The room was nice, but you can hear everything through the walls. No parking voucher if you're a guest either.

Front desk in the evening was rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed to be there. Not great customer service.

Rooms are nice! However the bathroom was extremely small and the shower kept losing water pressure. Free “breakfast” was a joke and almost nonexistent.

Booked a 2 bed double room for 3 people and got a king room with a pull out couch. The couch didn’t have any sheets/blankets/pillows and when asked for them, we were told they didn’t have anymore. I think if you’re going to give someone a pullout couch instead of an actual bed, you’d at least ensure they’d have blankets and pillows, no?

Simply, my experience was quite upsetting. After an extremely long day of weather, conditions and cancellations with air flights. I checked in at 11 PM only to find that when I entered my room, it was completely completely a mess and not had been cleaned. I returned to the front desk which told me that they had no more rooms And I would have to travel to one of their sister hotels for lodging.

According to hotel staff, ******* frequently overbooks hotels leading to confusion at the front desk, inability to get the chosen room and a very long wait before checkin.

Specifically filtered for hotels that had a few airport shuttle, but upon checkin was notified that all the shuttle for the next day were full and they just recommended we use lift or uber. I had to spend an extra $55 unexpectedly to get an uber at 5am. They didn't seem to care and were kind of just like "yeah, we don't guarantee it, check our website, it says it might not be available"

I wish hotels would recognize that "upgrading" to a King room is not always an upgrade. Arrived at the room (the desk did not inform me) to see I was given a King room instead of the double with sofa bed I booked. I needed the double room. I went back downstairs to request the correct room and was informed they were full. What is the point of booking a room type if they are going to move you anyway? My receipt shows Double Room was booked. Travelocity website states "Free Self Park". I was charged $12 for parking- the Travelocity website is wrong, beware. The desk staff was on their phones and inattentive when we arrived, and was rude when I inquired about the room type and parking fees. Airport shuttle is a plus. The room was not clean, handprints on the couch and stains on all the bedding. For the high rating this hotel received in the past, I was disappointed and irritated.

The room had some problems, the couch was dirty and had stains,the bed had a weird smell and the sink was clogged. The shower had to be turned all the way on hot just to be Luke warm.
