it was great experience just one of the guy at reception could have behaved properly

The hotel makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed. And the breakfast is really Turkish style. The manager is really helpful and nice . It's good to have them in turkey. The staff will do their best to help. Whatever they will do everything to help.

Şık ve yeni bir otel. Konumu da iyi. Amoor beach ile anlaşması bizi memnun etti. Ancak kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim.

Hotel isymt super schön und neu. Aber der Service ist gleich null, noch nie sowas desintressiertes gesehen.

우리는 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 그들은 최선을 다하고 필요한 모든 도움을 제공하려고 노력했습니다. 매일 방을 청소해 주셨어요! 아침 식사는 다양하고 터키식 풍미가 느껴집니다. 사우나와 수영장을 갖춘 호텔 스파를 무료로 이용하실 수 있습니다. 하맘은 유료로 예약할 수 있으며, 개인실에서 마사지와 사우나를 함께 이용할 수 있으며 이용료는 1인당 70유로입니다. 수건은 무료로 제공됩니다. 작은 물병은 하루 종일 무료로 제공됩니다. 해변은 도보로 단 10분 거리에 있습니다 - 라라 비치. 단점: 방을 나가면 항상 WLAN 로그인이 로그아웃되어서 계속해서 다시 들어가야 하고, 욕실에는 항상 옆방 담배 냄새가 나고, 쓰레기통이 작을 뿐입니다.

남편과 저는 일주일 동안 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 정말 아름다운 호텔이었고 직원들도 훌륭했고 음식과 음료도 최고였습니다. 리셉션의 카리나는 미소로 맞이해 주었고 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 바 뒤에 있던 젊은 남성분은 저에게 맛있는 칵테일 🍹을 만들어 주셨습니다. 조식 공간의 신사분은 항상 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 음식은 5성급에 가격도 적당했습니다. 호텔은 정말 깨끗했고, 풀은 너무 추워서 이용하지 않았지만 정말 멋졌습니다. 4월에 다시 방문할 날이 기다려집니다. 앞으로도 좋은 일만 가득하시길 바랍니다. 👌🏻😊

매일 아침 아침 식사는 정말 맛있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 호텔 객실도 좋았습니다. 새 호텔이라는 것을 알 수 있었습니다. 호텔 객실 문에 있는 청소 상태 시스템은 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 한 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 꽤 늦은 밤 9시 30분에 도착해서 즉흥적으로 레스토랑에서 닭고기를 주문한 것입니다. 주문한 닭고기는 생으로 나왔습니다. 서빙 직원이 사진을 찍고 접시 전체를 주방으로 가져갔습니다. 놀랍게도 같은 닭고기를 다시 데워서 똑같은 접시를 다시 가져다주면서 제 객실 요금에 포함시켰습니다. 진심이신가요? 제 조언은 호텔에서 아침 식사 외에는 아무것도 먹지 말라는 것입니다.

The hotel is beautiful ⭐️ immaculate clean ⭐️ lovely staff ⭐️ very welcoming ⭐️. Above all Ahmet who looked after us from the minute we arrived until leaving was outstanding. What a lovely well mannered young man ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will definetly be back xx

Hotel lovely and clean, breakfast nice, bar staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Our room was cleaned every day. Pool lovely & warm plenty of sun beds for the amount of people that are staying at the hotel. The hotel is mainly used for people having some kind of treatment ie dental/cosmetic. My son was there having teeth done. Overall I’d say hotel 10/10 The area the hotel is in isn’t that great. It isn’t really a holiday place and not much round it. But 30 mins in a taxi your around the Lara beach area and the old town which is lovely. The only downfall about the area of the hotel you get lots of stray dogs. This doesn’t bother me as they are well looked after. The barking on the other hand is a nightmare. Kept me awake all night long. This might not bother you but it certainly bothered Me.

Amazing hotel very helpful and lovely, they go the extra mile for your every need .been twice now .excellent service, clean . Want for nothing. Definitely recommend as great location too 👍 x̌xxxxx xx xx xxxxx and yes i would definitely recommend and return

The customer lift is faulty. I awaited for lift to come but it was stuck on my floor and doors refused to open so ysed staff lift. Another day called lift to floor 5 doors opened I went to walk in the lift wasnt level with the landing ilI banged my head inside the lift and landed on lift floor. Dazed another resident saw the accident came to my aid. A resident from room opposite said they had issues with the lift. Spoke to management. Kept asking to do accident report claimed they didnt understand. Showed photos of lift and my hand where id hurt it. They spoke in turkish and hovered around the lift in foyer. Other residents mentioned people had issues with that lift and staff not bothered. See my photos. Got nice bruise on my hand from the fall.

A really lovely friendly hotel, extremely clean and modern with well with furnished rooms. Would highly recommend having a spa experience we chose 2 hours and it left us feeling super relaxed really good massage and use of sauna and hotub 👏
