Just 3 Blocks from The Broadmoor in the finest neighborhood in Southern Colorado.Ground Floor Master Suite, Elegant and spacious, Plenty of Parking, This is not your typical vacation rental home, which will become obvious the moment you experience it. Comfortably air conditioned throughout, this welcoming 6800 square foot home and the extensive surrounding gardens and grounds create a unique atmosphere appreciated by our guests who are searching for something truly exceptional. If spending real quality time having fun with family and friends in unequaled comfort and beauty is what you're after, this is the place. We've been making wonderful memories for folks renting our home since 2010 through Vrbo.Nothing has been spared to assure that our guests will have a vacation to remember, from a level of finish and décor throughout the home that will please the most discriminating tastes, right down to the superior mattresses, pillow tops, and linens you will find on each bed. (Our guests have told us they enjoy the beds so much they don’t want to get up!) The outside of the home is like an extension of the inside. Have coffee or breakfast on the deck, dinner on the private lanai, or just kick back and relax around the beautiful gas fire pit on a summer evening, ensconced in the private gardens. It’s a transforming experience. Just off the deck is a sculpted 4,000 pound granite boulder spouting a cascade of water which creates the calming sound of a babbling brook day and night. We do our best to make sure guests have a great time during their stay and feel pampered, so you'll find little extras like a book that describes great things to do in Colorado Springs and our favorite places to eat, nice soaps in all the bathrooms, 'How to' instructions posted near the things you'd like to know how to work (the gas fire pit outside, the BBQ, the home theater, etc.), and even an electric car charger in the garage!We often get asked about Swimming Pools in the area that guests can use for themselves and their kids, and we're happy to say there are 7 beautiful ones, the nearest of which is a quick drive from our address. This Broadmoor Home is located 1 mile from the luxurious, World Renowned Broadmoor Resort. STR-1573Our home has a large, heated, in-ground Lap Pool (20x40) 3 ft to 4 ft., and is adjacent to a patio which spans the length of the house. POOL IS OPEN May- (Mother’s Day) through September (LaborDay)It also has a theater room. Great for relaxing after a day of touring.This location is unique in that the front of the property has a mountain view, while the back yard backs to a prairie that is covered in native Colorado trees. You'll wake up to the sound of birds singing, and at times, a hooting owl will make itself heard. On occasion, It's also possible to get a glimpse of a black bear. It is also a very quiet neighborhood, so morning yoga on the patio, and evening dinners in the screen house make this property the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our home is perfect for a small family. It is located in an established quiet neighborhood. Therefore, no parties or events of any kind are allowed. And,Only registered guests are allowed on property.This home boasts an open floor plan with 2 wood burning fireplaces, and everything you need in your home away from home. 우리는 좋은 숙박을했습니다. 숙소는 잘 관리되어 있었고 로비에서 신선한 물을 즐겼습니다. 접수 원은 체크인시 매우 친절하고 유익했습니다. 우리 방은 좋은 크기와 깨끗했습니다. 호텔은 또한 놀라울 정도로 조용했습니다. 특히 엘리베이터와 가까운 우리 방에서 약간의 소음이 나는 호텔에 익숙하지만 매우 평화로웠습니다. 침대가 너무 편안해서 무료 아침 식사를 통해 잤습니다! 확실히 추천하고 다시 머물 것입니다!

The staff is amazing. I stay at the Satallite each time we visit Colorado Springs. And by we I mean my great grandson and my lil service dog Sunny. The rooms are equipped and clean. We will be returning. Also the Springs is filled with entertainment so one will never be bored.

이것은 Manitou Springs 근처의 훌륭한 위치에있는 매우 독특한 호텔입니다. 우리는 2-room 스위트를 예약했고 체크인했을 때 업그레이드되어 3 명을위한 조금 더 많은 공간을 즐겼습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 환영했습니다. 우리 숙박 시설에는 2 개의 별도의 객실과 간이 주방이 포함되었습니다. 모든 것이 자전거를 테마로하며 재미있는 장식과 아늑한 느낌을줍니다. 공용 공간에는 큰 벽난로, 좌석 공간 및 아침 식사를위한 많은 공간이 있습니다. 우리는 그것을 활용하지 않았지만 사이트에는 훌륭한 바가 있었고 많은 게임이 사용 가능합니다. 추위와 얼음이 있었기 때문에 무료 자전거를 체크 아웃 할 수 없었지만 따뜻한 날씨로 돌아와 아름다운 환경에서 더 많은 시간을 보내고 싶습니다. 우리는 돌아올 것이다!

Nice hotel in south part of Colorado Springs. Very nice and clean hotel. Stuffs are very helpful and their services also outstanding. Only issue I had, the hotel internet connection(wifi) was not working but still giving it high ratings because their service was great, well minus one for fewer breakfast items.
