I renovated this home extensively in 2021 and am so happy to finally make it available! Let's start with the basics - it's a 3 story town home on the Western Slope of Queen Anne Hill. Unlike many pesky townhomes however, this has no shared walls - it's a completely freestanding home. And what a home! With a lovely (private) backyard, two dedicated work from home spaces (1 gig), chef's kitchen, views of the bay, gorgeous bathrooms, a walk in master closet, and dedicated parking!You can see Pier 91 Cruise Terminal from your window (Though I'd still suggest an Uber as it can be a complicated walk up and down the bridges!) and a 10 minute Uber to Pier 55 and Pier 66, you can't get a more convenient jumping off point.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Want you to enjoy your time here! You’re close to Downtown, Queen Anne, Ballard and Fremont while still enjoying your own Pied-à-terre on a quiet hillside overlooking Interbay and the marina.The West side of Queen Anne is a fantastic Seattle Neighborhood. It's close to many local favorites such as Ballard, Fremont, Downtown and Upper and Lower Queen Anne Hill.Guests can let themselves in via the front door smart lock and the home can be accessed by going up the stairs to the front door.This professionally designed vacation rental is setup to provide a comfortable experience for all types of travelers. This home is a full time vacation rental on the top floor of an owner occupied duplex. The home has partial views of Puget Sound and the marina for a truly unique Seattle experience. Visiting Seattle? Traveling with children or seeing grand children? You have your home away from home. This older home built in 1928 is a small 1600 sq-ft three bedroom, one & 3/4 bathroom single family residence. Flat screen TV Room great for children. Handsome Kitchen with French doors leading to a large deck. There are peekaboo views of Mount Rainier, the city Skyline and some of the Cascade Mountains. All close to Magnolia Village with restaurants and a seasonal Saturday Farmers Market.The home is perfect for all lifestyles and for anyone traveling in the Northwest. The light filled main floor is enhanced by archways, coved ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace. Our modest Living Room flows into the Dining Room and then onto the fully stocked Kitchen with granite countertops, gas appliances and ample storage. There are two main floor Bedrooms (one with a mahogany four poster full-size bed and one with a queen-size bed). Upstairs Bathroom includes a tiled full-size bath with tub. The quiet lower level features a TV/Play room, and a separate Bedroom with a queen size bed and its own TV. Lower Level includes a tiled shower Bathroom and washer/dryer laundry with storage for linens. Rental of the property includes access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. This quiet residential street offers parking in front of the home and parking in the driveway. We make every attempt to supply the home with all the paper products and soaps that you would need. We like to encourage guests to view the home before you do any grocery shopping.Magnolia is a peaceful safe residential neighborhood offering many parks, community swimming pool, and playgrounds for children. Ella Baily Park is one block North of the home with basketball hoops and a grass field. It is a short walk to the bus stop located on 28th Avenue West. Downtown Seattle is a quick 12-15 minute drive. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely friendly. I requested hot water, and they even brought it to my room in a teapot, and it was delivered very quickly. On the day we arrived in Seattle, they allowed us to check in early, which was a great help. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle. The location is also very convenient.

전반적으로 오래된 건물이나 깨끗. 주차는 조금 떨어진 가라지에 허는데, 자정에 문이 닫히고 새벽 6:30에 열려서 자정 전까제 들어갈 분들께는 추천! (30불 지불 하면 들어갈 때는 그냥 티켓을 받고 들어가고 나올 때 화면 QR코드 찍어서 나옴) 위치가 다운타운 쪽이랑 가까워서 편 했음. 시애틀이 전반적으로 규모가 작아소 그런 것도 있는 듯? 다음에도 이 호텔을 이용할 것 같음 아 천장에 전등 없긴 한데 뭐 미국이 원래 이래서 ㅎ

I am a Korean student who doesn’t speak English well, and I traveled alone for the GSA conference. Since it was my first time visiting the United States, I was both excited and worried. However, contrary to my concerns, the hotel provided a Korean manual, and they were very considerate and respectful, even though I couldn’t speak English well. I truly appreciated their effort to offer me as much support and service as possible. If I visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you so much for everything!

좋은 시설에서 좋은 시간 보내다가 갑니다. 시설이나 방 상태 등 머물기 좋았습니다. 출장 시 이용하였는데 놀러왔을 때 이용하여도 좋을 듯 합니다.

부모님을 위해 방을 예약했는데 방이 정말 좋았어요. 프론트 데스크의 Susan은 우리 체크인을 해줬고 그녀는 훌륭했고 호텔의 모든 시설을 세심하게 설명했습니다. 위치는 완벽했습니다. 시내 중심에 있으며 쇼핑 장소와 가깝고 시애틀 시내에서 꼭 가봐야 할 곳이 있으며 매리너스 T-모바일 파크나 공항까지 갈 수 있는 지하철 역도 있습니다.

좋은 위치, 부두와 파이크 스퀘어까지 도보로 10 분 이내, 1st Street에서는 파이크 스퀘어까지 오르지 않고 많은 노력을 절약 할 수 있기 때문입니다. 또한 경전철 역과 버스 정류장과도 가깝습니다. 아래층에 유료 조식이 있고, 요금은 객실 요금에 매달려 있고, 직접 주문하고, 대기시간이 조금 길지만 맛은 좋습니다. 공항까지 렌탈하면 45달러, 호텔을 통해 50달러를 예약하고 객실 요금에 매달린다.

아주 좋은 호텔. 파이크 플레이스 마켓과 가깝습니다. 스타벅스 1호점 도보 3분거리. 바로 옆에 인터넷 베이커리 러시안 베이커리가 있습니다. 위치가 특히 좋습니다. 관람차를 보기 위해 바다가 보이는 방으로 업그레이드해서 운이 좋았습니다. 호텔 방에는 주전자가 있습니다(중국인에게는 중요합니다). 🛏️ 매우 넓고 편안합니다. 목욕 가운이 있습니다. 시장에서 단돈 10달러에 샀어요. 크리스마스에 딱 맞춰 꽃다발을 샀어요.
