappointed and the Beds are very hard as well. The restaurant has closed down as well. The room was clean but know room service so your on your own if you run out of tea and coffee. Thank god we had a microwave so we could still eat.

It’s so cozy that we wish can stay longer! Location is great, Coles is just 5mins away! Free tram at the door step! Receptionist is friendly and nice, allowed for early check in! Thank u so much!

The reception, the lounge and communal kitchen is lovely and gives a warm and welcoming feeling. The gym is spacious and adequate equipment in good condition. Rooms are nice but like a usual hotel room. The large windows gave a nice view over the street and trees below. Location is next to many Asian restaurants and close to supermarkets. Trams and busses outside and two main railway stations relatively nearby.

I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now. Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!). I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone. The beds were comfortable though! The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.

멜버른 시내까지 걸어서 10분 거리라 위치가 정말 편리했습니다. RMIT 대학교와 스완스턴 트램 정류장이 호텔 바로 앞에 있었어요. 수영장과 사우나는 오전 7시부터 오후 9시까지만 운영해서 시간이 부족해서 제대로 이용하지 못했습니다. 유일한 불만은 룸서비스가 제공되는지 몰랐다는 점입니다. 넷째 날, 당일치기 여행 후 방에 들어가 보니 청소부가 허락 없이 들어와서 청소를 하고 있더군요. 만약 물건이 없어졌다면 호텔 측에서 그 손실을 보상해 줄 수 있을까요? 고객에게 알리지 않고 객실에 들어오지 마세요. 고객이 정말로 청소 서비스를 원한다면 따로 요청할 겁니다.
