Walkable to restaurants, entertainment, bookstores, groceries. 2 blocks from Kerry Park with the best panoramic city views ... 4 blocks from Meredith Grey's house. Easy jaunt by foot, electric scooters / bikes, or Uber to the Needle, Pike Place, Fremont, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Piers 66 & 91, Univ. of WA. $6 transit to the airport of using Link train. 1 free carport space.The spaceNote that the third bed is the pullout King sofa in the living room. A memory foam mattress pad is available in a wardrobe next to the sofa to make this a cozy sleep along with all necessary bedding and pillows. The fourth bed is a queen murphy bed on the wall in between the kitchen and living room spaces. Our guest suite is a mix of 1926 charm & modern updates, located in the heart of one of Seattle's beloved neighborhoods, one block from Queen Anne Ave. Walking distance to charming coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, local shopping, & Kerry Park overlooking Elliott Bay & the downtown skyline. We are 1 mile (with a hill) from Climate Pledge Arena and the Space needle, a 5 min. drive to Downtown, Ballard, Gasworks Park, MoPop, SPU & Fremont making this location unbeatable. Enjoy eco-friendly touches in our cozy inviting space.The spaceKeeping with the history of our 1926 home, we restored and retained many of the original pieces of this space, our guest suite is a mix of vintage and modern with the original kitchen sink and cabinets, exposed wood walls and metal fire doors, but we also brought in modern and eco-friendly updates with a marble walk-in shower and pump toilet. You will also find eco-friendly touches such as filtered water faucet, reusable dishes and soap dispensers for your use. This is a studio space with kitchenette and living room area. There is a queen bed with way too many pillows and 800 thread count sheets, a couch, a smart TV and Wifi. Double French doors open up to a tiny outdoor seating area (too small to call a patio but perhaps worthy of your morning coffee moment.)Kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee french press, popcorn maker, ice trays, filtered water, dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, wine & champagne glasses. Popcorn, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.Please note: Our VRBO studio space is located on the bottom floor of our home, from 10:30pm - 7am enjoy quiet. During the daytime hours there will be some noise from upstairs. We have a kitten, he is not allowed in the guest suite but we do launder bedding and towels in the same washer/dryer as the rest of the house. We have installed a eco-friendly pump toilet, the pump will run for several seconds when you flush the toilet or shower. You have your own private access to the guest suite and locking doors to the rest of the house. The queen bed is lofted, you will have to step up 2 stairs and reach it from the foot of the bed.This space is set up for two guests, if you are interested in having more than 2, please contact for approval. There is also a $30 per each additional guest fee, maximum guests allowed is 4.Please no smoking, vaping, or burning incense. No pets.Guest accessParking is free on the street in front of the VRBO. You can also park right in front of the drive away/entrance of the VRBO. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely friendly. I requested hot water, and they even brought it to my room in a teapot, and it was delivered very quickly. On the day we arrived in Seattle, they allowed us to check in early, which was a great help. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle. The location is also very convenient.

시애틀의 90%를 방문하고 싶다면 최고이자 가장 조용한 위치! 친절하고 효율적인 체크인. 로비도 정말 멋졌어요. 좀 더 이용했으면 좋았을 텐데 아쉽네요. 시내에서 친구들과 저녁을 먹으러 가느라 거기서 먹고 마시지는 않았어요. 이 지역의 카페 몇 군데는 꼭 들러볼 만해요. 체크아웃은 제가 경험해 본 것 중 가장 쉬웠어요. 객실은 약간 사이버펑크풍이나 캡슐 호텔처럼 생겼지만, 잠도 잘 자고 필요한 건 거의 다 갖춰져 있었어요 (책상이 필요하거나 할 일이 없다면 말이죠). 참고할 점: 조명은 밝기가 주기적으로 바뀌기 때문에 어둡게 하기가 조금 까다로워요. 조명 하나만 켜두고 나머지는 절전 기능으로 어둡게 했으면 좋았을 텐데요 (저녁 식사 후 칠흑같이 어두운 방에 들어가지 않도록 야간 커튼을 올리고 주간 커튼을 내리기 위해서도요). 모든 면에서 별 5개를 줄 수 없는 이유는 뭘까요? 샤워 문이 완전히 닫히지 않아서 수건으로 젖은 욕실 바닥을 닦았어요. 키오스크에서 수건을 추가로 요청했는데... 오지 않았어요. 다행히 제가 나가기 전에 바닥이 말라서 다행이었어요. 아이패드로 요청했으면 됐을지도 모르겠네요. 이 문제 때문에 숙박이 기대만큼 좋지는 않았지만, 어쩔 수 없이 썼어요. [다행히 지하에 화장실이 하나 더 있어요]

