먼저 긍정적인 점은, 약간 깨끗하다는 것입니다. 타월이 충분했습니다. 료칸은 처음 이용했지만, 선웨이 온천 스위트에 묵은 건 3번째입니다. 이전에 묵었을 때는 객실이 훌륭했습니다. 하지만 이 객실은 들어가자마자 바닥과 침대에 머리카락이 있었습니다. 정수기, 다리미판, 세탁기가 없었습니다. 욕실에는 바퀴벌레가 있었고 물 흐름이 너무 느렸습니다. 료칸 경영진은 객실을 업그레이드해 달라고 요청할 수 있습니다. 선웨이 온천 스위트 경영진은 수영장을 청소해 주세요! 온천과 소금물 수영장 모두 더러웠습니다! 심지어 속옷 한 벌을 발견했습니다. 이유는 비가 산에서 흙을 가져왔다는 것입니다.🤷♀️. 전반적으로 테마파크와 산의 멋진 전망입니다.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 리조트는 정말 아름답고 평화로웠습니다. 말레이시아에 있는 것 같지도 않은 느낌이 들었습니다! 아침 식사는 정말 맛있었습니다! 서양식과 현지 음식이 다양하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 그리고 알라카르트 뷔페라 주문할 때마다 요리해 주셨어요! 객실에서 무료로 음료를 드실 수 있습니다. Jeff Cellar는 훌륭했지만 드레스 코드가 있고 세트 식사이며 식사는 2.5시간이 걸린다는 점에 유의하세요. 놀랍게도 모기에 물리지 않았습니다. 하지만 객실의 샘물은 충분히 뜨겁지 않았습니다... 수영장은 약간 더러웠는데 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다... 전반적으로 매우 좋은 경험이었고 꼭 다시 올 것입니다!

저희가 가장 좋아하는 호텔이었어요. 세 번째 방문이었고 이번에는 가장 오래 머물렀는데, 안타깝게도 온천수가 더 이상 나오지 않네요....😭 시설은 좋았어요. 전망도 훌륭했고요. 하지만 저희가 이곳에 다시 온 가장 큰 이유는 온천 때문이었는데, 온천수는 당연히 따뜻해야 하잖아요. 이번에는 그냥 미지근한 수영장 같았어요. 이유가 뭔지는 모르겠지만, 온천수를 따뜻하게 유지하지 못하면 더 이상 온천이라고 할 수 없죠. 너무 실망스러워요 😞 너무 슬퍼요😭

제목: 이포의 천국! 프라이빗 온천은 정말 최고예요 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 솔직히 말해서 이포에서 묵었던 숙소 중 최고였습니다. 휴식, 럭셔리, 그리고 편리함을 원하신다면 IWH 선웨이 온천 아파트가 바로 정답입니다. 제가 이 아파트를 극찬하는 이유는 다음과 같습니다. • 프라이빗 온천: 단연 최고의 하이라이트입니다. 발코니에 바로 딸린 개인 온천탕은 보통 프리미엄 호텔에서나 경험할 수 있는 특별한 경험입니다. 웅장한 석회암 언덕을 바라보며 천연 온천수에 몸을 담그는 것은 정말이지 몸과 마음을 재충전하는 최고의 방법입니다. • 전망: 푸르른 녹음과 안개 낀 언덕의 아름다운 풍경을 바라보며 아침을 맞이하는 것은 그야말로 환상적입니다. 마치 도시에서 멀리 떨어진 휴양지에 온 듯한 기분을 느낄 수 있으면서도, 도심과의 접근성은 매우 뛰어납니다. • 아파트: IWH에서 관리하는 이 아파트는 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고, 모던하며, 아름답게 꾸며져 있었습니다. 침대는 호텔처럼 편안해서 꿀잠을 잤어요! (정말 꿀잠 잤답니다!) 초고속 와이파이부터 간이 주방까지, 제공되는 편의시설 덕분에 마치 호화로운 집처럼 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. • 위치: 선웨이 로스트 월드 오브 탐분 바로 옆에 있어서 테마파크를 방문하기에 정말 편리해요. 게다가 근처에 다양한 식당과 슈퍼마켓도 있어요. • 서비스: IWH 직원들은 정말 훌륭했어요. 체크인도 간편했고, 안내도 명확했으며, 제가 질문할 때마다 신속하게 답변해 주셨어요. 로맨틱한 휴가를 원하는 커플이나 즐겁고 편안한 여행을 원하는 가족에게 강력 추천합니다. 벌써 다음 여행을 계획하고 있어요! 개인 평점: 11/10

