Excellent location, receptionist was great and super helpful. Amenities are good for the price. Place is clean and comfortable

Stayed here twice in September for work. Staff was awesome. It is pretty typical aloft fun, modern, comfortable and clean. The friendliness of staff made it stand out. Great location close to good eats and convention center. I will stay again if work or pleasure brings me back to downtown Denver.

Hotel is in a convenient location, walking distance to most downtown attractions. A couple blocks from the convention center. Close to shopping and restaurants. Union station is a few blocks away making it easy to get to from the airport. Room was simple but clean. There was an issue with the door to the bathroom and the front desk had it taken care of immediately. Overall great stay. We didn’t have a car to park but noticed there are many lots surrounding the hotel that seemed much cheaper than the hotel’s daily parking rate.

Great spot. Right in the middle of everything. 16th st just on the next coner. And plenty to do within walking distance.

Worst hotel experience. There are ZERO amenities: no drinkable water in room, had to go downstairs and buy a bottle of water. Had to pay for coffee. The hotel room itself: bathroom was dirty, door to bathroom didn’t close, my window outside looked directly into other hotel rooms AND I could see what people were doing. (Maybe tint these windows!)

Definitely enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredible and everyone was very friendly.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and answered all our questions. Our valet guy was the best!

I haven't even stayed at this hotel as yet so I will update this if appropriate. We are Titanium members who had two consecutive stays for 2 nights each using points/certificates. Our stay is in 2 weeks. We just received emails stating our reservations were cancelled. We called Marriott who said the cancellation was done by the hotel itself and they were unable to get a hold of the hotel. They could only take our contact info and send a message to the hotel. I decided to call the hotel direct myself. I've been in a phone loop for over an hour now. No answer from the front desk in over an hour? Another option is to transfer to the Executive Offices but they don't answer either and they don't offer a voice mail option. It's all a dead end as if they don't exist. I'm just hanging out on hold due to stubbornness. It's a unique experience.

Was booked on points for a concert weekend towards the end of August. Got an email from the Assistant General Manager stating that their property is closed for reservations and will be cancelling my stay. Keep in mind this is two weeks out from a sold out concert at Empower Field and forced to rebook at another property for at least another 33% increase in points due to how soon it will be. Called the Titanium Line and they did not see any indication that this hotel is closed or notes that it is undergoing renovations. I replied back to the email asking for a transfer to another property and dead silence with no reply. They know the did wrong and conduct horrible business practices. I stay 100+ nights a year at Marriotts and never write a negative review even after minor negative experiences and this was my first one...stay away.
