Fresh, modern and sleek 950 SqFt loft style unit. Constructed inside a historic glassworks building, this condo is one of the most unique in the city. You will be amazed by the style but also the amenities nearby. With a 2 minute walk to Museum row, and a 7 minute walk whiskey row, the convention center, the YUM! center and the center for the arts - everything is nearby. With Wifi, Netflix, and Hulu provided you have everything you need. The perfect spot for relaxing or going out on the town.The spaceThis is a sunny condo has no shortage of natural light (10 foot tall windows line the back wall). It is a quick jaunt to anywhere in the city. It is located on museum row, which has some of the best restaurants and activities in the city. Inside the building you can even take a glass blowing class. I highly recommend you try as many restaurants as possible (trust me, we have some great food here). It's a modern, sleek and most importantly comfortable and relaxing.The floors are so cool you're going to ask how we did it! We tried to make an place that was fitting of the building. And we hope you love the modern touches.Also, we are not some impersonal investment group, we are young family that care about our guests and we want you to enjoy your stay.IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:We do not rent to anyone that lives in Louisville. You must live at least 50 miles outside of the city. (too many people throw parties...)★★★★★RELAX AND CHILLA roomy, light-filled living room with a huge comfy couch will definitely be welcome after a long day around town. We offer Netflix, HBO, Hulu and ESPN in the Living Room. Highspeed internet is obviously a must and we have you covered. Curl up with a book or sink into the couch. The condo is yours!★★★★★EAT, DRINK, BE MERRYA large kitchen table is a perfect place to start gearing up for the night. Open the curtain and have the city as your backdrop. There is a speaker with a Aux cord for any music needs.★★★★★COOKA full kitchen can help you save money if you had a rough day at the track. We will have coffee available.★★★★★SLEEPThe bedroom has 2 extremely comfy queen size mattresses. One is a fancy electronic murphy bed that can be rolled up and put out of the way. The living room also has one of these murphy beds (you will be blown away by that it was hiding in plain sight). Additionally the living room's couch can sleep 3 (yes, it is that big). There is a closet to store any items in the hallway. It also has a dresser for clothing.RULESWe do not rent to anyone that lives in Louisville. You must live at least 50 miles outside of the city.Make sure to put the accurate amount of guests. We have trouble with people not putting the correct amount of guests. Which gives us the first impression that our guests have lied to us (which is not a good first impression).Absolutely no smoking inside! If you are caught smoking inside I could incur serious fines from the building, which I will have to push to you.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Absolutely no smoking. The rich and unique story of the Normandy building certainly adds to the enchanting character of the structure. Constructed in the early-mid 1800s, according to legend, the Normandy was originally a brothel and saloon before it was purchased by Mike Garvey and "rebranded" as Garvey’s Hotel in 1871. In 1884 Mr. Garvey sold his hotel to T.H. Thierman, 'the whiskey man', who restored and then gave the building its present name of the Normandy Hotel.Also, for all you Bill Murray fans out there, if you as may recognize some of the interior suites as the initial "apartment" scenes from the infamous movie 'Stripes', partially filmed inside the Normandy building back in 1981.The Normandy Loft offers 2200 Sq. 정말 좋았습니다. 집에서 멀리 떨어진 집이었습니다. 4번가, 무함마드 알리 센터, 겔레스피에서 도보 거리에 있어 위치가 좋았습니다. 우리를 체크인 한 제레미는 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 아침 식사는 주로 할랄이 아니기 때문에 괜찮 았으므로 특정 음식 만 먹을 수있었습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 훌륭했습니다.
