The location of this condo is excellent—within easy walking distance of CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and Union Station.  And the view is extraordinary.   There could be improvements to the bathroom, such as a no-slip mat and grab bar for the shower, facecloths, and a vanity to put a curling iron/makeup bag on.   And cleaner/newer decorator pillows on the bed.  But the absolutely fantastic views and the owner’s willingness to bend over backwards to accommodate our special requests more than made up for them.

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

The teahouse was in a great location, with walking distance to their subway and tram stations. There was plenty of food options around which makes everyday easier. The room itself was great, although it might be a tight squeeze for 3 people with huge luggages.

The apartment was fantastic. So convenient, clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again but the front desk were terrible, no interest in helping what so ever. They are not part of Global but it was a huge annoyance.

無人值守的公寓下次不住了，入住後門鎖解決不了鎖不了門等於説在鎖不了門的情況下，白天我們要出去屋裡就實際上是不是我們上門的，住了三天，第二天才安排修鎖，破壞心情！

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

호스트가 정규적인 오후 3시가 아닌 오후 5시에 체크인을 시작해서 1시간 일찍 체크인하게 해줘서 얼마나 기뻤는지 말씀드리고 싶습니다. 이곳은 1박에 450달러의 보증금을 내야 하는 Airbnb 유형의 숙소인데, 제 생각에는 매우 비싼 편이었습니다. 위치가 훌륭하고, CN 타워와 레스토랑까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 청결함을 제외하면 매우 귀여운 숙소입니다. 숙소는 더러웠습니다. 샤워실은 곰팡이와 머리카락이 가득해서 사용하지 않기로 했습니다(첨부된 사진). 머리카락이 곳곳에 있었습니다! 세탁기와 건조기가 있는 걸 보았지만 세탁기에는 아직 말려야 할 수건이 가득해서 사용하지 않기로 했습니다. 침대 시트에 얼룩이 있어서 우리 수건을 깔고 자기로 했습니다. 또한 주방은 버너가 고장 나서 화재를 일으키고 싶지 않아서 만지지 않기로 했습니다. 전체적으로 하룻밤 머물기에는 괜찮았지만, 더 나은 숙박 시설을 만들기 위해서는 쉽게 고칠 수 있는 문제이기 때문에 청소부를 해고해야 할 것 같습니다.
