Nice size great room, gas fireplace , smart t v with cable(local and national programs)breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and nice size privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, and a table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is the 1st floor of a duplex .(insulated between floors).Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 4 miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.We love animals but pets are not allowed .Please limit smoking to the front covered porch or back yard . Pet Friendly & Convenient 2 Bedroom with private fenced in yard and Hottub

NO PET FEES! "The Birdhouse" is close to everything but it feels like you are in the woods somewhere surrounded by trees, birds chirping and squirrels. Private guest suite located in West Ashley just minutes from downtown Charleston, the airport, James Island and Folly Beach! This cozy space holds 4 adults comfortably and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air. There are many places walking distance from my property - Los Reyes Mexican, O2 Fitness, Harris Teeter, Metro Diner, Tin Roof and Home Team BBQ! Avondale neighborhood is biking distance and a short Uber ride away. Kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator with freezer, kitchen sink, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, electric hot plate and cooking pot/utensils. Keurig and French press included with coffee and creamer. This is NOT a full kitchen so if you plan to make a lot of cooked meals here this listing is probably not the best for you. You're welcome to grill meals outside when it's nice out! Each room is equipped with a portable fan, ceiling fan, full length mirror and TV connected to Roku and WIFI. Both rooms have a desk, chair and mirror for remote work or getting ready to go out. There is a twin blow up mattress and plenty of extra pillows and blankets should you need it. The inside space consists of 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchenette, bathroom and shared laundry room. There is no inside living room space but we have worked hard to make the screened deck as cozy as possible!The screened in deck has a tall ceiling to keep air flow going but bugs and rain out. There is a fan, outdoor propane heater and gas fire table to keep you warm in the winter. There is a full-size futon (great for afternoon naps!) couch, Roku TV and bistro table to enjoy coffee in the morning. We have many nice days in Charleston and the deck is great for outdoor living! in addition, you have a private yard, inflatable hottub, dining set and outdoor shower to enjoy. Your yard is separated from ours with a 6ft vinyl privacy fence. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Lots of towels and natural/fragrance free toiletries for you to use! Enjoy the newly added outdoor shower and hottub!Note : this is a guest suite that is attached to my home. the Floorplan is such that we can't really hear one another but wanted to reiterate. no parties allowed. Dog Owners - Please clean up after yourself :) I have a crate available for you to use. If you give me some notice before you arrive I will have it set up for you. Poo bags and water/food bowls are in your space Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels are available for your usePS I am a licensed massage therapist and can offer on-site massages and couple massages. 20% off for VRBO guests! 체크인의 청년은 훌륭했습니다. 플러스는 모두 거기에서 멈춥니다. 방에 들어갔다. 우선 롤린 샤워실을 주문하고 확인을 받았습니다. 아니! 내가 주문한 방을 받지 못했습니다. 나는 일반 욕조/첨부 샤워에 서 있을 수 없습니다. 우리가 얼마나 실망했는지. 다음. 에어컨이 없습니다. 방 장치에서 전원이 완전히 꺼집니다. 조슈아가 친절하게 방에 와서 수리/조정을 시도했습니다. 행동이 없습니다. 그래서 다음으로, 그는 우리에게 다른 방을줍니다. 우리는 우리의 문제가 끝날 것이라는 것에 매우 흥분했습니다. 아니! 이 방, 나는 화장실을 플러시했다 .......... NIAGRA FALLS!!!! 1 분 이내에 물이 흘러 넘쳤습니다. 멈출 수 없었다. 남편은 프론트 데스크에 가서 플런저와 걸레를 얻습니다. 걸레에 어린이 점프 로프보다 두꺼운 섬유가 없었기 때문에 우리는 완전히 젖은 바닥이있는 방에서 잤습니다. 얇고 낡았습니다. 우리는 아침에 6:30AM에 대해 체크 아웃 할 때까지 흠뻑 젖은 방을 견 냈습니다. 의료적 이유로 Charleston에 왔습니다. 이 방 상황은 정말로 우리를 SICK하게 만들었습니다! 나는 직원 만 말할 수 있으며 아침 식사는 매우 친절합니다. 처음부터 방 주문을 확인한 사람은 우리에게 그 방을주지 않았고 그들이 우리에게 준 방은 어떤 손님에게도 사용할 수 있는 것이 전혀 없었습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 임대할 수 있도록 객실 기본 시설을 확인하기 전에 하우스 키핑을 요청하십시오. 각 화장실을 AC 및 플러시 테스트하십시오. 고마워!

호텔은 그림처럼 아름답고 훌륭한 로비와 바와 친절한 직원이 있습니다. 수영장은 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 장소 였고 딸은 수영을 즐기기에 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 아울렛 상점은 길 건너편에 있으며 많은 빠른 음식 옵션이 있습니다. 찰스턴과 바보 같은 해변 지역으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 방은 좋았고 침대는 꽤 편안했고 내가 잤던 최고의 호텔 매트리스는 아니 었습니다. 욕실 만 부정적입니다. 방의 나머지 부분과 달리 환기가 좋지 않아 녹슬기 시작한이 불완전한 천장이있었습니다. 샤워기에 와이어 랙 선반도 있어서 대부분 녹슬어버린 곳이고 비누를 막고 싶은 곳이 아니었어요.

우리 샤워는 더럽고 고장 났지만 고정되었습니다. 거기에 머무른 후 하우스 키핑은 일주일에 며칠 밖에 걸리지 않습니다 (주말에는 전혀 아닙니다). 그래서 우리는 깨끗한 수건과 세탁 옷을 계속 요청했습니다. 주차는 매우 슬림합니다. 다시는 거기에 머물지 않을 것입니다.

시설의 위치는 가장 좋은 동네에 있는 것 같지 않았고, 한 번도 가본 적이 없다면 언제 예약했는지도 모를 것입니다. 깨끗했지만 욕실은 코킹과 약간의 청소로 업데이트 될 수 있었고 욕조 가장자리 주위에 검은 색이있었습니다. 커피, 베이글 및 덴마크식 아침 식사는 포함된 아침 식사의 표준이었습니다. 나는 다른 사람들이 금연으로 나열되어 있기 때문에 흡연실이라고 생각하여 더 높은 요금을 지불했지만 전체 시설이 금연임을 알게되어 거기에서 돈을 잃었습니다! ! 어떻게든 공개했어야 했다.
