시설 : 109점 위생: 100점 환경 : 100점 서비스 : 100 포인트 순위: 100점 이 호텔은 칭찬할 만합니다. 이틀 동안 머물기에 아주 좋았습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 위치가 아주 좋다는 것입니다. 프렌치 쿼터에 바로 있어서 도보로 어디든 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 가격대비 성능비가 매우 좋습니다. 뉴올리언스의 모든 호텔은 금요일과 토요일 밤에 가격을 상당히 인상했습니다. 온라인에서 어떤 사람들은 이 호텔 객실에는 창문이 없다고 말했지만, 프런트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했고, 저에게 매우 좋은 객실을 제공해 주었습니다. 창밖의 아름다운 풍경과 멀리 보이는 미시시피 강의 사진을 올려보세요.

호텔은 좋은 위치에 있고 외출하기에 편리합니다. 미국식 아침 식사와 커피는 하루 종일 제공되며, 이는 모두 장점입니다. 하지만 돌아온 후 조금 무서웠습니다. 처음 방에 들어갔을 때, 침대의 흰 시트에 검은 곱슬머리와 노란 얼룩이 있어서 불편했습니다. 프런트에 알린 후, 프런트 직원이 재빨리 시트를 갈아주었습니다. 마지막 날 밤, 룸메이트가 바지 한 벌을 찾지 못했습니다. 그녀와 저는 모든 짐과 방 구석구석을 수색했지만 찾을 수 없었습니다. 집에 돌아와서 새로 산 요가 바지와 상의도 태그를 자르지 않은 채 분실된 것을 발견했습니다. 우리가 여행하던 다른 객실에서도 루루 요가 바지 한 벌이 없어졌습니다. 이런 일이 일어나자 우리는 호텔 객실 청소 직원을 보고 몸서리를 쳤습니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 따뜻하고 세심했지만, 하우스키핑은 낯선 나라 출신이어서 영어를 이해하지 못했습니다. 그들을 제외하면 호텔 직원이 우리 방에 들어가는 것은 불가능했습니다. 다른 나라, 다른 지역의 호텔 객실에서 물건을 잃어버리는 상황을 겪어본 적이 없습니다!

호텔의 가장 큰 하이라이트는 훌륭한 위치입니다. 가장 중심부에 위치하여 밤에 프렌치 쿼터로 가는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 또한 다양한 관광 명소로 가는 것도 매우 편리하고, 주변 보안도 좋습니다. 환경이 그렇게 좋지는 않지만 나쁘지 않고, 위생상태도 매우 좋고, 아침식사는 간단하지만 배부르게 먹었습니다. 가격대비 성능비가 매우 높습니다. 다음에 또 여기 머물고 싶습니다.

숙박만 하면 특별히 문제 없는 호텔

Nice hotel location and staff, breakfast can be a bit busy. Room size is good.

The hotel is getting old with a very slow elevator. The location is good and close to various attractions. The service is poor and every request was met with hostility and begrudgingly answered.

Conveniently located with everything within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Parking was down the street around the corner for a fee. One of the elevators went out so it took a long time to get to and from my room. My room door stuck and I only realized it when housekeeping clean my room and did not close it all the way. There was daily breakfast that was decent. There is no onsite gym, but one is offered offsite for a fee. One of my complaints is if housekeeping is going to clean the room and take towels replace the one they take. Also ensure the door is close when they leave. But to alleviate all of this ensure all rooms have a do not disturb sign. My schedule was crazy and I did not have 20 minutes to wait in line to get something that was supposed to be in the room.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, walking distance to almost everything. 10/10 would stay here again with 2 small children!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, gave some recommendations for local food and activities. The room was clean and decent, but the bathtub never fully shut off and constantly trickled. The location right off canal street is convenient to the French Quarter and ******. One of the downsides of this hotel is that our key cards were essentially “wiped” on a daily basis and would not allow us access to our room. We had to go down to the front desk to fix them, each day in the afternoon, and ended up having to go to the front desk twice per time because the first try didn’t work. It also would take a while to get up to our room (9th floor) because the staff use the same elevators and 3-4 of them would go into the elevators with heaps of linens and then stop every couple of floors to get off. Which didn’t bother me until I had to fix my key cards, which then ended up being a ~20 minute process each time.

The room was extremely cold, very loud air conditioning that was working nonstop and preventing a good night sleep. Toilet was running and the shower was impossible to turn on or off. On top of it we were overcharged $73 for parking when the website said parking was included.

The best place in the big city.
