All new! Two private QUEEN bedrooms- each with it's own full bath. Enjoy the full kitchen, stocked with everything you need including a brand new gorgeous sink. Living room and deck offer breathtaking views over farm fields and forests. See all the way beyond the East side of Cayuga Lake. Sunrise and sunset are amazing. (Did I mention stargazing yet?) Laundry facilities add convenience to your stay and neighboring Amish farms portray farm animals, horses-drawn carts and equipment. The house occupies it's own two acres of land, surrounded by beauty. Enjoy dinner on the deck and relax by the firepit. There's also plenty of room in the circular driveway for easy in and out if you're hauling a boat or trailer. Only a few short miles to Seneca and Cayuga lakes. The nearest winery is only a couple miles away! Bring your bicycles and enjoy the lightly-traveled country roads. Need to charge your boat? Sunrise to sunset create lasting memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Built in the early 1970's by our parents, you will find tranquility within and surrounding this beautiful log home. Experience the serenity of lake life with clear views of Cayuga Lake as well as lakeshore activities. Sitting on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail allows easy access to wineries. With state parks not far away, you are sure to enjoy many aspects of the Finger Lakes.The spaceThe property is split by Rte. 89 with the house located approximately 150 ft from road. Lakeside offers you 100 feet of lakefront to enjoy in the seasons of Spring, Summer and Fall. The lakeshore is accessible by 20 steps. The beautiful and open view of the lake can be seen from all rooms in the front of the house.Entering the home finds you on a glass enclosed front porch. Living, dining and kitchen spaces are one open space. A short hallway leads you one bedroom as well as the bathroom. Relax in the naturalness of original log walls, a large stone fireplace made from lake and field stones and a wood cathedral ceiling hosting large, natural beams. Enjoy all natural and original wood floors in all rooms with the exception of the bath. 2 bedrooms makeup the upstairs along with a small landing to enjoy a view from above. This is not decorated as a traditional log cabin, but with a rustic tone and a hint of bohemian style.A laundry room with washer and dryer is located in the basement accessible from inside the house. There is a back porch with a view of the yard and fields. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds and a tv.The front and back yards are big enough for lawn games or just relaxing. Firepits are located in the back yard and on the lake shore.Guest accessGuests may use the rooms in the house, laundry room in the basement, front, back and side yards (defined by the property lines to be found in the home), lakeshore, lake, dock and the front porch (only) in the camp on the lake side.Parking is allowed in the driveway and in the turn around area.Other things to noteThe wood burning stove in the house is not to be used. The porch on the camp can be used for storage. Serenity on Seneca, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region on the east side of Seneca Lake. This property is located on 1.5 acres and has 180 feet of private lake frontage. The house is located across the road from the lake,but the entire property is private for the renters. There are approximately 11 stairs to walk down to the lake area. Whether you are looking to visit the world renowned wineries in the heart of wine country or enjoy the beautiful lake, this is the perfect escape. Just minutes away from Geneva. Owners live local and are happy to share any recommendations on local things to do, places to eat, for you to fall in love with the Finger Lakes area.The house:• 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom with two twin beds). All linens are provided. Closets in each bedroom.• 1.5 Bathrooms. Half bathroom attached to master bedroom with queen bed. Laundry is also located in this bathroom.• Large living room with decorative fireplace, wine barrel high top bar overlooking the view of the lake, tv, mini fridge, pull out couch for sleeping as well (2 adults can fit- goose/down pillows) and large oversized chair. This living room has an entry to the back-porch area with a sitting area and peaceful views to the backyard.• Dining room is surrounded with windows with views of the lake. • Sitting room has a leather loveseat and large living room chair and TV.• Fully stocked kitchen Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Beautiful newly constructed lakeside bungalow located on the east side of Seneca Lake. Tastefully crafted home (construction completed early 2013), is sure to please. Be the first to enjoy and relax in Seneca Bungalow.The home sits on the east side of Seneca Lake and is easily accessible. Enjoy the large level beach only steps away from the front porch. Seneca Bungalow offers a custom, clean, comfortable, lakeside cottage where memories can be made. A well designed functioning floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Downstairs you will be welcomed by a tastefully decorated and relaxing living room with gas fireplace, dining room, full bath and kitchen with island and wine fridge. A master bedroom with king bed, and classic private bathroom with jetted tub are on the first floor as well. Upstairs are 2 large comfortable and welcoming lakeside bedrooms (each with a queen bed and pull out couch), and a bunk room (2 bunk beds), and a full bathroom with laundry. Fine finishes, master craftsman, care, and attention to detail were the owner’s goal with crafting this wonderful Finger Lakes getaway. The property has been in the owner’s family for over 50 years. A newly renovated farmhouse is waiting for you and your guests to enjoy! The original Hudson house was built in the early 1900's and the additions to the house were added in the 1960's. The total farm consists of over 300 acres of farm land on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake. The Hudson's were farmers and grew everything from grain to grapes. They even had a short period of time when they raised chickens. The house has four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This beautifully maintained, four-bedroom farmhouse sits high up a mile from Seneca Lake. Our home is set back in a quiet neighborhood but near all of the amenities you are looking for in the Finger Lakes- perfect for thoses looking for relaxation. This home offers four bedrooms, high ceilings and a bright kitchen with an island that flows into a deck and backyard, perfect for outdoor dining. Outside, enjoy multiple seating areas featuring a firepit and grill. Additional amenities include a She-Shed for meditation and yoga, and bikes for exploring the nearby. 완벽하지는 않지만 전체적으로 우수합니다. 욕실이 더 나을 수 있습니다. 옷을 위한 후크도 화장품을 위한 수평면도 없었습니다. 바닥이 추웠다. 샤워 바닥은 미끄럼 방지가 아니었고 난간도 없었습니다. 샤워 물 제어 장치가 켜져있을 때 팔에 찬물로 뿌려질 정도로 위치했습니다.
