本次出行入住了甄選雙床房 房間是新裝修過的 整體很乾凈 寬敞 是美國少有性價比極高的酒店 入住時要選樓層高的房間 最好8層以上 這樣才能欣賞到湖景 樓下就是Gordon Ramsay的地獄廚房餐廳 不過酒店服務體驗相對一般 客房清潔工大早上8:00多就敲門把我們吵醒

酒店設施老舊，房間裏面味道很重，電源插座很少手機充電都沒辦法，停車費被多收5塊，一共被收取30的停車費

레이크 타호의 아름다운 전망을 갖춘 매우 좋은 위치. 캘리포니아 쪽에서 무료 주차 공간을 빠르게 찾을 수 있기 때문에 호텔 투숙객에게는 주차 요금이 이해할 수 없습니다. 체크인시 1 박당 추가 요금은 말도 안되는 일이며 문제를 일으킬 것입니다. 예약시 총 가격이 완전히 기록되지 않은 이유는 무엇입니까??????? 스팀 사우나는 몇 달 동안 운영되지 않았습니다. 건조한 사우나는 상태가 매우 좋지 않고 온도가 너무 낮습니다. 카지노 지역의 니코틴 스웨드가 방해가됩니다.

We returned to our room after being in the ****** at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken, they moved us to a room at the end of the hallway and  a few minutes later we discovered the air conditioner was broken in that room as well, but at least it was not blowing out heat. We decided to just stick it out inthat room since it was already so Late. When I discussed this with the front desk person after waiting on the customer in front of me to finish complaining about her room , the front desk attendant simply said there was nothing she could do about it !!

Do not book this hotel. The lake view room only has lake view at corner. The room was late and the room still dirty. The manager said will give 50 dollar discounts. However this credit never give to us at check out and another manager said there is non credit under my room at all. Called front desk for room clean. Never answer the phone. Not worth it at all.
