This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a large gated lot in a very secluded neighborhood on the North Shore. The property is located on a hillside above the ocean, (it is not beach front). It is a 3 minute drive from the property to the famous world class beaches and surfing of the North Shore. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer. Plenty of safe parking on the property. It is a downstairs apartment and the owner lives upstairs. The apartment has no stairs for a easy entry.The apartment is the bottom unit of our home. Separate entrances and parking from owners. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with full laundry. First bedroom has queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen has everything to make you feel like home. Full size oven and fridge. Toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee pot etc. The bathroom has a toilet room and walk-in shower, vanity, full size washer and dryer. The apartment also has air conditioning to keep you comfortable.We have lived on the property for over 35 years and are responsible adults in our 50's. We also like to have fun, on the weekends we may friends over for dinner parties and sometimes we may start our dirt bikes to go for a ride. We have 3 adorable dogs, Harley, Haze and Kaipo that may come down and say Hi. It is a great spot, with banana trees, papaya trees and taro on the property. A occasional peacock may show up. Drive up left side of Garage to recessed home where you will access a set of stairs only accessed by you and your guests. This entry leads to an open floor plan Private Dining, fully equipped kitchen and Living area where you may socialize Perfectly placed kitchen island to watch the ocean and prepare a lovely meal. You may enjoy a BBQ and outside dining. For your convenience laundry room located next to kitchen. Then escape to the Spacious master Bedroom, walk in closet, Beautiful full double sink bathroom beautiful copper tub shower and separate toilet. Your own private Lanai attached to bedroom. Complete 1 bedroom Condo loft feel. There are 3 twin air mattresses available which host is able to prepare generally set up inthe spacious living room. . In addition there is a tfwin daybed located in living room which is spacious enough for all 3 or 1 airbed in bedroom also will fit. A pack and play is also available. Staying in? Wifi (Living Room) Smart TV streaming Netflix etc. Bedroom TV is cable . Just steps across the street you may escape to a stretch of beautiful beaches and epic surf. Placed perfectly 3 mi Between Pipeline and Haleiwa Town Close to adventures, attractions, Dining and shops. If you plan to explore outside of this area I recommend renting a vehicle or UBER etc. There is so much to see and do. Eco tours, whale, shark and dolphin adventures surf lessons, farmers markets, hikes, snorkeling and more. This is a shared home with 2 stories separate and divided living amenities. I the host occupy 1story separate private entrance. Guests occupy 2nd story separate entry Light to no interaction depending on guest preferences. I want all of my guests to feel they have the most privacy. Fully equipped kitchen and amenities. Beach towels, snorkel, small cooler, chairs and umbrella available for beach excursions. The only common area is driveway. The acre and half is shared with the owners home on the same property. Less than 5 minutes to beach at a cool elevation. Surrounded by tropical fruit trees and plants including Mango, Banana, Avocado, Star Fruit, Tangerine, Lychee, Jack Fruit, Lemon, Pomolo, Macadamia and Coconut trees.Sleeps 2 adults maximum, no exceptions (one king size bed + one single bed). This Beautiful one bedroom loft is located between pipeline beach and sunset beach at the famous surf spot 'Rocky Point'. We are just 4 houses from the the beach. The North shore bike path is just steps away. There are multiple gourmet food trucks that park all along the bike path. One of our favorites is the elephant truck (thai food) and our kids favorite is the brick oven pizza truck Impossibles Pizza which is across the street from us in the evenings. Turtle bay resort is just a 10 min drive up the road and is a fun place to dine, watch the sunset over the ocean at the pool bar while listening to live music, or partying after dark at the famous surfer bar.Rocky Point Studio sleeps 3 to 4 people and is ideal for a couple or small family. There is a full size bed upstairs in the sleeping loft. A queen size bed in the small downstairs bedroom, and a full size futon in the living area. The open beam ceilings make this one bedroom studio feel open and airy, lots of windows to let in the trade winds and sunlight. Surrounded by palms, plumeria, and avo trees, and with a view of all the surrounding Rocky Point neighborhood, you get the feeling of being in your own island tree house. :) You also have your own private deck for BBQing and relaxing after a long Hawaiian day.This is a separate unit from the main house on the property. I live in the main house with our three boys and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have about surf spots, beaches, restaurants.. etc.. :)The property is very safe, and is enclosed by a fence and gate. This is a great studio with private back yard and lanai. Comes with a queen bed, couch that pulls out to a bed, fully stocked kitchen, bathtub, and gas grill. Laundry is on-site, and gated parking for your car. Newly installed split AC system is heavenly!There are beach chairs, and boogie boards for your use as well. You'll love the hot and cold outdoor shower and the zen feel to the backyard.I'm running out of things to say. It's a tile floor and wooden cabinets. Nestled in the Sunset Point neighborhood, this house is in a great location to surf and enjoy Hawaii's Sunset Beach coast line. We are truly on Sunset Point the ocean side of Kamehameha highway between Backyards beach and the bike path. Only 300 feet from the beach access! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach with no highway to cross.This beautiful property is in a prime spot for surfing of all levels and/or swimming with the kids and exploring the tide pools. We are just a few houses back from Backyards surf break and a 3 minute walk to Sunset Point Surf Break. If you hop on the bike path you can access V-land, Rockies, Pipeline and Waimea Bay with in a few minutes. Additionally, we are a 2 minute walk from famous Ted's bakery and short drive to the grocery store Foodland. Plus don't forget your skate board one of the best skate parks on the Island is only 2 miles away! Hiking is also very close and accessible. Very cute dogs live on the property but have no access to the rental.Our sweet and simple property has been remodeled and is fully furnished which provides plenty of privacy and quietness to relax with family and friends. There is off street parking. This unit is equipped with all the comforts of home! We also have a crib and beach toys for the kids! Our local Bike rental service delivers bikes. Laundry service is provided for sheets and towels as often as you need. Personal items are $10 per load.
