The luxury of not driving while on vacation is so under-rated!Garden Level (6 steps down) with Free Wi-Fi and Free Parking for one car. No Pets, No Smoking ABOUT LOCATION:Yes = Located "IN" Vail Village! WINTER: it's a 1 minute walk to the Chairlift, Children's Ski School and the Avanti Food Court. It is a 4 minute walk to the center of Vail Village. SUMMER: it's an easy 5 minute walk to Ford Amphitheater and the Bravo Series and the International Dance Festival. If you haven't been to the Ford Amphitheater, this is a venue you should attend when visiting in the Summer. Also, the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens are very beautiful and equipped with a great children's playground and lots of open space to kick a ball around or have picnic! ABOUT MY CONDO:Coffee Maker is a Keurig so pack your favorite flavors! (most commonly asked question)My Condo is a garden level condo - there are 6 steps down. It is very light & bright and was completely remodeled when I bought it. Although it is a strong rental, it has been meticulously maintained with travertine cobble-stone-like flooring, slab granite countertops, hand troweled walls, built-in bunk bed area (with standard twin sized mattresses), and wall to wall drapes. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two small children. I sketched out a floor plan and you can view it under my photos. Note that this is not a 2 bedroom condo - this is a one bedroom condo with built in bunks across the hall from the bedroom.The entry area is like a mini mudroom with a bench for sitting while putting on your shoes, pegs to hang your skis, cubbies for hats and gloves, and boot trays for dirty shoes.The kitchen has a small pantry, range with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal. It is equipped with Gotham Steele pots & pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, dishes and coffee cups for 8, drinking glasses, wine glasses, Keurig Coffee Maker (sorry, coffee pods not included), blender, crock pot, towels, pot holders, and paper towels. For dinning, there is a Bistro Table with bar stools. The bistro table has drop down leafs if you need more space.The living room has 2 loveseats an ottoman (New for 2020 ski season), Blue Ray player and a 30" flat screen Smart TV with the standard You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, and so much more (New for 2021 summer season). The Bedroom has a 30' flat screen Smart TV and a cell phone docking station (New for the 2018 ski season). It also has a queen sized bed (New for the 2020 ski season) and dresser. The bunks are located just across the hall from the bedroom. There is only 1 bathroom but it is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. I provide hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, cotton balls, toilet paper, and hair dryer.ABOUT PARKING: My condo comes with Free Parking for one car between the hours of your check-in and check-out only. For hours outside of check in and check out or for additional vehicles, The Vail Parking Structure is located just 1 & 1/2 Blocks away. ABOUT VAIL:Vail Mountain is home to one of the worlds best ski resorts. Over 10,000 skiable acres means endless fun in the winter. We may be best known for our skiing but we have become a very popular summer destination too. The incredible climate, low humidity, and countless summer attractions are sure to fill your days and evenings. Hiking, biking, kayaking, mountain climbing, off road jeeping, horseback riding, fly fishing, and rafting are just some of the adventures to fill your days. BRAVO! (a symphony series), the Vail International Dance Festival, and star filled attractions at the Vilar Center fill your evenings with a little culture. Vail Village is a beautiful and romantic getaway. stroll through the cobblestone streets adorned with many bronze sculptures, water features and benches for relaxing. My housekeeper needs the parking pass after you check out so please leave it for her.ABOUT MY CONDO: My condo is a studio condo - like a hotel room with a full kitchen. It is garden level so 6 steps down and it comes with free parking for one car in a gated parking lot located just outside the condo! There is a closet in the entry with several options for hanging or folding clothes and storing shoes. An iron and ironing board can also be found there, along with a bin of clean "Rag Towels" and a humidifier. There is also a Queen Sized bed, futon, 5 drawer dresser, and a luggage rack. The bathroom was remodeled around 2010. It is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is stocked with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 face clothes. The hair dryer can be found under the sink and toilet paper is also provided.Stretch your legs out on the Queen sized bed (new in 2016) or the futon. I provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV with the standard You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, and so much more. Dining is at the bar in the kitchen. My kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. It is also stocked with dishes and coffee cups that are a service for 8. Wine glasses, silverware, towels, pot holders, paper towels, cooking utensils, knives, toaster, blender, crock pot and Gotham Steele pots and pans. The coffee machine is auto drip coffee maker takes round filters. It is a standard 8 cup auto drip coffee maker and again takes round paper filters.The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated but also digitally operated by downloading the app). Separated by cinder block walls so there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. No cats please, I am allergic. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time. If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.I have much pride in my condo and since I live here in Vail I do frequent walk through and quality checks. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. If you notice any burnt out bulbs, or things that need repair, don't hesitate to text me and let me know. My housekeeper has been with me for a long time and does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, again, please let me know. As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car between the hours of check in and check out. If you want a clean condo then respect that my housekeeper needs the parking pass between departure and the next arrival. This garden level condo is a studio condo and best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.) The views are toward the courtyard and my rates are the best in Vail Village! TRIP INSURANCE: Consider adding trip insurance. VRBO provides a link for trip insurance. Adding this to your reservation may cover your non-refundable trip costs if you have to cancel because you or a companion gets sick or injured before your trip. Located directly across the street from Vail's Golden Peak lifts & ski school. Our wonderful condo offers on-site ski valet & rentals, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, restaurant, bar, fitness center, spa and complimentary breakfast, cookies & hot cocoa and Bourbon bar tastings. A favorite of this condo is it's patio which is a great spot to enjoy a barbeque on the Weber grill or people watch the action at the pool and hot tubs. 메리어트의 새로운 호텔. 우리는 실제로 아파트를 가지고있었습니다. 모든 것이 매우 새롭고 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 우리가 가본 대부분의 장소보다 좋았습니다. 은 훌륭하고 직원은 매우 전문적입니다. 그들은 Vail 시내와 매우 가깝지는 않지만 무료 셔틀은이 문제를 완전히 해결합니다. 둥지 중 하나가 머무릅니다. 편의 시설과 자쿠지는 훌륭합니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 아스펜의 비슷한 호텔에서 방금 남긴 오만함과는 대조적이었습니다. 시설은 매우 편안했습니다. 무료 커피와 차는 절대적으로 그 자리를 쳤습니다. 최하단은 우리가 어느 시점에서 다시 돌아올 것으로 예상한다는 것입니다.

差評給到hot tub，一開始水是温的，但不燙，達不到hot tub的温度，裡邊泡着的遊客説已經叫工人修了，我和孩子進去幾分鐘之後開始感覺有微微熱水注入，過了10分鐘左右，水比一開始熱了一點點，但突然開始注入大股大股冷水，水池迅速變涼，我們趕緊走了。第二天早起我和孩子兩個人都感冒了。
