This is a short-term vacation rental. Welcome to Hale Alapi'i, our home in fabulous Lanikai!This is a 3b/2b ~1,400 sq. ft. main house that sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids comfortably, on a slight uphill to enjoy beautiful Hawaiian scenery, tropical birds and island breezes. It has been recently fully renovated and has all the necessities to enjoy a wonderful vacation for an extended family.The studio with queen and full bathroom (350 sq. ft.) accommodates 2 extra people and rents for an additional fee. The house is 3-minute walk from a little beach and water access for snorkeling, swimming or kayaking to the Mokes. It is a 10-minute walk from the world famous Lanikai beach. You can see the Lanikai Pillbox from our backyard. The trails' access point is 2 blocks for a great hike and gorgeous views of the Windward shore. The Viewhouse has the BEST VIEW in the Best neighborhood and is one of the few licensed, LEGAL vacation rentals in Lanikai. The home is situated mountainside overlooking the ocean and is on the main street in Lanikai so it is just a short easy walk to the best beaches on Oahu- Kailua and Lanikai Beach! Up high for a view and street level for easy access. Take advantage of the use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. The Viewhouse is a very special piece of paradise that everyone should have the opportunity to experience! Everyone can experience the local Hawaiian lifestyle—in just a week or two. We have guests from all over the world return year after year. And this place is one of the few licensed vacation rentals in Lanikai! The home is situated on the side of a mountain overlooking the ocean and is on the main street in Lanikai. It is just a short easy walk to the best beach on Oahu. Take advantage of the use of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and bikes. The house has bamboo wood floors and marble countertops making this tropical oasis the perfect comfortable and upscale place to experience paradise like a local. It is meticulously clean, well maintained, and beautiful. Completely private large lanai (balcony) overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the Mokulua Islands. The lanai has an oversized outdoor sofa undercover for napping or reading and a table for four and a charcoal BBQ grill. When you arrive at the house there is convenient off-street parking and one flight of steps to get to the Viewhouse level (first floor) of the house. The Viewhouse is private and does not share entryways or bathrooms with the rest of the home. It includes a one-bedroom with a queen bed with an ADDITIONAL second bed a queen murphy bed in the living area (TWO QUEEN BEDS) , one bathroom with shower, the private kitchen includes a full-size fridge, dishwasher, convection plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The entire first floor of this beautiful estate is yours to enjoy. You'll spend most of your time on the spacious covered outdoor lanai. Other amenities include hand-stitched Hawaiian heirloom quilts, elephant bamboo furniture, large flat-screen TV, and wireless Internet. The home is located on the coveted Lanikai loop—a two and a half-mile street that circles around with cut-through streets along each block. It is great for morning walks and the beach is1.5 blocks away.Charming Kailua town is a bike ride away. October 2024 updates: Newly constructed upstairs deck, Brand new window ac unit in master bedroom, new patio furniture, new sectional couch in living room. Our beach estate is located on over an acre of land, just one house back (a quick 30 second walk down a sandy beach path) to one of the best white sand beaches in Hawaii. This is the only beach in Hawaii to consistently show up as one of the top ten beaches in the world lists. Unlike most beaches in Hawaii our beach is mostly free of tourists so you can actually have space and relax. On weekdays you will virtually have the entire beach to yourself!Our 2200 sq foot home neighbors some of the finest properties on Oahu, just doors down from where the Obama family stays when they come to Hawaii. One of the very few properties that is actually a LEGAL vacation rental and has been since the early 90's, so you can be assured that your rental will be available when you arrive! Our property offers the utmost relaxation and