Our classic Wardman-style DC Rowhome is located in the vibrant Petworth neighborhood of Washington, DC and serves as the perfect jumping point for exploring the city. We are a quick 9 minute walk to the metro (93 walk score) and have tons of bus, bike, street parking, and uber/lyft options readily available.NOTE: Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted in this space.Over the last several years, we have lovingly restored this 100+ year old home. With many original features still in tact (transom windows, skylights, custom doorways and window frames, original door handles, etc.) we hope you enjoy its timelessness and character as much as we do, and give it as much care as we have!Come and go easily using our private entrances along with a fully automated check-in process.THE SPACE:In the basement you will find two bedrooms; one is furnished with a queen bed and the other with twin bunks. There is a living room area equipped with TV and futon, a newly renovated bathroom with full sized washer/dryer set, a separate workspace with desk and chair, and kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, sink, and microwave) for small meal prep/coffee making!On the main level of the home you will find a spacious and welcoming living room, dining area, sunroom, half bath, and full kitchen - perfect for relaxing with loved ones after a long day of sightseeing! The kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The sunroom has a futon and air mattress for extra sleeping space!Upstairs you will find 3 full bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet, as well as an en suite full bathroom equipped with a shower, double sinks, and soaking tub (original to the home!). The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. One of the rooms has a small office off of it for those that need to get some work done, as well. The other, a cozy chair for reading that expands for additional sleeping space if needed.Fresh towels and bed linens will always be provided, as will basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.OUTSIDE:Enjoy the front porch furnished with rocking chairs! Off the back of the house, you will find a nice deck that leads down to a fully enclosed, private backyard. There is an additional patio space on the yard level and a secluded and private 4-6 person HOT TUB available for use under the deck!PARKING:While we do not have private parking on site, street parking is free and readily available.HOUSE RULES:1. Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted in this space. Please be respectful of our neighbors; no loud noises between 10pm and 8am.2. To reiterate, Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am every day of the week.3. No additional guests (anyone not listed on the reservation and included in the total guest count) unless otherwise communicated and agreed on. If this rule is violated and more guests are present on the property without the host’s knowledge and permission, a fee of $25 per person per day will be assessed. Our home is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. Our large family room will make you feel like you are at home. House is 2,700 sq ft. The house is a close 2.5 miles from the well-known National Zoo. Also, a quick 10 minute walk to the METRO station that has a direct route to the National Mall - a perfect tourist destination. This is a 4 bedroom (King, Queen, Queen, twin), 3.5 bath and a den “5 bedroom” it has a locking door - Queen bed - just not a window in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. Basement : 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Basement is connected to the house. Futon. Second floor: King, Queen, twin. Living room : sofa bed The house includes three flat screen TVs (60", 47" and 32") and has Verizon Fios TV and 75/75 (extremely fast!) wireless internet. One King sized bed, 3 queens sized bed, and one twin sized bed. Additional we have a sofa bed in the living room and a futon. The space would be most comfortable for groups up to 10, but if you are willing too, the space can accommodate up to 13 people, with 3 people staying on the sofa bed and futon. There are 4 - completely empty closets - in each of the front bedrooms for all your things; the fridge is sparkling and empty and kitchen has everything you need for cooking- plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking pans, bowls etc. We have a pack and play for infants -additional mattress for the pack and play so baby can sleep comfortable and crib sheet. We also have one booster seat. We provide a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Washer and dryer included in laundry closet off of the master bedroom. Our home also has a 160 square foot deck on the rear of the home, with a grill and chairs. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day touring the city!We will also provide a private parking spot which is in the backyard (not covered) and locked with a wooden gate. Extra parking spots are available around the house. Our area doesn't require a permit zone parking. I am located 0.70 miles from the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro Station (Yellow/Green Line) about a 10-15 min walk, metro bus is a block away. We are also walking distance to the grocery stores: YES Organic! and Safeway. There are some terrific food options near my home, and I I will be sharing all those options prior to your arrival.If you are planning to have parties/gatherings at this house - this is not the house for you. 엄마와 함께 갔다. 우선 위치가 너무 안좋습니다! ! ! ***에서는 교통이 정말 편리하지만 거기 앉을 방법이 없습니다! ! ! 차가 없는 동포들은 오지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 거리는 ***, *********로 가득 차 있습니다. 그때 버스에 탄 경찰관이 다가와 우리를 괴롭히며 버스에서 내리려고 했습니다. 다행히 버스 운전사가 우리를 멈춰 세웠습니다. 묘지로 둘러싸여 있고 버려져 있습니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크의 사람들은 매우 친절하고 열정적입니다. 그런데 에어컨이 고장나서 고쳐도 나아질 수가 없어요.

우리는 오후 2 시경에 도착했고 접수 원은 우리가 체크인 할 수있게했습니다. 그는 도움이되었습니다. 호텔은 우리가 머무는 동안 개조 중입니다. 객실 청소 및 객실 유지 보수에 까다 롭다면 완벽한 호텔이 아니며, 머무는 동안 화장실 배기, 냉장고 및 에어컨이 여러 번 전화를 걸어보고 한 후에도 확인 및 수정되지 않았습니다. 내셔널 몰까지 최소 20-40 분. 나는 Uber / Lyft가 NY / LA보다 DC에서 더 저렴하다는 것을 알았으므로 걷는 데 지칠 때마다 'em을 예약합니다.

전반적으로 가치 있고 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 체크아웃 전날 밤에 DCA에 택시 서비스를 요청했지만 한 가지 사건이 있었습니다. 예약이 없었습니다. 꽤 실망스럽지만 그럼에도 불구하고 다른 수단이 있었기 때문에 저에게는 효과가 있었습니다. 그러나 내가 없었다면 나는 피트를 던졌을 것입니다! 적어도 그들은 내가 체크 아웃 할 때 택시 서비스가 여전히 필요한지 다시 확인했어야했습니다. 이 외에도 아침 식사를위한 음식 선택, 심지어 커피와 차 옵션까지 다른 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 백악관과 CVS가 꽤 가까워서 위치도 좋았습니다. 방은 또한 1 인용자에게 적합한 크기였으며 깨끗하고 적절한 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다.

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

캡슐 호텔의 아이디어를 사랑하고 프라이버시를 즐기십시오. 그러나 캡슐에는 전원이 공급되지 않는 USB 포트만 있었고 충전을 매우 실망스럽고 긴 노력으로 만든 파워포인트가 없었습니다. 많은 음식과 바, 길 건너편에 있는 cvs와 모퉁이를 돌면 지하철도 가깝습니다. 삶을 매우 쉽게 만들었습니다. trip.com 앱이 주세를 받지 않기 때문에 체크인 과정이 성가셨습니다. 도착 시 자체 체크인을 할 수 없었기 때문에 건물 앞에서 4 시간을 기다려야했습니다. 오후 6시 체크인 시간 슬롯에 가방을 들고 오전 10시에서 오후 1시, 오후 6시에서 오후 10시 체크인. 각 층에는 지하에 화장실과 샤워 시설이 있었고 주요 청소 문제는 없어 보였습니다.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

房間衞生是ok的，符合標準 酒店一樓，異味比較大 每天都是 酒店服務：給差評是有原因的，第一天晚上我們發現有陌生人躲在我們門外面，於是打電話給前台尋求幫助。前後打了三次，前台答應我們會上來查看，但是沒有。一直讓我們等待，然後就再也沒有然後了。我不知道是為什麼 但是那一晚我覺得我處在很危險的境地，很緊張。我把貓眼堵住了，還放了個東西在門把手上。萬怡就是這樣對待客户的需求的。還是注意安全吧

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。
