We stayed there specifically for the pool for my child. We verified it was open before booking 2 nights. Our first day pool was closed for maintenance and unavailable until the day of checkout after we left.
Staff was friendly but I gave 2 credit cards. One for the room (work) and one for expenses. I made a hotel purchase, asking them to bill it to my personal card. When I checked out I saw it had been added to the room card. I went back in and asked them to change it. She said she had taken it off and ran it on my personal card and said it would show in 3 business days. It hadn’t changed so I emailed the property and was told they would fix it immediately. A month later the charge has not been removed so I was asked to pay it back to my employer, too. Disappointed.
