인도네시아 자와바랏 소재 온천 호텔

객실과 분위기는 훌륭했고, 카라왕 쇼핑센터와도 매우 가까워서 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다. 저희는 4명이서 2026년 1월 12일부터 14일까지 2박 동안 연결된 문이 있는 침실 2개를 예약했습니다. 프런트 직원이 객실을 찾는 데 도움을 주었고, 가장 멋진 시티뷰 객실을 제공해 주었습니다. 정말 감사했습니다. 하지만 아쉽게도 욕실 수건에 얼룩이 있고 가장자리가 찢어져 있었습니다. 또한, 룸서비스 직원이 사전 안내문이나 서명도 없이 갑자기 문을 두드리고 제가 샤워 중일 때 들어오려고 했습니다. 샤워를 마칠 때까지 거절해야 했습니다. 침대 시트를 교체해 주었는데, 담요 커버와 수건에도 얼룩이 있었습니다. 다행히 냄새는 깨끗해서 그냥 사용했습니다. 샤워실 배수구도 잘 작동하지 않아 청소 담당 직원에게 알렸습니다. 객실 청소 자체는 전반적으로 괜찮았지만, 어메니티와 침대 시트는 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 4성급 호텔이라고 하기에는 아쉬운 부분입니다. 레스토랑은 괜찮았어요. 남편이 소토와 밥, 음료, 그리고 간식/카밀란을 포함해서 40만 루피아를 썼어요. 그런데 칫솔꽂이를 4개가 아니라 3개만 준 건 좀 이해가 안 가네요. 뭐, 어차피 아들만 쓰니까 괜찮긴 하지만요. 호텔 측에서 손님을 위해 좀 더 세심한 배려를 해줬으면 좋겠어요. 호텔의 가치를 제대로 보여주는 것 같지 않네요.

The place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.

Really nice business hotel, clean, comfortable with good facilities. Extensive Indonesian and continental breakfast buffet available along with room service.

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

이곳은 물 위에 지어진 마을을 재현해 놓은 것 같았습니다. 정말 재밌었어요. 수영장도 크고 좋았습니다. 낚시는 즐거웠지만, 물고기는 한 마리도 잡지 못했습니다. 하지만 직원분이 정말 친절하셔서 몇 마리 잡을 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 모든 손님이 생선을 굽거나 튀겨서 먹습니다. 리뷰에 이 부분은 언급된 적이 없었습니다. 덕분에 숙박에 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 이 호텔이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 가루트에 가면 다시 방문할 예정입니다.

누안자 호텔 인근에 조금만 가면 자바베카 골프장도 있고, 풍경이 좋은 곳이 많이 있어요~ 호텔은 공단 지대 이지만 조금만 이동하면 됩니다 이동이 아주 편리해요

직원분들이 모두 정말 친절했어요. 저희에게는 위치가 정말 최고였어요. 번잡한 거리에서 벗어나 조용한 곳을 원했거든요. 음식도 맛있었어요. 그랩을 이용하면 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 앞으로 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.

공항에서 호텔까지 가는길이 조금 멀긴했지만, 현지 도로 사정을 감안하면 나쁘지 않았습니다. 호텔 컨디션은 괜찮은편이고 외국인 출장자들이 많이 보였습니다. 카운터에 한국어를 할수 있는 직원도 있습니다. 아쉬운점은 아침 식사 메뉴가 입에 맞는게 많지 않았습니다.

房間環境乾淨整潔，床品很新，用着很舒服，酒店位於馬路旁，有些吵，還好住在另一側，睡覺很安靜，這裏遠離生活區，早上聽不到禱告聲，可以睡個安穩覺。一樓的日式餐廳提供日本料理，很棒。早餐中規中矩，還算豐盛，商務出行理想的選擇。
