Directly across the street from the Library of Congress on gorgeous tree lined street. 1 block to Capitol. Very easy access to museums, restaurants, bars, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, metro, bus, bike share and all DC has to offer!Brand new everything. Professionally decorated historic townhome in heart of DC. There are 12 steps to walk up and 4 steps to walk down to enter the unit. This English basement apartment has a separate living, dining, and kitchen areas with 1 full bathroom. The light and bright bedroom has a queen sized bed, and access to 2 closets for your belongings. The apartment is ideal for maximum of 3 adults (2 in the bedroom & 1 on the sleeper sofa). From the bedroom there is a back door into the back yard.The apartment offers a coat closet, washer and dryer, central a/c heat, wifi, and xfinity cable TV with HBO channels and on screen access to Netflix.We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! I loved everything about this hotel—from the location and room size to the cleanliness, helpful staff, and complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the kitchenette, which had very limited functionality. It’s essentially just an extra sink alongside standard business hotel amenities like a mini-refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, and two cups. I was hoping for something a bit more useful, so that part didn’t quite meet my expectations.

호텔은 정말 인상적이었고, 유서 깊은 건물이었습니다. 위치도 환상적이었고, 딱히 할 말이 없네요. 북쪽에는 슈퍼마켓이 있고 남쪽에는 백악관이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 몇 가지 단점을 꼽자면: 1) 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 2) 욕실 시설이 다소 낡았습니다. 3) 냉장고가 고장 나서 음식을 바로 옮겨서 먹어야 합니다. 여름에는 매우 불편합니다.

엄마와 함께 갔다. 우선 위치가 너무 안좋습니다! ! ! ***에서는 교통이 정말 편리하지만 거기 앉을 방법이 없습니다! ! ! 차가 없는 동포들은 오지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 거리는 ***, *********로 가득 차 있습니다. 그때 버스에 탄 경찰관이 다가와 우리를 괴롭히며 버스에서 내리려고 했습니다. 다행히 버스 운전사가 우리를 멈춰 세웠습니다. 묘지로 둘러싸여 있고 버려져 있습니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크의 사람들은 매우 친절하고 열정적입니다. 그런데 에어컨이 고장나서 고쳐도 나아질 수가 없어요.

가격 대비 넓은 객실이 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들은 항상 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 걷기에 좋은 위치였습니다. 편의시설은 그저 그랬습니다. 커튼이 빛을 완전히 차단하지 못했고, 에어컨은 꽤 시끄럽고 약했습니다. 온도를 낮추거나 선풍기 세기를 높여도 큰 차이가 없었고, 에어컨에서 나오는 바람은 차가운 바람이 아니라 약간 차가운 바람뿐이었습니다. 물론, 마지막 며칠 밤만 더웠고 시트도 안 덮고 잤기 때문에 옮겨달라고 요청하지는 않았습니다.

전반적으로 가치 있고 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 체크아웃 전날 밤에 DCA에 택시 서비스를 요청했지만 한 가지 사건이 있었습니다. 예약이 없었습니다. 꽤 실망스럽지만 그럼에도 불구하고 다른 수단이 있었기 때문에 저에게는 효과가 있었습니다. 그러나 내가 없었다면 나는 피트를 던졌을 것입니다! 적어도 그들은 내가 체크 아웃 할 때 택시 서비스가 여전히 필요한지 다시 확인했어야했습니다. 이 외에도 아침 식사를위한 음식 선택, 심지어 커피와 차 옵션까지 다른 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 백악관과 CVS가 꽤 가까워서 위치도 좋았습니다. 방은 또한 1 인용자에게 적합한 크기였으며 깨끗하고 적절한 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다.

길 건너편 힐튼 호텔에서 열린 컨퍼런스 때문에 4박을 묵었습니다. 전에도 한 번 묵어봤는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 그런데 요즘은 좀 안 좋은 것 같습니다. 프런트 데스크에 누구한테 물어봐도 서비스가 형편없었거든요. 1) 2일에 한 번(어떤 사람은) 또는 3일에 한 번(어떤 사람은) 하우스키핑을 한다고 했는데, 숙박 기간 내내 하우스키핑이 오지 않았습니다. 2) 2일차에 쓰레기 수거, 추가 옷걸이, 깨끗한 수건 두 장을 요청했는데 제가 없는 동안만 준다고 했습니다. 3) 전에는 안 왔는데 다음 날 다시 요청했습니다. 또 하루가 끝나고 방으로 돌아왔는데도 여전히 오지 않았습니다. 4일차 체크아웃할 때 프런트 데스크에 이 사실을 설명했지만, ”깜짝 놀랐다”는 반응이었습니다. 하지만 아무런 보상이나 보상도 해주지 않았습니다. 또 다른 문제는 어느 날 저녁 객실 내 전화기가 작동하지 않아 배달을 놓쳤다는 것입니다. 그들은 문제를 해결해 주지 않았습니다. 매번 다른 사람을 상대했는데, 위에 언급한 문제들을 해결해 줄 수 있는 사람은 단 한 명도 없었습니다. 지난번에는 여기 묵었습니다.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

