Good place for business travel. I came here for the exhibitions, although it’s a bit far from the exhibition but worthy

Let me start by saying all the  staff where very pleasant and helpfull I was expecting little attention to detail  When we arrived there was no help out of the car with luggage help came later with the luggage to the room The room was very nice but the wi.fi was not working There was no safety deposit box in the room  The sheets had to be changed Our friends room was no bed side cabinet and chair All these items got sorted but for a 4 star resort there shouldn’t be these problems in the first place  One item which didn’t get sorted there was no mini bar in the room but it was on there discription

12월 20일부터 25일까지 머물렀습니다. 12월 20일 새벽 2시쯤 늦게 체크인하고 12월 25일 아침 8시 30분에 아주 일찍 체크아웃했습니다. 아버지가 12월 21일에 도시에서 갑자기 돌아가셨고 여행 대부분 동안 준비에 바빴고 늦게 돌아와서 방에서 잤습니다. 체크아웃하는 날, 비행기가 연기되어 호텔로 돌아왔습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 대부분 매우 친절했습니다. 하지만 마지막 날, 앉아서 생각을 정리할 수 있는 개인 공간을 요청했을 때, 수밋 씨는 '로비에서 앉아 있으라'고 퉁명스럽게 말했습니다. 물론 방을 돌려받을 거라고 기대하지는 않았지만, 요청에 세심하게 답변해 주었으면 좋았을 텐데요. 그렇지 않았다면 순조로웠을 숙박에 씁쓸한 충격이 끝났습니다. 앞으로는 여기에 묵지 않을 겁니다.

It was a very pleasant experience. . We had a short stay for 1 night. The room was neat and clean. Clean washrooms. Check in was very smooth and very calm staffs. Didn’t try the breakfast so no comments on food. Location is very friendly. Just 100 Mtrs from Hennur mail road and major chains of restaurants and pubs are in walkable distance. Preferred for budgeted stays. Worth for the money u pay.