tranquility. Feel the white sand between your toes, bask in the warm Hawaiian sun, dive into the crystal clear aqua waters, and be glad you've made the best choice for your Hawaiian vacation! Our two story house offers Ocean and Mountain Views, one house back from Kailua beach, 30 second walk down a sandy beach path. We are also just about a 5 mine drive to the famous Lanikai Beach. Escape to Kailua, a small beach town located just 20 minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki, truly away from it all! Our home features high speed wireless internet, two flat screen tvs, Hawaiian koa wood cabinets, marble, and crown molding, modeled after the historic residence next door. There is a NEW window A/C unit in the master bedroom (it's the only bedroom that doesn't face the ocean) and screens on all windows and fans throughout the house. There are two large lanais one upstairs (with ocean and mountain views) and one downstairs. Brand new deck as of October 2024. The house is situated on an acre of land with lush landscaping, allowing ample room to lay out in the Hawaiian sun or let the kids play. The yard has beautiful plumeria trees, red hibiscus bushes, orchids, and of course, a coconut grove. The house has one King bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. We also provide a pack n play if needed. It has two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo the other with a walk in shower. The master bedroom (king bed and a twin) and one full bathroom are located upstairs where the kitchen, dining room and living room are. The other two bedrooms and second bathroom are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. It has a full sized oven, four burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has four barstools, perfect for hanging out while meals are prepared or for casual breakfasts. The dining room table seats six and there is also an outdoor patio set complete with tables and chairs with an ocean view. New sectional couch in living room. 하룻밤에 5,000위안짜리 방에는 환영 과일 접시조차 없었습니다. 저는 4박을 묵었습니다. 마지막 밤에는 방의 유선 전화가 계속 울렸고, 여섯 번이나 일곱 번이나 울렸습니다. 사람들은 한 시간에 한 번씩 바보 같았습니다. 저는 아이와 함께 잠을 잘 자지 못했습니다. 아침 6시에 프런트 데스크에 가서 논쟁할 사람을 찾았습니다. 제 영어가 썩 좋지 않아서 가이드에게 도움을 요청했고 프런트 데스크의 이론을 들었습니다. 무료로 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했는데 잠을 잘 자지 못했습니다. 호텔은 오후 6시까지 체크아웃하는 데 동의했습니다. 다른 호텔과 비교하면 오아후에서는 이 호텔이 더 좋습니다. 전반적으로 6점만 줄 수 있습니다. 제 요구 사항이 너무 높은 것일 수도 있습니다. 이 가격으로 중국에서 불가리 호텔에서 생활하는 서비스 태도는 여전히 매우 다릅니다. 선물이 많을 것입니다.

Take in the expansive ocean views and relax in this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs unit just steps from the ocean! The unit is fully furnished, includes a full kitchenette with a 2 burner induction cooktop, a countertop convection oven (can cook up to a 20 lb chicken), cookware and utensils, a washer/dryer, outdoor patio area, and ample parking for at least 2 cars. The owner has a selection of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards available for you to use and explore Kaneohe Bay along with a mini charcoal BBQ and pellet BBQ, beach chairs, and a cooler. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed with a little desk area for work if needed. The second bedroom includes another Queen bed with an ocean view, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The bathroom shower is equipped with built-in LED light and speaker allowing you to jam to your own tunes as you shower. Each bedroom has its own AC for the occasional hot summer night. Beautiful accommodation with the most stunning views. Watching sunrise or sunset from the balcony is bliss and it was the perfect view to wake up to. There is direct access onto the beach that requires a key fob to access, and the swimming pool is great too. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with all kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all present. There are also beach towels and chairs in the room for use at the beach. Plenty of parking available and great access to the bus system too. Highly recommended!

두 번이나 다른 방에 묵었습니다. 이번에는 더블 침대 2개에 발코니가 있는 방이었습니다. 시설은 기본적으로 동일했는데, 이번에는 에어컨이 벽에 걸려 있었습니다. 냉방 효과가 아주 좋았습니다. 지난번에는 발코니가 없는 방에 에어컨을 설치했는데 소음이 매우 컸습니다. 발코니는 매우 깨끗했고, 여기서 아침 식사를 하고 맞은편에 있는 힐튼 호텔을 바라볼 수 있었습니다. 체크인을 두 번 했습니다. 한 번은 현지인이 몇 명이 묵는지 묻지 않고 체크인을 처리했습니다. 두 번째는 중국인이 몇 명에게 물어보고 이름을 물었습니다. 2층에서 얼음물을 무료로 채워줄 수 있습니다.

