Completed in January 2019, the Sugarbush Tiny House/Cabin is a cozy, yet comfortable, 152 SF of space saving design. You will be surprised how the Tiny House lives much larger than it's size.The Tiny House resides on 3.2 acres of wooded forest at the base of Mount Ellen/Sugarbush. You can ski-in from Lower FIS or Snowflake and the slopes are short walk (approximately 1/2 mile) to the base parking lot/shuttle. The Tiny House backs up to Lockwood Brook and 20+ acres of Sugarbush owned land.The Tiny House features an American Leather Comfort Sleeper Sofa which is considered the most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market. It is a technological marvel, easy to use, and its foam mattress guarantees a great night sleep.The surprisingly well equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, one induction burner, convection oven, Keurig K-cup coffee maker and dishwasher. A full assortment of cooking utensils are provided. You will be surprised how much space you have to prepare a meal if you desire! There is also an outdoor propane BBQ and Fire Pit for grilling and smoring!The Tiny House has a 12' Cathedral Ceiling. Heating is provided by Radiant Floor Heating, a 4000-Watt Micathermic High Output Wall Heater, and a NuTone 1500-Watt Heater/Fan in the Bathroom. The Tiny House easily stays as warm as you desire even in sub-zero temperatures!High Speed Fiber Internet (1Gb Down/1Gb Up) and WIFI. Stream your favorite shows on the 55” Samsung Smart TV.Entipur Water Filtration System on all sinks and shower.A key is provided to the unheated storage shed (72SF) for Guest's to store/lock up luggage or gear. There is a Loft (not pictured) in the Tiny House that is used for Owner Storage and is off limits to Guests.There are clearly visible outside security cameras protecting the windows/door of the Tiny House and inside the storage shed.Shopping and all your vacation needs are in Waitsfield/Irasville which is 4-5 miles away.During Winter Months the Mad River Valley runs free shuttles from Mount Ellen to Lincoln Peak to Shopping in Irasville/Waitsfield and many stops in between! Please note that a 4WD/AWD vehicle with snow tires or all season tires with good tread and rated for snow is HIGHLY recommended during and just after winter storms, until the roads have been plowed and sanded.The Tiny House shares the property with a new home that was finished in December 2021 which is approximately 50 feet away and available for separate rental (https://www.vrbo.com/2984038?unitId=3556078).After booking on HomeAway, the Host will send the Guest a separate confirmation and rental contract spelling out the terms of the rental. A picturesque New England home situated in a private setting with the sound and beauty of Slide Brook enhancing your stay. Enjoy the comforts of a spacious home with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the winter, summer, and fall. Stay cozy by the wood stove, sled in the yard, or play and fish in the brook. Our house is located outside the entrance to Sugarbush North, so you can easily make fresh morning tracks. We are walking distance to the Mad River Path for hiking, and snowshoeing. Three large bedrooms comfortably sleeps eight. Our house can certainly accommodate more guests upon request. Eat-in​ kitchen with a table that seats ten, bonus room with a foosball​ table and video games for hours of entertainment for children and teens. here are desks in the kitchen and bonus room to accommodate the work from home lifestyle. Situated on 2 acres off paved German Flats Road in Fayston, Vermont this brand new timber frame home is located less than one mile from the entrance to Mt. Ellen (Sugarbush) and approximately 2.5 miles from the parking lots at Lincoln Peak (Sugarbush). This home features three bedrooms and two and half baths. Along with a queen sleeper sofa in the basement, it comfortably sleeps 8 people. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, additional dining around a large kitchen island, first floor sitting area, upstairs TV/Loft area, huge TV area in the basement plus plenty of parking. The home features radiant heat and a gas fireplace. Please note this home is not air conditioned but does have large ceiling fans to circulate air. This home also features a huge wrap around deck with lots of outdoor seating perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Located in Waitsfield, just 5 minutes to Mad River Glen and 8 minutes to Sugarbush. Right in the heart of the Mad River Valley and access to tons of mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. Enjoy what this 1-bedroom cottage has to offer. This quaint property features 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed in the bedroom, along with a cozy living room with 1 twin bed and 1 futon. The Mill Brook runs along the backside of the house, you can sit by the brook and have a beautiful fire to unwind. The cottage is cozy & small, but offers all the amenities including boosted WiFi, a small kitchen, and plenty of space to kick back after a day of adventures. Lawson's Brewery, American Flatbread, and Mad Taco are 5 minutes down the road. The location of the cottage are perfect for dropping your bags and getting outside.
