위치가 훌륭합니다. sephora bukit bintang 바로 뒤에. 우리 첫 번째 방은 매우 작았고 방 바로 밖에서 바퀴벌레를 보았습니다. 우리는 리셉션에 방을 바꿀 수 있는지 물었습니다. 그는 즉시 우리의 요청에 참석했습니다. 티.

위생상태가 극도로 열악합니다. 끈적끈적한 양말을 신고 집안을 걷다 보면 양말 바닥이 온통 검은색입니다. 큰 방의 화장실 문은 잠겨 있지 않고 화장실은 곰팡이가 있습니다. 문을 열면 연기 배출구가 다음날 냄새가 나서 방에서 기름진 연기 냄새가 납니다. 구토. 세탁기 옆에는 언제 다른 사람의 속옷이 있는지 알 수 없으며 집에 쓰레기가 많이 있습니다. 유일한 장점은 훌륭한 위치

Request on room dust off(because im allergic to dust)is not met because i cant stop sneezing when in the room. So i have to wear mask in the room when sleeping too. There are no hook for the towel inside the bathroom too. The good thing for this hotel is the location, really near to the place i wanted to visit and the mall for me to shop. Check in & out is smooth.

Great location and friendly staff. Only problem is there's no provided parking and parking at nearby places are quite pricey. The room without a window has an unpleasant smell. May suggest extra care on the cleaning service and install some ventilation fans to air the room.

Nice hotel and service. Location is strategic enough because the hotel is near to Pavilion and Lot 10. But doesn’t have their own parking so we have to find it ourselves. Love their concepts.

Location was superb. If you plan to go to pavilion, lot 10, star hill, you may consider this hotel. The downside was the toilet door knob for the glass was gone, and it became rusty. Other than that, everything was good.

This is my 2nd time staying here and it's so convenient for me as they are so many shopping malls around mrt and monorail is closeby and you don't need to worry about taking grab.. The only down side is the bathroom is always leaking especially near the toilet.. Please fix it! Either than that, I will come back to stay
