Warm greetings from Germany! This was my fourth visit to Grecotel Caramel Boutique Hotel, and as always we had a wonderful time there! The resort has a magical atmosphere and a very beautiful setting, full of different flowers and plants as well as a gorgeous beach. A perfect place to relax and enjoy! But what makes this hotel so special is the pleasent team✨ I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for ensuring that my stay was delightful and comfortable! A special commendation to Mr. Alex from the a la carte restaurant. Together with his stellar team, they truly exceeded expectations. The culinary delights, from main courses to desserts and drinks, were not only of the highest quality but also tantalizingly delicious and beautifully presented. Every evening I enjoyed great food, live music, and a lovely service. My warmest appreciation goes out to the entire staff! Their kindness, efficiency, hospitality and genuine warmth contributed immensely to the overall experience! Lovely greetings and a thank you to the beautiful ladies with sweet hearts: Soula, Litsa, Konstantina, Maria, and the gentlemen: Oggy, Grigorios, Dimitri, Arbri, and of course everybody else!!! And a thanks to the lovely reception team who always tried to make our stay even better! I must particularly highlight the remarkable service provided by sweet Persa. AMAZING!!! This hotel is 10/10 for couples to stay!!! Very close to the city centre (10 min walk) and all the bars and restaurants but far out enough to have some peace and quiet. We arrived from the airport at around 11pm and they left sandwiches and crisps in our room (very nice gesture). The time from chania airport is 2.15 hours on a shared transfer. (Splash the cash and pay for a private one lol) The room we had was very spacious and ideal for our 4 night stay. The house keeping cleaned every day and gave us fresh towels and made our bed. comfy bed and pillows and we loved our little balcony for drinks before we headed out for dinner. We hired quad bikes for $80 for 24 hours which was really good! We saw a lot of the area on this and even managed to take it to Baja Beach club! (would recommend) We also hired a car for $45 for the day and visited Bali Beach where we found a nice beach club called Baboo beach! Would definitely recommend this place :) On the last night of our stay my Fiancee proposed to me on the rooftop of the hotel with the background of the city in the view. He arranged this all with the reception and they closed off the rooftop and bar for us for the hour. This was definitely amazing and we want to thank the hotel for being so cooperative! Will definitely be returning on our anniversary! Thankyou to all the amazing staff :)

We loved our stay at Ammos Suites and would definitely recommend. We don’t like big resorts so Ammos was perfect for us - small and friendly. The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious, modern and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous with a great shower! Our room was lovely and quiet. We really liked the location as it was opposite the beach but only a 25 minute stroll into the old town. Everyone that works there is very professional and really friendly and helpful. We have stayed there for a week, 29th July to 5th August. Hotel have all facilities as you may need, but the clean is very poor. The room was not cleaned all the week, only few towels changed once. Shower is very small, it is difficult for a tall person. Hotel have AI program. Restaurant 3 of 5 stars, breakfast always the same and after few days get bored, dinner and lunch have not rich variety of food. Hotel is second line, you have to go through other hotels to the beach. Beach is very rocky there, so you will need shoes. Hotel hasn't a parking, so you need to leave a car on a street.

Tout était plus que parfait. Nous avons eu un petit surclassement de chambre, un geste sympa. L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres (appartement) sont grand, très propre et très bien équipés. Au 4ème étage aucun souci avec la route en contrebas. Idem avec la piscine qui est top. Bar à disposition la journée. Soirée barbecue chaque mercredi soir c’est très cool. TOUT le personnel est hyper gentil et compétent. Le SPA est parfait, Mariana est hyper attentionné et super pro. Super séjour au Macaris 👍👍
