In the summer take advantage of hiking and biking trails right out your backdoor and in the winter ski to your backdoor. This condo makes for a perfect mountain getaway within walking distance to everything! The space has been newly renovated, offering a modern kitchen, bathroom, living space with mountain comfort and style and even heated floors.The Space:Enjoy this entire 1 bedroom condo featuring:*One private bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet, additional storage. and TV with Amazon Fire Stick.*Living room with a new queen size pull down Murphy bed, comfortable LoveSac couches, gas fireplace and TV with basic cable and Roku.*Comfortably sleeps and accommodates 4 guests.*Open full kitchen and dining concept with plenty of space for cooking and eating.*One bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.*Hallway closet space and designated area for your ski equipment and boots.*Heated floors in hallway, kitchen & dinning area and bathroom.*Many windows for viewing the scenic views off of Four O'clock run.*Full slider and window blinds for complete privacy.*This is a first floor unit so you may hear your upstairs neighbors at times.The condo offers 1 onsite parking spot (with provided parking pass).Guest Access:Easy door keypad entry via personal code.The condo backs up directly to the Four O'clock run offering premium ski-in access in the winter and access to world class hiking and biking in the summer.The Snowflake Lift is a short walk up to the lift from the condo location.Guest laundry is available in an adjacent building and is coin operated.First floor unit, minimal stairs on the crossing footbridge to the condo.Heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs are also available at a very close off site area for guest use (a short walk away).***The pool and hot tubs will be closing for seasonal maintenance on Sunday, April 16. Carter Park in town has a dog park, sledding hill, and playground, for an easy family outing. Everything is just minutes away. If you want to explore a little further, Frisco offers a marina, a nordic center, a great sledding hill, and additional medical facilities and grocery options ... all just 15 mins away. I own multiple time shares at Grand Timber Lounge. Please feel free to email me and I will point you to the other available weeks. You also have full access to all amenities that the resort has to offer no matter which configuration you rent.The resort is ski in and ski out at peak 9. There is a full service spa on site (of course you have to pay for the spa services). The amenities listed below come with unit and you have full access to,- Multiple steam rooms, and dry saunas. - Multiple pools (indoor and outdoor)- Multiple indoor / outdoor hot tubs. - Exercise rooms, Pool table, and much much more. You name it... we have it at this resort.As part of your package you also get access to heated covered parking lot. Now, if you have visited ski resorts often, you can appreciate the cover parking and the fact that you do not have to move your luggage and skies in a blizzard from your car to your room. You also will not have to spend hours clearing snow from your car before driving.Grand Timber lounge provides a private (not the public bus system that takes forever to come) shuttle service between all 4 resorts, and the bases of peak 7, 8, and 9. The shuttle service also takes you to down town Breckenridge if you don't feel like driving and looking for parking spots. The resort is ski in and ski out. I have taken pictures of the path you take to ski right to the resort (see pictures). and you can ski out to the bottom of the peak 9 base (ski out will be difficult if there is not enough snow during your stay) You may have to then walk about 50 yards from the edge of the snow to bottom of peak 9 . Access to slopes is from back of building 6 where Christy sports rental is located. This is where you go to rent your skies. There are also lockers that you have access to and can store your skies and not take them back to your room.
