피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 미국 캔자스 호텔

호텔은 도시에 있으며 객실은 비교적 새롭고 깨끗하며 아침 식사는 나쁘지 않습니다.

I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.  However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go.  The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy.  There were no vending machines.  The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.   I have attached pictures of the room.  Door frames were completely broken.  Door would hardly open or shut.  The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires.  The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath. Most of these issues are routine maintenance items.  For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room.  Room 118 was not that room. Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review.

스포츠 KC 게임을 위해 남편과 2 명의 아이들과 함께 여기에 왔습니다. 위치는 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사는 아마도 호텔의 가장 좋은 부분이었습니다. 그것은 어떤 식 으로든 화려하지 않으며 나는 1 박당 다시 여기에 머물기 위해 한 것보다 더 많은 비용을 지불하지 않을 것입니다. 청결도는 좋았습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 프론트 데스크 여성은 친절했고 나중에 간식을 먹기 위해 그녀를 보았고 그녀는 하루 동안 지쳐 보였고 약간 짜증이났습니다. 일주일 전에 예약했음에도 불구하고 핸디캡 룸에 묵었습니다. 방은 괜찮았지만 파티오/뒤쪽 문은 우리 방 바로 밖에 있었고 밤새도록 들릴 수 있는 것은 사람들이 드나드는 소리와 아이들이 몇 시간 동안 문을 쾅 닫는 소리뿐이었습니다. 수영장은 멋져 보였지만 우리는 그것을 확인할 기회가 없었습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었고 우리가 얻은 것에 대해이 가격으로 다시 머물고 다른 방을 요청할 것입니다.

All and all, the hotel in general and the room in particular were very adequate. The room was very clean, no unpleasant odors, nor any loud noises from the adjacent rooms. However, there was an unusual phenomenon with our room; that being the view from our window. Low and behold upon drawing back the drapes, we were greeted with a parade of toilets, not to mention old mattresses off to the side, all in full view. WOW . . . very unexpected, to say the least. Additionally, although the hotel advertised having a swimming pool, which it did have, it failed to mention that the pool was empty. Not so much as a drop of water to get the bottom of your feet wet [don't be fooled by the deceptive 2-tone colors; there's no actual water there]. That being said, the hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating at needed.

시설보수 필요합니다.

호텔은 업그레이드 중이며 완료되면 매우 좋을 것입니다. 우리 방은 새로 완성되었고 매우 좋았지 만 완벽하지는 않았습니다. 문 옆 옷장을 놓치고 작은 쓰레기통 1 개만 있었고 수건 중 일부는 구멍이있는 헐거워졌습니다. 그들 중 누구도 가난한 체류를 화나게하지 않았습니다!  우리는 온라인으로 예약했고 환불되지 않았습니다. 내 문제는 수영장과 온수 욕조를 사용할 수 없다는 언급이 없다는 것입니다! 우리가 체크인했을 때 언급조차 없었습니다. 수영장 문에 표지판만있었습니다.  아침 식사는 좋았지 만 커피 머신이 고장났습니다 😞  우리는 다시 머물 것이지만 수영장이 열려 있는지 확인하기 위해 전화 한 후에 만 (나는 그것을 고대하고 있었다 😞)

Location is really solid, with some decent dining across the street. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, but I got a weird vibe from them. Not sure what that was about. Thiis hotel chain definitely cuts costs when it comes to things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other room amenities. That all felt super cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot of options. Waffles were good, eggs were passable, sausage was standard. I'd not want to eat it for more than two days in a row, but it hit the spot for what it was. Wouldn't avoid in the future, but certainly not memorable.

퀸 사이즈 침대는 꽤 편안하고 깨끗한 시트였지만 조명은 평균이었고 욕실은 금연실에서 연기 냄새가 났습니다. 1층은 카펫이 좋지 않고 약간 구식이었습니다. 하룻밤만 묵어서 괜찮았습니다.. TV, 전자레인지, 냉장고는 괜찮았습니다. 아침을 안먹었는데 냄새가 좋았어요. 위치는 K State와 가까웠지만 주변은 낡고 허름한 건물과 빈 보관소였습니다. 밤에 밖 조명이 밝아서 좋았습니다. 전반적인 평균 숙박. 프론트 데스크 직원은 좋았지 만 체크인하는 데 시간이 걸렸습니다.
