We think that the hotel is not bad, but not great either. First thing to note is the hotel’s location is quite far (20min) from main terminal, BUT has a bus stop right in front. Secondly, hotel is already very old, and guests mainly are older gentlemen and ladies. Pool facilities which were advertised as 38C were mostly 30-36 at best. The hot tub hard carried our stay. Since the island is quite expensive in general now, a visit to this place do give it some thought.

Hôtel très propre ! Personnel accueillant , service de qualité ! Piscine et bassin thermal très propres et bien entretenus!
Très bon emplacement pour se promener dans la ville de Porto Ischia et visiter l’île.
Les meubles des chambres sont un feu défraîchis mais le matelas du lit très confortable. La douche de la salle de bain est très petite.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. Le service bar au bord de la piscine est très agréable.

Das Hotel Hermitage Resort & Thermal Spa auf Ischia bietet eine erstklassige Unterkunft für Reisende aller Art. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Service ist ausgezeichnet.

abbiamo prenotato tramite booking, eravamo già stati in questa struttura, ci siamo trovati bene, faccio i complimenti per la colazione , abbondante e di qualità, cinque stelle. Ma voglio consigliare i proprietari a pensare anche all'intrattenimento serale dei clienti dell'albergo, casomai un po' di musica sottofondo all'esterno lato divani, perchè essendo in periferia i clienti lo apprezzerebbero. poi seconda annotazione voglio consigliare i proprietari a pensare di ridurre il prezzo del menu sia a pranzo che a cena dato che si favorisce solamente la trattoria il faro perchè nettamente più economico.

Giardini molto curati, bellissime piscine utilizzabili 24 ore su 24, pasticcere super a colazione, purtroppo pulizia della camera insufficiente, capelli dappertutto e non è stato messo nemmeno il rotolo della carta igienica

LLeighFantastic staff and service. Went above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Views, pool and restaurant are fantastic.
Taxi is €25/30 to get to the marina but other than that super great location up in the hills!!

리리뷰어녹색이 많은 아주 멋진 수영장 지역. Τ 작은 수영장이있는 스파 공간은 우리에게 전혀 어필하지 않았습니다. 그것은 매우 '폐쇄'되고 어두웠다. 또한 실수가 있었고 우리는 우리가 예약 한 방과 다른 방을 받았지만 결국 호텔에서 저녁 식사를 제공했습니다. 음식은 매우 좋았지 만 우리가 예약 한 방이 있었다면 외식을하는 것을 선호했을 것입니다. 직원들은 매우 정중했습니다.

리리뷰어This hotel was the perfect hotel for our short trip to Ischia. Lorenzo was fabulous and make some great recommendations. We ate in a local restaurant at the hot out which was delicious. We then ate upstairs in the Aragonese restaurant and it was also very delicious. Make use of the spa if you can, it’s nice and relaxing. Also, the bed was so so comfortable and the pillows were great too!

호텔에 매우 쉽게 갈 수 있었고, 2 번 버스의 항구에 앉아 역에서 호텔까지 도보로 5 분 거리에 마지막 정류장에서 나갔습니다. 호텔은 매우 즐거웠습니다. 방은 매우 편리한 정원 전망이 있었고 방과 온천수 근처의 수영장을 나왔습니다. 호텔 지역은 매우 경치가 좋고 다양한 이국적인 식물과 여러 온천 수영장이 있습니다.
매우 환영하는 직원. 아침 식사는 다양하고 맛있습니다. 훌륭한 커피.
우리는 여기로 돌아가고 싶습니다.
