"Staff very friendly.  But, the simple amenities were lacking.  Coffee pot broke, no coffee in room, no hand soap, toilet paper had 2  1/4 rolls only.  2 towels no floor towel.  And the bathtub had peeling paint on the bottom where they tried to patch.  The elevator was out of service.  I did speak to front desk was told they were out of coffee and hand soap.  I was given a bottle body soap and I could get coffee in the lobby.  The breakfast attendant did not change her gloves from wiping tables and handling food.  Food was not a big choice.  I was given points on my membership that I didn’t know I had for my disappointing stay.  We have stayed here in the past and it was fine."

"전반적인 경험은 훌륭했습니다. 호텔과 직원은 훌륭했습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안합니다. 나는 다음 달에 다시 갈 때 다시 거기에 머무를 것이다."

"예보로 인해 운이 좋게 방을 얻었습니다! 매우 친절하고 프론트 데스크는 정중하고 도움이되었습니다. 엘리베이터는 약간 삐걱 거리지만 잘 작동했습니다. "

"A lot of people staying there, but the rooms were quiet and the common areas were clean. Hot breakfast every morning was delicious!"

"I booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit."
