This fully furnished 5,000 SF (including deck space) custom-built property is situated in the mountains overlooking the Broadmoor and all of Colorado Springs 500 feet below. The property has amazing views in every direction. The newly constructed home was completed in 2014 with vacation living in mind. The home contains 5 large bedrooms: 2 king beds in the master bedrooms (top level and main level), 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds and 5 ½ bathrooms. New furniture throughout the house. The main level features a luxurious family-centric kitchen perfect for entertaining; a large main floor family entertainment room w/fireplace and TV; an intimate dining room; 2 bedrooms and bathrooms; a powder room; and the laundry room. The bottom level has a living area with a 70” TV is perfect for movie watching/gaming, 2 arcade consoles (Ms. Pac-Man and Tron); a full bathroom and a bedroom. The top level has 2 bedrooms (including the aforementioned master); 2 full bathrooms; another entertainment area with TV, fireplace and gorgeous views; and a large wet bar. Outside, the home has 3 decks, 2 upstairs (one off the upper level entertainment area and one attached to the master bedroom). A huge 16x51-foot main floor deck has total privacy, plenty of seating, a 48” TV and bar with refrigerator and sink. there are 2 gas grills and a Traeger smoker grill. The decks are perfect for hanging out and enjoying the peaceful Colorado sunrises, sunny afternoons and evenings. The homes best attribute has to be the unending views from most everywhere in the home, and with 47 windows there are plenty of views. If you are planning to attend a function at the Broadmoor, this location is ideal for you with a one mile walk to its back entrance. In your downtime or when the rest of the family wants something fun to do there are loads of Activities at the Broadmoor that includes everything from the familiar (walking trails) to the unusual (falconry):—Horseback riding—Seven Falls Trails—Broadmoor Soaring Adventure (Ziplining at Seven Falls)—The Broadmoor Spa—26 specialty retail shops, many dining options, bowling and more, just down the street.Other Area Attractions:—Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (which also includes the Will Rodgers Shrine): 20 minute walk/3 minute drive.—The USAF Academy: 20 min from the south gate.—Fort Carson Army Base: 15 minutes—Colorado College: 15 minutes—UCCS: 20 minutes—US Olympic Training Center: 20 minutes—Incline in Manitou Springs: 9 miles away. Hike up 2,000 feet in 1.01 miles. Stroll back down on Barr Trail.—Garden of the Gods Park: Soak in the views of Garden of the Gods from the deck or hike through it just 8 miles away. Visit towering sandstone rock formations against a backdrop of snow-capped Pikes Peak and brilliant blue skies.—Hot Air Balloon rides with Adventures Out West —Pikes Peak Ziplines One of the most notable points of interest in the area is Pikes Peak. The drive to the entrance gate of Pikes Peak Park is approximately 15 min. 우리 회의의 일환으로 혼자 머물렀습니다. 방은 좋았지 만 5 성급은 아닙니다. 방에서 보는 전망은 충격적이었고 침대는 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 사전에 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 친절하지만 곧. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 빠르며 직원들은 훌륭하고 사려 깊은 터치 인 최초의 전망에서 좌석을 우선시했습니다. 메인 리셉션 공간은 기둥과 거대한 불이 있는 높은 목재 천장으로 아름답습니다. 나는 상점과 그렇게 가깝지는 않지만 다시 머물 것이지만 Uber는 합리적으로 이용 가능하고 빠릅니다.

This Broadmoor Home is located 1 mile from the luxurious, World Renowned Broadmoor Resort. STR-1573Our home has a large, heated, in-ground Lap Pool (20x40) 3 ft to 4 ft., and is adjacent to a patio which spans the length of the house. POOL IS OPEN May- (Mother’s Day) through September (LaborDay)It also has a theater room. Great for relaxing after a day of touring.This location is unique in that the front of the property has a mountain view, while the back yard backs to a prairie that is covered in native Colorado trees. You'll wake up to the sound of birds singing, and at times, a hooting owl will make itself heard. On occasion, It's also possible to get a glimpse of a black bear. It is also a very quiet neighborhood, so morning yoga on the patio, and evening dinners in the screen house make this property the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our home is perfect for a small family. It is located in an established quiet neighborhood. Therefore, no parties or events of any kind are allowed. And,Only registered guests are allowed on property.This home boasts an open floor plan with 2 wood burning fireplaces, and everything you need in your home away from home. 우리는 좋은 숙박을했습니다. 숙소는 잘 관리되어 있었고 로비에서 신선한 물을 즐겼습니다. 접수 원은 체크인시 매우 친절하고 유익했습니다. 우리 방은 좋은 크기와 깨끗했습니다. 호텔은 또한 놀라울 정도로 조용했습니다. 특히 엘리베이터와 가까운 우리 방에서 약간의 소음이 나는 호텔에 익숙하지만 매우 평화로웠습니다. 침대가 너무 편안해서 무료 아침 식사를 통해 잤습니다! 확실히 추천하고 다시 머물 것입니다!

Nice hotel in south part of Colorado Springs. Very nice and clean hotel. Stuffs are very helpful and their services also outstanding. Only issue I had, the hotel internet connection(wifi) was not working but still giving it high ratings because their service was great, well minus one for fewer breakfast items.
