Very easy access to museums, restaurants, bars, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, metro, bus, bike share and all DC has to offer!Brand new everything. Professionally decorated historic townhome in heart of DC. There are 12 steps to walk up and 4 steps to walk down to enter the unit. This English basement apartment has a separate living, dining, and kitchen areas with 1 full bathroom. The light and bright bedroom has a queen sized bed, and access to 2 closets for your belongings. The apartment is ideal for maximum of 3 adults (2 in the bedroom & 1 on the sleeper sofa). From the bedroom there is a back door into the back yard.The apartment offers a coat closet, washer and dryer, central a/c heat, wifi, and xfinity cable TV with HBO channels and on screen access to Netflix.We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! I loved everything about this hotel—from the location and room size to the cleanliness, helpful staff, and complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the kitchenette, which had very limited functionality. It’s essentially just an extra sink alongside standard business hotel amenities like a mini-refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, and two cups. I was hoping for something a bit more useful, so that part didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. 캡슐 호텔의 아이디어를 사랑하고 프라이버시를 즐기십시오. 그러나 캡슐에는 전원이 공급되지 않는 USB 포트만 있었고 충전을 매우 실망스럽고 긴 노력으로 만든 파워포인트가 없었습니다. 많은 음식과 바, 길 건너편에 있는 cvs와 모퉁이를 돌면 지하철도 가깝습니다. 삶을 매우 쉽게 만들었습니다. trip.com 앱이 주세를 받지 않기 때문에 체크인 과정이 성가셨습니다. 도착 시 자체 체크인을 할 수 없었기 때문에 건물 앞에서 4 시간을 기다려야했습니다. 오후 6시 체크인 시간 슬롯에 가방을 들고 오전 10시에서 오후 1시, 오후 6시에서 오후 10시 체크인. 각 층에는 지하에 화장실과 샤워 시설이 있었고 주요 청소 문제는 없어 보였습니다.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

房間衞生是ok的，符合標準 酒店一樓，異味比較大 每天都是 酒店服務：給差評是有原因的，第一天晚上我們發現有陌生人躲在我們門外面，於是打電話給前台尋求幫助。前後打了三次，前台答應我們會上來查看，但是沒有。一直讓我們等待，然後就再也沒有然後了。我不知道是為什麼 但是那一晚我覺得我處在很危險的境地，很緊張。我把貓眼堵住了，還放了個東西在門把手上。萬怡就是這樣對待客户的需求的。還是注意安全吧

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。