2박 묵었던 알로힐라니 리조트 후기! 위치 : 위치 정말 최고에요. 비치 바로 앞이라서 해변해서 놀고 수영하고 들어오기 최고 바로 옆에 하와이 3대 버거집 치즈버거파라다이스도 있고 포케로 유명한 마구로스팟, 유명 무스비집도 가까운데 있어요. 룸컨디션 : 깨끗하나 청소가 2일에 한번 청소부분은 이미 알고간 부분이라 불편한 건 없었는데 - 막상 여기 묵고 다음 호탤 이동했는데 매일 청소해주니까! 괜히 좋더라구요? 칫솔은 따로 구비되어있지않고! 슬리퍼도 없어서 따로 말허니 방으로 가져다 주었습니다. 조용하고, 룸마다 발코니 있어서 수영복 말리기 좋아요. 조식 : 추가 비추!!! (얘 땜에 별하나 빼요!) 조식이 뷔페식이라해서 추가금 지불까지 지불(1인 30달러인가 했는데) 내 인생 최악의 조식이었어요.. 주말에는 그렇게 운양된다든데.. 과일한접시 빵 한접시 주고 끝! 삥도 선택 불가 주는대로 먹아야한데요. 이럴까면 멋진 브런치 카페 가서 먹어도 가격도 반값이고 훨 만족스러웠을꺼같아요. 완전 실망스럽 부대시설 : 인피니니풀 좋아요. 인피니티풀도 좋고, 저녁에 옆에 바에서 DJ공연두 하구 수영장에 건물쪽에 빔프로젝터 쏘는데 분위기 좋이요. 밤에 옆에 펍에서 칵테일 사서 수영장에서 밤수영하며 먹었는데 하늘에 별도 많고 기분 좋았습니다. 1층에 abc store 있어 편하고, 하와이 3대 카페 카이커피도 있어서 머무는 동안 1일 1 카이라떼 마셨어요. 하와이 호텔이 너무 다 비싸서 - 숙박 전체는 위치, 부대시설 등 맘에 들어서 너무 좋았습니다. 그치만 아무리 생각해도 조식이 너무했어서 - 별 하나 빼요.

먼저 씨트립의 고객 서비스를 칭찬하겠습니다. 체크인 당일 호텔에 도착했는데 주문한 상품이 도착하지 않았다는 연락을 받고 씨트립 고객센터에 문의했더니 중국에서는 이른 아침이라 문제가 해결됐다고 합니다. 고객 서비스의 속도에 정말 감사드립니다. 호텔은 비교적 새롭고 제가 예약한 바다 전망 객실은 전망이 좋습니다. 그렇다면 프론트 데스크는 여전히 매우 친절하며 어떤 문제라도 신속하게 해결할 수 있습니다. 비행기는 현지 시간으로 오전에 도착했는데 바로 체크인을 하고 솔선해서 메리어트 포인트 적립에 도움을 주었습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 집안일이다. 체크인 당일 시트가 새것이 아닌 느낌이 들었고, 침대 끝에 작은 신발자국과 머리카락이 보였습니다. 하지만 그날 너무 피곤해서 신경쓰지 않았어요. 다음날 목욕을 하려고 했을 때, 욕조 벽은 확실히 닦아지지 않은 상태로 진흙으로 덮여 있었습니다. 청소 아주머니가 들어오자 시트도 갈아주고 욕조도 닦아달라고 하더군요. 노부인은 시트를 바꾸려면 프론트 데스크에 신청해야 한다고 말했습니다. 그래서 나갈 때 침대 시트와 욕조에 대해 프런트에 말했는데, 프런트의 반응은 당연히 청소 직원이 침대 시트를 자동으로 바꿔줘야 한다는 것이었습니다. . . 그러다가 밤에 돌아와보니 시트는 갈아줬는데 욕조는 아직 청소가 안 되어 있는 걸 발견했어요! ! ! 전날 밤에 조금 닦아서 그런지 청소부 분들이 깨끗하다고 ​​생각하셨나봐요. 그 결과, 방에 돌아와 보니 아침에 빠진 머리카락이 아직도 욕조에 남아 있었습니다. 팁은 5달러 남았습니다. 그런데 솔직히 말씀드리면 당신이 주신 방은 깨끗하지도 않은데 팁을 더 많이 주어야 할 이유가 있나요? 다른 사소한 문제는 샤워기의 수압이 부족하다는 것이었습니다. 그리고 아마도 환경적인 이유로 방에 생수가 없고, 화장솜 2개 외에는 다른 소모품도 없습니다. 하지만 프런트 데스크에 전화해서 목욕 가운과 슬리퍼를 무료로 요청할 수 있습니다. 호텔을 오픈한 지 1년도 채 안 됐는데, 관리 상태는 보통 수준인 것 같아요. 기껏해야 비즈니스 호텔이다. 휴가 중이라면 교통 체증 문제를 제외하고 와이키키에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.
