아지아고 호텔

Mi hanno chiesto di pagare anticipatamente obbligatoriamente tutto il soggiorno nonostante avessero già i dati della carta come garanzia (che gli hotel possono come contratto con gli enti delle carte possono addebitare in caso di mancato arrivo tutto l'importo) questo nonostante i numerosi soggiorni presso stabilimenti anche più prestigiosi di questi non mi è mai successo. Ma la cosa sgradita sia come trattamento e come servizio è stato il cenone di capodanno servito in maniera pessima dal personale e l'intervento del ”metter” pressoché assente e quando si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo molto maleducato nel dire come mai signori non mangiate ”Questa pietanza non è di nostro gradimento” abbiamo risposto e lui invece di trovare un alternativa al piatto (come gli altri tavoli) con un sorrisino per prendere in giro se n'è andato. non parlando dei camerieri servivano prima l uomo .. e io educatamente spostavo il piatto ad una signora e stavo 20 minuti prima che completassero tutto il tavolo quindi le pietanze diventavano fredde ed immangiabili. Il menù è di piatti serviti erano di scarsa qualità e non ne abbiamo assaggiato nemmeno uno. Ci siamo alzati dal tavolo alle 22.30 e siamo andati in camera per mangiare qualcosa tra di noi, acquistato il pomeriggio prima. Una cena da dimenticare. Al mattino al checkout al momento del conto ho detto le mie dimostranze ma nessuna risposta di scuse e nessuna soluzione è stata affrontata solo ”vada nel sito e faccia le sue lamentele”

Overall a really lovely stay at Sporting Hotel. We will definitely return. - Room: we stayed in the wellness suite which was beyond our expectations. The room is massive (2 bedrooms separated by a foyer). A sauna (new) in one of the bedrooms. Two separate bathroom areas. Comfortable beds and linens. We didn’t want to leave this little paradise. - Service: friendly and efficient front desk. Even though I had booked a non refundable rate, when I emailed them two days before to ask if we could move the dates (my son was sick), they accommodated us. Highly appreciated. - Location: central, walking distance to everything, quiet, no complaints. Parking in the garage is an additional 20: night but the public parking lot is less than 2 mins away. - Spa: five star experience at NO additional cost. Several different showers, sauna, spa, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Clean and luxurious “relaxation zone”. Helpful staff on hand and accommodating of our 8 year old boy. - Restaurant: i just say that our dinner here was the only negative experience we had. The food was OK but cost least double what we paid in every other meal in the area. Truthfully, the quality didn’t justify the elevated prices and there limited options for vegetarians. Our server was - at best - indifferent, at worst slightly rude (when there was an error with our error). I think she may have been overwhelmed because she was by herself. Then again, we were only 3 tables. The next day, after there was a change in staff, we experienced much better service at breakfast!

Abbiamo soggiornato in compagnia di amici per festeggiare un compleanno La location è favolosa, immersa nel verde e circondata da ulivi lontano da ogni rumore, ristrutturata con cura e molto gusto in ogni dettaglio, tutto molto confortevole. Camere bellissime, accoglienti, pulite, spaziose, letti e cuscini comodissimi (materassi con il topper) molto bello e spazioso anche il bagno e la doccia Bellissima piscina con a fianco idromassaggio, lettini prendisole molto comodi. Colazione servita al tavolo molto varia e davvero ottima Proprietari e personale davvero gentilissimi e molto disponibili per le esigenze dei clienti, a loro davvero complimenti per la gestione di questo posto incantevole Lo consiglio veramente a tutti, sicuramente ci torneremo, in coppia o con amici perchè ne vale davvero la pena La zona è molto bella per effettuare delle piacevoli passeggiate o giri in bicicletta A 5 minuti a piedi c'è un ristorante dove si mangia davvero molto bene Yvonne

나는 최근에 가족 이유로 휴가를 보낼 때마다이 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. Belvedere의 covid 기간에도 항상 집에서 느끼는 것을 보는 것이 즐겁습니다. 직원들은 항상 높은 수준의 온화함뿐만 아니라 객실의 가구와 가구의 품질도 항상 매우 좋습니다. 신세대 TV가 최근에 교체되었으며 벽과 상자가 잘 칠되어 있으며 훌륭한 나무로 만들어졌습니다. 특히 매트리스는 내가 휴가에 잤던 가장 편안한 곳이며, 나는 벨베데레 호텔로 확실히 돌아와 비즈니스 나 관광 지역에있는 모든 사람에게 강력히 추천합니다.
