The hotel isn't located near anything. Not much to do but hit the ******. Room service cannot enter your room.... it's door service. Food is just ok.

Besides no water or tea being placed in my room the second day, it’s a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

Lovely spacious and clean room with a comfy bed. We thought we had turned off the light that was on a sensor, but when getting up in the middle of the night, the light came on??? A very convenient place to stay if you are attending a concert (which we did!); however, it would have been nice to have the entire food court open for dinner options especially when there was a concert that night. Definitely need more bar tenders in the concert venue; wating in line for 30 minutes is not really acceptable for a facility such as this. No luck in the ****** which I understand is all luck, but losing EVERY SINGLE TIME was very disheartening. Also, it was quite a feat trying to find the staff in the "red shirts."

Overall it is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. New facility. Great price. A variety of eating options including food court, Restaurants. No parking allowed at the entrance to the hotel check in. It is not a regular “park,check in,unload luggage”check in, but a bit winding way to drive to parkade, opposite side of the check in area. Depending upon the arrival time, it may not be easy to find a not accessible parking that is close to the exit/entrance. Fridge had noisy but staff provided option to switch to another room. Staff were very quick to get water, paper tissues that ran out

Its a big building. It can be tricky if you are with kids but enter the ****** side as parking farage is not marked clearly. You have to go all around to the back to enter the parking. Food options are way overpriced. Especially the chinese restaurant inside the ******. Not worth it. The food court options are better. Fire baked Pizza place was good great service and very friendly.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was disappointing that the drain plug in the bathtub didn’t work properly and we couldn’t have a bath as the water kept draining. The main reason for booking a room like this was to be able to soak sore muscles after basketball games.