직원분들은 아주 친절해서 좋았습니다. 정말 딱 거기까지만 좋았어요. 처음 방에 들어갔을 때는 넓고 깔끔하고, 겉보기엔 굉장히 깨끗해 보였습니다. 하지만 방이 어두운 것 같아 커튼을 만지는 순간, 먼지가 너무 많아 재채기를 수없이 했습니다. 숙소 안에서는 바퀴벌레 두 마리를 발견했습니다. 냉장고와 책상 근처를 돌아다니는 걸 봤고, 한 마리는 잡았지만 다른 한 마리는 냉장고 쪽으로 사라져 결국 못 잡았습니다. 그 이후로 바퀴벌레가 또 나올까 봐 계속 신경 쓰이며 찝찝한 상태로 잠을 잤어요. 밤도 너무 늦었고 고작 1박이라 컴플레인하기에도 너무 피곤했습니다. 샤워실은 정말 최악이었습니다. 불쇼가 끝나고 많은 사람들이 한꺼번에 돌아오는 시간대라 빨리 씻고 자야 했는데, 물이 거의 쫄쫄쫄쫄 나와서 씻을 수가 없을 정도였습니다. 뜨거운 물도 한참 기다려야 겨우 나오고, 수압이 너무 약해 씻는 내내 찝찝하고 화가 났습니다. 게다가 빨리 자고 싶었는데 드라이기가 고장 나서 작동하지 않았습니다. 벽에 달려 있는 드라이기였는데 정말 하… 불쇼가 너무 늦게 시작하고 끝나는 바람에 다 씻고 머리를 말려야 했지만, 그 늦은 밤에 머리도 못 말리고 결국 피곤한 상태로 젖은 채 잠들었습니다. 마지막 하이라이트는 바로 앞 공사 소음. 밤새 콩… 콩콩콩콩… 소리가 계속 나서 꿈자리까지 굉장히 사나웠습니다. 그 소리를 들으며 꿈에 콩콩콩콩 소리랑 강시 나오고, 사람 죽고 난리도 아니었어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 어우… 다시는 안 갑니다. 왜 내가 갔을까………… 🤦♀️ The staff were very kind and friendly. That was honestly the only good part of this stay. When I first entered the room, it looked spacious, neat, and clean at a glance. However, when I touched the curtains because the room felt dark, there was so much dust that I started sneezing nonstop. I also found two cockroaches inside the room. They were crawling around the fridge and the desk. I managed to catch one, but the other disappeared somewhere behind the fridge and I couldn’t find it. After that, I felt extremely uncomfortable and anxious, worrying about where another cockroach might appear while trying to sleep. It was very late at night and since it was only a one-night stay, I was too exhausted to even complain. The bathroom situation was terrible. After the fire show ended, many guests returned at the same time, so everyone needed to shower quickly and go to bed. However, the water pressure was so weak that I could barely shower at all. Hot water took a long time to come out, and the extremely low water pressure made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. On top of that, the hair dryer was broken and didn’t work. It was a wall-mounted dryer… seriously. Because the fire show ended so late, I had to shower late at night, but I couldn’t dry my hair at all and ended up going to bed exhausted with wet hair. The final highlight: construction noise right in front of the accommodation. All night long—bang… bang bang bang. It completely ruined my sleep and even made my dreams chaotic. I was dreaming about that banging sound, zombies showing up, people dying—total chaos lol. Ugh… I will never come back. Why did I even come here… 🤦♀️

가족에게 완벽한 매우 편안하고 아늑한 장소, 나는 우리를 돕기 위해 매우 수용적인 경영진을 좋아합니다. 나는 확실히이 유닛을 다시 예약 할 것입니다. 내 아이들은 수영장을 너무 좋아합니다. 나는 온천 수영장과 사우나를 좋아합니다.

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

Pro 1. The condo located right next to The Lost World Tambun, if you are going to the lagoon, this condo is the right one. Buggy is outside the lobby area to provide free ride to the lagoon entrance. 2. Check in process is smooth c/w digital lockset. 3. The management company is pretty helpful and easy to liaise with. 4. Balcony facing lagoon, quite nice view. 5. Hot pool besides the swimming pool, relaxing. Con 1. If your trip is to enjoy Ipoh food, the stay is about 30 mins to city center. Pretty far. 2. Cleanliness is an issue. Sticky flooring, yellow stain WC cover 3. Sagging bed, my aunt cannot sleep for the whole night 4. Sagging sofa, my back side basically is on the spring 5. Water flow to the shower head is limited. The water pressure is so low and I would say the flow is merely to wet the body. Water pressure to basin is good.

The property offers an excellent location with picturesque views of the theme park and mountains from the balcony. The onsen and swimming pool facilities within the hotel are notably comfortable and well-maintained, particularly when compared to those at the theme park. The primary area for improvement lies in the check-in process, which I found to be inconvenient. It required me to proactively contact the hotel or agent for instructions, rather than receiving direct communication from them. Despite this, I intend to book this property again on my next visit to Ipoh.

The owner of Airbnb is very thoughtful, even had toothpaste prepared in every bathroom, and hairdryer is also available in each of the 3 bedrooms. My family and I had a very nice stay. Thank you.