리뷰를 귀찮아서 잘 쓰는 성격이 아니지만 이 호텔의 친절과 청결, 그리고 서비스에 감동하여 안쓸 수가 없습니다. 저는 한국인이고 GSA 발표가 있어서 혼자 가게된 영어를 잘 하지 못하는 학생입니다. 처음가는 미국인지라 걱정 반 설렘 반이였는데 걱정했던것과 달리 한국어 메뉴얼도 같이 주시고 영어 못하는 저를 배려해서 많은 부분 이해와 존중을 받았습니다. 그리고 최대한 많은 서비스를 해주려고 노력해주는 모습이 너무 감사했습니다. 다시 시애틀을 가게 된다면 여기서 지낼거 같네요. 정말 감사했습니다. I’m not the type of person who usually writes reviews because I find it bothersome, but I was so impressed by this hotel’s kindness, cleanliness, and service that I felt compelled to write one. I am a Korean student who doesn’t speak English well, and I traveled alone for the GSA conference. Since it was my first time visiting the United States, I was both excited and worried. However, contrary to my concerns, the hotel provided a Korean manual, and they were very considerate and respectful, even though I couldn’t speak English well. I truly appreciated their effort to offer me as much support and service as possible. If I visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you so much for everything!

스페이스 니들과 파이크 플레이스의 중간 지점에 있으며 둘 다 도보로 갈 수 있기 때문에 매우 편리했습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 넓고 어메니티도 구비되어 있습니다. 제가 묵은 방은 옆 방과 문으로 연결되어 있고(잠금이 걸려서 열리지 않음), 옆방이 열리려고 한밤중에도 엉뚱하게 시끄럽습니다. 아침 식사는 호텔에서 조리 된 것은 전혀 없으며 냉장 버거와 빵, 요구르트, Costco의 삶은 * 및 과일입니다. 주변에 아침부터 영업하는 카페 등이 있으므로 아침 식사는 호텔 밖에서 먹는 것이 좋습니다.

아주 깨끗하고 인테리어도 맘에 듭니다. 체크인 프런트에 준비된 캔디류 스낵이 피로를 푸는데 도움이 되었고, 예약에 문제가 있었는데 직원들이 최선을 다해 도와주었어요. 수영장 물(해수처럼 소금이 약간 첨가된) 온도가 딱 좋았고 사우나 시설도 좋고, 샤워룸 안의 구비 물품이 세심히 준비되어 있습니다. 짐에 운동기구들도 깨끗이 관리되고 있고 요가룸도 따로 있어서 좋습니다. 방 안 어메니티는 한 사람분이 준비되어 있는 듯한데 요청하면 모두 가져다주었고, 깨끗한 수건 넉넉히 구비되어 있고, 침대와 의자들 모두 편안하고, 샤워룸 앞 창에는 모자이크 부분이 되어 있는 등 전체적으로 세심한 배려를 느낄 수 있었습니다. Very clean and I like the interior. The small treats prepared at the check-in front desk helped relieve my fatigue. When I had a problem with my reservation, the staff did their best to help. The temperature of the pool water (slightly salted like seawater) was just right, the sauna facilities were good, and the items in the shower room were carefully prepared. The exercise equipment in the gym is kept clean, and it's nice to have a separate yoga room. The amenities in the room seemed to be prepared for one person, but all missed items brought upon request, and there were plenty of clean towels, the beds and chairs are comfortable, and there were mosaics on the window in front of the shower room. Overall, I could feel the meticulous consideration.