캡슐 호텔의 아이디어를 사랑하고 프라이버시를 즐기십시오. 그러나 캡슐에는 전원이 공급되지 않는 USB 포트만 있었고 충전을 매우 실망스럽고 긴 노력으로 만든 파워포인트가 없었습니다. 많은 음식과 바, 길 건너편에 있는 cvs와 모퉁이를 돌면 지하철도 가깝습니다. 삶을 매우 쉽게 만들었습니다. trip.com 앱이 주세를 받지 않기 때문에 체크인 과정이 성가셨습니다. 도착 시 자체 체크인을 할 수 없었기 때문에 건물 앞에서 4 시간을 기다려야했습니다. 오후 6시 체크인 시간 슬롯에 가방을 들고 오전 10시에서 오후 1시, 오후 6시에서 오후 10시 체크인. 각 층에는 지하에 화장실과 샤워 시설이 있었고 주요 청소 문제는 없어 보였습니다.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

어제 귀국하기 전에 워싱턴 그랜드 하얏트 호텔에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 좋았던 점도 있었지만 아쉬운 점도 있었습니다. 호텔 로비에 들어서자마자 탁 트이고 넓은 공간이 인상적이었습니다. 다른 호텔처럼 북적거리는 느낌 없이 여유롭게 걸어 다닐 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인 절차도 빨랐고, 직원분들이 호텔 시설과 주의사항이 자세히 적힌 안내문을 건네주셔서 편리하고 실용적이었습니다. 이때까지만 해도 만족도가 아주 높았죠. 하지만 배정받은 방에 들어서는 순간 기분이 확 가라앉았습니다. 코너에 있는 방이라 그런지 구조가 좀 이상했고, 채광도 좋지 않아 답답한 느낌을 주었습니다. 화장실은 정말 '재앙' 수준이었는데, 공간이 너무 좁고 위생 상태도 엉망이었습니다. 세면대에 다른 사람 머리카락이 남아 있는 것을 보고 호텔의 위생 관리에 의문이 들었습니다. 5성급 호텔이라면 위생에 최고 수준을 기대했는데, 이런 문제가 발생해서 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 체크인 절차도 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 다른 5성급 호텔은 씨트립(携程)에서 예약이 성공하면 스스로 체크인을 할 수 있는데, 이곳은 21세 이상의 성인이 동반해야만 체크인 수속을 완료할 수 있었습니다. 혼자 여행하거나 동반자의 나이가 기준에 맞지 않는 손님들에게는 분명 번거로움이 추가되는 부분입니다. 하지만 호텔 벨보이 서비스는 칭찬할 만했습니다. 친절하고 민첩하게 짐을 옮겨주셨고, 가는 내내 제 질문에 성심성의껏 답해주셨습니다. 그분들을 통해 호텔의 전문적인 서비스 수준을 확실히 느낄 수 있었습니다. 완벽하지 않았던 숙박 경험 속에서 몇 안 되는 따뜻한 순간이었습니다. 호텔이 객실 배정, 위생 관리, 체크인 절차를 개선하여 고객들에게 더욱 좋은 숙박 경험을 제공해주기를 바랍니다.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

이 호텔은 어젯밤에 예약했기 때문에 바로 프런트에 가서 방이 없다고 했는데 씨트립에서 검색해보니 방에 WiFi 요금이 있습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 오랜 시간을 보냈습니다. 씨트립에서 전액을 지불했습니다. 또한 3일 동안 다른 객실을 예약했습니다. 나중에 밤 12시에 씨트립에 연락했는데 호텔이 이미 요금을 청구했기 때문에 방이 있을 거라고 하더군요. 매우 친절하고 방을 구하는 데 도움을 준 새로운 프런트 데스크 직원을 찾았습니다. 전염병 기간 동안 호텔은 뷔페식 아침 식사를 취소했습니다. 이제 온라인으로 주문할 때마다 배달비 6달러가 부과됩니다. 아침 식사는 매우 넉넉하고 나쁘지 않습니다. 우리가 늦게 집을 나서서 첫날에는 청소가 없었습니다. 매일 7시에서 8시 사이에 청소가 이루어진다고 하더군요. 우리가 떠날 때 프런트에 전화하면 집을 청소해 주겠다고 하더군요. 다음날 우리는 프론트 데스크에 전화해서 왜 그렇게 늦게 떠나는지 물었습니다.

房間衞生是ok的，符合標準 酒店一樓，異味比較大 每天都是 酒店服務：給差評是有原因的，第一天晚上我們發現有陌生人躲在我們門外面，於是打電話給前台尋求幫助。前後打了三次，前台答應我們會上來查看，但是沒有。一直讓我們等待，然後就再也沒有然後了。我不知道是為什麼 但是那一晚我覺得我處在很危險的境地，很緊張。我把貓眼堵住了，還放了個東西在門把手上。萬怡就是這樣對待客户的需求的。還是注意安全吧

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。
