The well-maintained, ultra-clean condo is on the 15th floor w/ a spectacular sunset mountain view. It is located in the heart of downtown (CBD or Central Business District) and close to 16th St. Mall, Pepsi Center, Coors Field, Union Station, Denver Ctr. for the Performing Arts, Elitches, CO Convention Ctr., Denver Mint & shopping centers/restaurants/bars. Brooks Tower is a 42-story bldg. w/ 24-hour front desk staff, card swipe-secured entrance, pool (seasonal), fitness/shared laundry/billiards/meeting rooms, community kitchen & 7-Eleven convenient market (open: 5 AM-12 AM). Everything is within walking distance and a car is not needed. The condo is fully furnished and offers "oversized studio" or "open space" accommodation. It has a well-maintained Stainmaster carpet throughout the condominium. Please be gentle with relatively new furniture (High definition TV, sectional sofa, ottoman, bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, chairs, lamps, work table, throw pillows, wooden serving tray, vacuum cleaner, etc.) and kitchen equipment (pots, pans, plates/glasses, utensils, set of knives, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, tea kettle, expansive granite counter, maple cabinets, etc.). Matching kitchen appliances (Frigidaire Gallery Model) and the huge maple bookshelves should be handled with utmost care. The spacious unit is 998 sq. ft. There is a master's BR (approximately 150 sq. ft.) which is NOT accessible to guests. Please respect this requirement. More than 845 sq. ft. are available for occupants to enjoy. The den/study room was converted into a comfortable sleeping area. A queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, and maple bookshelves are found. An 18-inch inflatable queen-sized air mattress (Coleman Brand) is available if needed. The large living room has a table or desk that can be used for work-related activities. It has an LED lamp w/ a USB connection. The 40" SmartTV has DirecTV channels. To turn the TV on, use the grey remote control and press the home button to access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HULU/Disney+/MAX. To switch to HDM1 or DirecTV channels and volume, use the black/white DirecTV remote control. HOUSE RULES/REQUIREMENTS/EXPECTATIONS: Mi casa, su casa! Please treat this home as your own. Overall decent hotel but a little expensive for the value. I had to keep my window drapes shut the entire 10 days because the window faces internally to the hotel middle and easy for others to see into your room. Try to get a room with outside facing windows

16th street mallから近くて食事もエンターテイメントも楽しめました！デンバーで上演されていたミュージカルを見に行ったのですが、シアターエリアにも近くてとても便利でした。なんと、それに出演していたキャストが全員ここのホテルに泊まっていたので、ロビーで一緒に写真を撮ってもらいました！

The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room. I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

Pour info j'avais une suite au dernier étage, et dès mon arrivée j'ai pris la peinne de leurs dire que parler en anglais n'étais pas facile pour moi et que ce n'était pas ma langue d'origine. Et jusye WOW j'ai adoré mon séjour avec eux. Je n'ais aucun point négatif, très confortable, le lit comme le divan, beaucoup d'espace, l'internet fonctionne super bien, pour la douche pour moi la pression d'eau est importante et je n'ais pas été déçu, car la pressiondu jet d'eau étais parfaite (pas trop fort, ni trop faible), très bonne insonorisation, j'ai rien entendu j'ai même réussi à dormir comme un bébé, le personnel à été super gentil, aimablement, et ils m'ont aider à trouver l'itinéraire le moins cher pour retourner à l'aéroport et même me montrer on était l'arrêt de but le plus proche. Ils étaient tous très serviable. Côté déjeuner, WOW!!! 1er chose que j'ai remarqué c'est qu'à d'autres place ils ne font pas ce genre de service, une personne super gentille vien chercher ton assiette quand elle es vide, à chaque matin il y avais un petit quelque chose qui changeait donc tu ne mange pas toujours la même chose, il y a bien sûr certaines choses qui sont rester ce qui es normal et en plus c'était les plus populaires, j'ai adoré pouvoir me faire des gaufres chaque matin, il y avais beaucoup mais vrais beaucoup de choix. N'hésitez pas a choisir cette hotel pour ma part si je dois revenir a Denver je reprendrais cette hotel. Ps.: sorry pour les photos un peux flou, j'avais pris une vidéo mais je n'ais pas trouver comment envoyer ma vidéo alors j'ai pris des screenshoot de ma video pour que vous puissiez voir ma suite.

There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.

Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big! Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.
