Complete 1 bedroom Condo loft feel. There are 2 new Queen air mattresses available and host is able to prepare if guest prefers. In addition there is a tfwin daybed located in living room which is spacious enough for all 3 or 1 airbed in bedroom also will fit. Staying in? Wifi (Living Room) Smart TV cable. Netflix etc. Bedroom TV with Smart DVD with Netflix access. NO cable access in bedroom. Just steps across the street you may escape to a stretch of beautiful beaches and epic surf. If you plan to explore outside of this area I recommend renting a vehicle or UBER etc. There is so much to see and do. Eco tours, whale, shark and dolphin adventures surf lessons, farmers markets, hikes, snorkeling and more. This is a shared home with 2 stories separate and divided living amenities. I the host occupy 1story separate private entrance. Guests occupy 2nd story separate entry Light to no interaction depending on guest preferences. The Waialua Beach House is located on the North Shore of Oahu, just steps from the beach. It’s only 2 miles from Haleiwa and its shops and restaurants and a short drive to the famous surf spots of Sunset, Pipeline, Haleiwa and Waimea. This recently remodeled and furnished home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a well maintained and spacious backyard and is only 99 steps from a family-friendly beach where you can walk for miles, swim, snorkel, search for sea glass and kitesurf. The house comfortably sleeps 10 with three bedrooms with queen beds and the 4th room with two sets of bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and split air conditioners. A Pack n' Play is supplied for the youngest member of your family. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and updated appliances including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microware, blender, Kuerig, 12-cup coffeemaker and Instapot. It also has a large farmhouse table, highchair, and a backyard BBQ. The spacious living room has a large screen TV with high-speed internet providing the ability to connect to Netflix, Hulu or other apps. It also has high-speed ceiling fans and a split air conditioner to ensure your comfort during the heat of the day. Another bonus is a connecting game/dining room with a large table perfect for puzzles or games that is decorated with a stunning traditional Hawaiian ceiling. There are two full bathrooms with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. There is also a half bath outside as well as an outdoor shower for washing off following your beach excursions. While you are here you can have a great time enjoying the adjacent beach to as well as the large fenced in backyard and the nearby 2-mile biking/hiking trail that leads directly to Haleiwa. The A-frame design is accentuated by windows that face Mount Ka’ala, the tallest mountain peak on the island to the south, and wall-to-wall sliding doors along the entire north-facing oceanfront with 70 feet of sandy beach. This gated property on a cul de sac street offers privacy and security with passcode protected locks and a Ring security system.The main floor of the house is situated on an elevated platform, enhancing infinite ocean views from every window. As you ascend the front steps and open the double front doors, you are greeted with wall-to-wall ocean views through the sliding doors and clerestory windows along the back of the great room. The great room has an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, dining area and two living room seating areas and a 55 foot covered deck. The chef’s kitchen includes Wolf/Sub Zero appliances, a breakfast bar and a 10 foot waterfall island with seating for 4. The dining table sits 10. The living room is divided into two sections: a sectional sofa and seating for watching TV and across from this another couch and chairs for conversation or games. This location is at the end of the North Shore stretch known as the "seven mile miracle" of beaches, renowned for their beauty, world class surfing, snorkel, great fishing spots, and swimming for people of all ages! Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun-filled beach activities and later watch the sunset from the pool-bar at turtle bay, while also watching some of the best surfers in the world. And beyond to the East is a beautiful drive along the ocean with views of the breathtaking Koʻolau Mountain Range.
