去的時候剛好趕上婚禮，大堂裡外都是熱情洋溢喜氣洋洋的老外。前台有衹值班的狗，乖極了。如果帶着孩子，需要額外每衹30胖子的付費，這個，呃……如果沒有這筆費用還是不錯的。第二天的免費自助早餐不錯，咖啡點了以後，服務員送。走廊裏有自助牛奶和自助飲用水。停車免費呦，停車場挺大，基本不用擔心沒地方，因為即使頭一天婚禮來滿了人，也依舊有少許停車位。 雖然英國每天都陰沉下雨或者颳風下雪，但是我們卻在這裏看到了久違的漫天繁星。

酒店在一個很陡的坡上，走上去有些吃力，游泳池的水温我們國家的人覺得略低，老外倒覺得還好。服務人員的態度非常好，入住的時候帶我們參觀酒店的所有設施，地址靠近碼頭，離windermere鎮中心也挺近，小鎮雖不大，中餐也有。房間配備一個陽台，陽台風景也很不錯，晚上坐在陽台乘涼很舒服。

The spa does not have hot water (35 degrees). It is quite small. The room was nice.

Great Hotel & Spa, Good Location, Really Nice Food.

I’ve booked Low Wood Bay a few times but this was the first time using trip.com - we got an excellent deal and the customer service was brilliant from both trip.com and Low Wood Bay. There had been heavy snowfall so things were a bit up in the air with whether we would be coming or not due to road closures but the staff were brilliant. Thankfully we did get to come for the night and we’d booked the spa the following day. It is one of the best spas I have been to. The views are stunning. The hotel itself is really lovely, fantastic location, extremely clean and all the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be coming to stay again and can’t recommend enough for a relaxing break.

雖然不是最美的季節，但別有風情，空氣清新環境優美，早上的霧氣更是仙氣飄飄，非常適合放鬆度假。我們雖然衹是路過小住一晚，已經給我們的旅途增色不少。

관광 성수기이기 때문에 가격은 약간 비싸지 만 관광 명소 근처의 다른 호텔보다 저렴합니다. 호텔 객실은 좋고 깨끗합니다. 수영장은 나쁘지 않고 사우나도 있습니다. 우리는 매일 놀았습니다. 특히 추천하는 것은 호텔의 레스토랑입니다. 특히 좋습니다. 가격은 다른 레스토랑과 일치합니다. 메뉴는 매일 다르며 실제로 요리사가하고 있습니다. 시도하는 것이 좋습니다!

We only stopped one night but it seemed fine, service was pleasant and friendly facilities were good. It looked tired in some areas but something that big can't be shiny new everyday. The room was generally clean and dust free but the fridge (which wasn't even plugged in) was dirty inside and there was an empty biscuit packet under the couch.

호텔은 매우 친절한 직원과 함께 친절했지만 현명한 위치는 내가 방문하고 싶은 장소에서 꽤 멀었지만 raj 호수와 같은 많은 할랄 레스토랑이 있는 시내 중심가와 가깝습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다!!!
