Washington DC has no shortage of large, splashy hotels. Rental is for two guests looking for an intimate, clean, quiet, friendly place to relax and work with tasteful furniture. There is an extra charge of $65 for each added guest including children over 3 years old. Located in top real estate zip code 20007, the safest residential block of Georgetown village with small Palisades and big terraced houses, tall trees and nearby Hidy Park with free tennis courts, 15 minutes' walk to downtown or up the street Fox-hall shopping center, perfect location, coffee shop, deli short walk from the house plus CVS, restaurants, and farmers market Sundays on MacArthur Blvd. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table seated four, working desk station with Wi-Fi in the living room, a cozy leather couch, within unit washer and dryer, detergent not included. Both bedrooms have firm mattresses and soft cotton sheets. A full bathroom with ample space for toiletries, soft towels, all utilities included. This 2-bedroom apartment is on the lower level of the house with windows and glass enclosed private entrance approx. 1100 square feet found near Georgetown Hospital and Georgetown University in the Palisade neighborhood. Located in the East Village, which is the section of Georgetown closest to downtown, the mall, and the Capitol. Public transportation is nearby (two blocks to 30th and Q for the city bus; four blocks at Wisconsin and S for the Circulator). Quick Uber, Lyft and taxi pickups. The buses within 2 blocks will take you right to Dupont Circle within 10 minutes. It is a beautiful home on a quiet street near Montrose Park and Dumbarton Oaks. It is just several blocks from the center of Georgetown but it feels like a neighborhood! You can easily walk to numerous great restaurants and other iconic Georgetown shopping! Several grocery stores and pharmacies are also in walking distance. Georgetown has its own share of museums to, such as Tudor Place, the Old Stone House, Dumbarton House and Dumbarton Oaks museum, all within walking distance! My home is clean and comfortable and convenient. It is beautifully decorated, and has central air and heat. There is wonderful light throughout the house including a sunroom/antique greenhouse on the main level. An alley entrance in the back off of Avon makes it easy to bring in luggage and groceries to the main level. The main bathroom has a clawfoot tub for great soaking or a shower if you prefer. Other amenities are described in the notes. You will really enjoy that my home is within one block of spectacular parks, (Montrose Park, Rock Creek Park). Great for hiking and picnicking. It is also a block to Dumbarton Oaks museum and grounds and Tudor Place museum and grounds. Other historic sites such as Oak Hill Cemetery are a street away. You could spend your whole visit just walking through the streets looking at beautiful 18th to early 20th century homes and gardens! Parking available!Enjoy your stay!!! location is nice, it's about a 20 minute walk from Foggy Bottom and about 25 from Rosslyn (through Key Bridge). but there are some buses on M Street that run quite frequently. the room is nice and cozy. i chose this because it's close to Georgetown campus. the price is reasonable for a couple; it was a bit high for me as a solo traveler.

엄마와 함께 갔다. 우선 위치가 너무 안좋습니다! ! ! ***에서는 교통이 정말 편리하지만 거기 앉을 방법이 없습니다! ! ! 차가 없는 동포들은 오지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 거리는 ***, *********로 가득 차 있습니다. 그때 버스에 탄 경찰관이 다가와 우리를 괴롭히며 버스에서 내리려고 했습니다. 다행히 버스 운전사가 우리를 멈춰 세웠습니다. 묘지로 둘러싸여 있고 버려져 있습니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크의 사람들은 매우 친절하고 열정적입니다. 그런데 에어컨이 고장나서 고쳐도 나아질 수가 없어요.

캡슐 호텔의 아이디어를 사랑하고 프라이버시를 즐기십시오. 그러나 캡슐에는 전원이 공급되지 않는 USB 포트만 있었고 충전을 매우 실망스럽고 긴 노력으로 만든 파워포인트가 없었습니다. 많은 음식과 바, 길 건너편에 있는 cvs와 모퉁이를 돌면 지하철도 가깝습니다. 삶을 매우 쉽게 만들었습니다. trip.com 앱이 주세를 받지 않기 때문에 체크인 과정이 성가셨습니다. 도착 시 자체 체크인을 할 수 없었기 때문에 건물 앞에서 4 시간을 기다려야했습니다. 오후 6시 체크인 시간 슬롯에 가방을 들고 오전 10시에서 오후 1시, 오후 6시에서 오후 10시 체크인. 각 층에는 지하에 화장실과 샤워 시설이 있었고 주요 청소 문제는 없어 보였습니다.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

위치는 최고입니다. 교통수단 없이 4일 동안 놀았습니다. 시설은 보통 4성급 이상 5성급 이하로 상당히 만족스럽고 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 서비스도 좋고 요청에 응답합니다. 그런데 로비에 있는 리셉셔니스트가 기분 나쁘게 해서 점수를 깎아줬어요. 이 호텔은 매우 작고 비스듬한 코너 룸이 매우 적고 창문은 크기가 절반에 불과하며 비수기에는 접수 원이 그런 방을 제공했습니다. 사실, 그가 우리 여권을 보고 중국에서 왔느냐고 물었기 때문에 그가 차별을 했다고 생각합니다. 나는 아니오, 우리는 캐나다에서 왔지만 실제로는 중국인이라고 말했습니다. 그는 부자연스럽게 표정을 일그러뜨렸다. 근데 체크인하고 나니 방 상태가 좋지 않아서 방을 바꾸자고 했더니 흔쾌히 바꿔주셨는데 방으로 보내지 말고 로비에 가서 룸카드 바꾸라고 하더군요. 요컨대, 단점은 장점을 숨기지 않으며 다음에 워싱턴에 올 때 여기에 머무를 것입니다.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel is located fairly near Union station, however there is a massive problem with homeless people hanging around outside. Overall, the rooms are clean if not a little dated. We had a question over credit card charges. Our family booked the room online with Trip and the hotel preauthorised our card $340 dollars, on arrival charged $200 dollars deposit and then took a further $190 for some reason until o removed the authority on the card. A two night stay is equal to $740 dollars while we wait for refunds. The hotel could do more to make sure dangerous homeless do not wait around outside, and when there was a problem in my last night outside the security disappeared. If you want a bolt hole in Washington DC this is okay, for a family friendly environment due to problems outside and charging issues this is not the place to visit
