호텔은 도로변에 있습니다. 도로가 혼잡하지 않아 시끄럽지 않습니다. 구글 지도를 이용하면 찾기가 매우 쉽습니다. 실제로 미국에서 가장 흔한 2층 모텔입니다. 환경은 나쁘지 않습니다. 야자수로 둘러싸여 있으며 무료 구내 주차장이 있습니다. 수영장, 따뜻한 프론트 데스크 서비스, 완벽한 객실 시설, TV, 냉장고, 전자 레인지, 미식가 커피 머신, 주전자 (전자 레인지와 같은) 없음, 에어컨 냉장고가 매우 시끄 럽습니다. 미국 호텔은 일회용 칫솔 슬리퍼를 제공하지 않습니다. . 조식당은 매우 협소하고 테이블 3개, 7~9시, 주말~10시, 종류(계란, 슬라이스 빵, 수제 와플, 시리얼 우유, 커피, 소다, 사과)는 많지 않지만, 먹는데 문제 없음. 방에는 커피 테이블 의자가 있는 발코니가 있고, 큰 침대를 가진 부모는 아이가 있어 스트레스 없이 살 수 있습니다. 자가 운전 투어 정류장으로서 여전히 매우 좋고 가성비가 좋습니다!

the hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful. I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.

コーチェラのために予約しました。夜間に対応してくれたおばさんが本当に親切でありがたかったです。 ただしフロント担当は基本23時まで、翌日も朝まで基本は人がいないと言われたのと、荷物預かり等可能とホテルページにあったが対応してもらえなかったので注意は必要です。 コーチェラのための宿泊だったので部屋にほぼ滞在していませんが、周辺ホテルも高騰してる中で価格面でも許容範囲といったところでした。

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!
