DON'T STAY HERE if you're looking for a hotel with a reliable airport shuttle. After going to the designated location for shuttles late Sunday night, I called the hotel to communicate I needed a ride for my family. They said the shuttle would be there sometime within the hour.. and couldn't provide any other estimate nor even if the driver was on his way back from the hotel. If I'd had any idea how long it would have taken I would have set up an Uber, but since I was traveling with my two small children I had chosen this hotel for the "convenience" of a shuttle. More than an hour later, and after multiple calls from multiple other travelers, the shuttle came. The hotel staff said there had been traffic issues prompting the delay but it took us only 21 minutes to get back to the hotel from the airport. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there wouldn't be one until the morning. When I called the next day, I was told the manager wouldn't be in until 5:00 p.m. When I called at that time, the staff person said the manager was on vacation and would be gone a month and that they don't have anyone else in charge when that person is gone. I have traveled extensively and have never experienced such a poorly managed hotel of a national chain. The idea that there is only one manager and when that person is gone no one has the responsibility of leadership ... is beyond ridiculous.
